Is there a page on the ID mobile website where users can check the status of service calls/network/internet? I’ve been unable to make calls this morning. Apparently this is a know problem and engineers are on the case. Not that there appears to be any obvious place where customers might know this or be usfully informed. Please fix this and make a service status page available via the help & support. It would probably cut down on pointless chat sessions (there being no humans available to actually talk to).

Hi, I have tried looking through the different questions but I need to have a proof of usage for my insurance claim. This needs to be a letter that states when the usage of the device started, and the last time it was used. I have two working days to upload this document. Could you please kindly help me?   

Please can I have some help off customer services. Ive ended my contact twice but the account is still open and I'm still paying the direct debit. I can't get hold of anyone on the live chat or phone 😫

I live in Lincoln, Lincolnshire uk and as of two days a go have signal problems at home most of the time i have a great signal at home with no problems but today i have no signal 99% of the time and very rarely 1 bar for a few second 1. can someone tell me if there is a problem in my area at the moment and 2 if not any idea’s what is going on this is my works phone and very important i get it sorted  Thank you

My new phone upgrade received on the 18/1/21 has stopped working when charging and I cannot restart, how do I get a repair or replacement? Thanks 

When I go to Settings> About Phone, my phone number is coming up as unknown. As a result, I’m no longer receiving any calls or texts. This is a fairly new phone but this has not happened before- I was able to receive texts yesterday but I’m not sure why I can’t today. I’ve re-inserted the SIM and turned my phone off and back on again but still no change. Can someone help me please?    

It has been 7 working days (9 actual days) since I ordered my SIM, at what point do I give up on it arriving and you send a new one? I also don’t understand how you know which SIM to send me since you didn’t ask me what kind of phone I use.The Live Chat function is obviously useless, there is only a bot and your agents are purportedly always busy. Not a good start, be assured I will make sure to cancel within the 30 days if this can’t be resolved swiftly.

Hi.I received my phone and the sim card doesn’t work, So i can’t register as i don’t know the number. I never received the welcome email. I checked everywhere, nothing. I need it sorted as soon as possible

Hello,I am trying to leave ID mboile due to bad reception, but when I request a PAC code (either via text / app / online) the one i am issued is already out of date.It says it will be valid for 30 days until 01-01-2021. Trying to transfer to my new supplier then fails.Please can you contact me ASAP to issue a valid PAC code?Thanks

I’ve recently installed my iD mobile SIM to a iPhone 12. First couple of days I was receiving texts for 2FA codes to setup my logins with various accounts.  Today however, I am not receiving any text messages at all. I have good signal, receive 4G coverage and iMessage continues to work.I’ve reset the phones network settings. Turned off iMessage, restarted the phone and turned iMessage back on. Switched off the phone and removed the SIM for 10 minutes and restarted. None of which has solved the problem. I would really appreciate some kind folk to help me out ☺️ Cheers,James

Someone has just purchased an account on my name which i did not register for.  I have also just recieved an demand for payment. Been trying to get in touch with customer services which was unsuccessful. How do i get this account escalated

I have switched to sim only plan after my contract  contract ended  a month ago. I was sent a new SIM card which I don’t need (and have since misplaced) as I want to keep my old number. So far it looks like my new plan has not been transferred to my old sim. I have gone into the ID mobile app to see if I can sort this out, but could not find any such option. The app does show the new plan though. I have tried contacting customer support via their number with no luck. Even tried using the online chat which takes me to a useless chatbot. I am frustrated, seething and feel trapped by the new contract. This is the worst customer support I’ve ever seen on earth. Once ID mobile  knows the money is rolling in, that’s it, you are on your own, it’s on to the next new customer. It doesn’t take a genius to know that business grows by nurturing old customers like us. Every new customer turns to an old one eventually by the way. I’ve ordered a new phone with iD mobile, i get an email saying its out of stock, which it didn't say on the website when i was purchasing the phone. I then get an email explaining & saying to ‘contact us’ if I have any questions or want to cancel, however the phone lines are closed due to COVID, fair enough. But then I go to use the LiveChat & you need to enter you iD mobile number to be able to access it, except I don’t have this yet as I have obviously not received my phone yet! how am i meant to contact anyone? please can someone contact me? 

Hi I’ve just got a upgrade and want to return and cancel upgrade my previous contract should have ended on 20th January 21 but my new contract started on 10th January so I’m in the 14 day returns policy just tried ringing id and just on phone for ages and never get through to talk to someone? I have just upgraded to sim only. I now need to cancel, jow do I do this without owing money? I just want to speak to someone. Help!!

I’d like to cancel my disconnection request. I want to keep my same number however just upgrade to a new sim only contract. The live chat isn’t helping me at all as it doesn’t give me the help I need.

Ryan from ID Mobile replied to my original query, saying he had sent me a PM. Where have you PM’d me?  If its a message to my account, I can't log in as I've forgotten my password and don't know my mobile number to enter when trying to reset. Why cant I speak to human being?  A mobile phone company that doesnt allow human interaction!! Dont “PM” me as I dont know where these messages go and I cant access my account.  Just answer on the reply.  How do I reset my account password, when I dont know my mobile number? 

I don’t know if anyone can shed some light on this because i’m slightly confused… But today is my billing day (20th of every month) after i had altered it, a couple of weeks back, i have logged onto my ID mobile app at multiple different times throughout the day, and it has said that my bill has been paid this month, i’ve also checked my direct debit details, all are correct, however the money has not been taken from my bank account and its now the 21st, which is a day later than usual, do they take time to process direct debits? If so Is it normal for them to take so long processing and for the money to have not been taken from my account yet? I really can’t afford to have my services cut off, so i would be grateful if anyone could clear this up for me Thanks

Hi there I'm in a really difficult situation and I hope someone might please be able to help me. I received a new iphone from you guys on 19th January 2020 and immediately ported my old number. I subsequently discovered 2 small scratches underneath the glass on the phone, so I have asked if I can swap the phone over. Your online chat have advised that I need to send everything back, including the SIM, for 30 days. - (No phone for 30 days in a pandemic??) Had I not already ported the number then that would be okay as I could continue to use my old phone but they are insisting I send back the sim as well, which would leave me phoneless. I need the phone for work.Can you please see if there is another way to resolve this?I don't think I am being unreasonable to say this is unacceptable.Kind regardsDan

Been cut off as can't pay until end of the month and need phone for work. No helps can't call your customer service as not operational and no online chat.! This is beyond a joke now 

Hi,I have been trying to cancel my ID Mobile account for 4 weeks now.  Everyday i go to the ‘thinking of leaving’ link, i click on end my plan and it takes me to a page that says under construction constantly.  If i can not do it tomorrow i will not be within my 30 days.  For weeks that site says under construction and i have tried talking to chatbots that are useless.  I just want to speak to a human being and cancel my account before it renews again.  I am getting very upset that is seemingly impossible and you can not ever contact someone to talk to. This is what i see all the time: https://www.porting.idmobile.co.uk/AutoSwitchingCommunity is under construction Stay tuned. Website directs to live chat, live chat directs to My account online which only has the opyion to cancel with a 30 day notice hence charges would apply. I am within my 14 days. havent even used the sim. i only put it in my phone to allow me to receive the code to set up an onlibe account.Glad i didnt stick around, the service is diabolical!Someone sort this ASAP

I can find my outgoing calls, but Is there anywhere that I can see a list of incoming calls?  I have an unlimited minutes and texts sim only account. Thanks in advance
