Hi I have an ID account that manages my sons phone. I cannot remember the password to my ID app. Because it’s his phone messages go to his number that I cannot see. Can you change my password so that i can acces the app on my virgin phone please.

If I have a SIM only 1-month rolling contract, can I change the plan and schedule it to start with the next billing period? For example, if my billing period runs from 14th of the month and I want to move from a 2GB to 5GB plan, can I make the request on the 1st of the month to start from 14th?

I cannot get hold of a Human being to talk to. I dont know my mobile number, so logging anywhere doesnt work.Ive forgotten my password and cant get a reset done, as I dont know my mobile number.Live Chat isnt a human being, is a chat bot.I cant even find an email address to contact them.Reason I dont know my number, is that I removed ID Mobile SIM and replaced with a Giff Gaff. I want to know, how much is left on my contract, so I can pay up and leave ID Mobile. 

wish to cancel the contract through the website but getting the following error code"Invalid Request, Validating the request has been failed with CMP6 details”.Please help!

On the 19th November 2020 I spoke to live chat and asked for my contract to be cancelled when it came to an end on 19th December 2020. I asked for sim only contract and so chose the £6 monthly sim.The agent absolutely promised me that my old phone number would be transferred to the new sim but it hasn't. Now I have two direct debits coming out of my bank for old contract and new sim. I'm scared to cancel the old direct debit which is much more money than the new sim in case  I lose my phone number altogether.I have to keep my old number as I am self employed and all my customers have this contact. Also old friends and family. I have put new sim in phone and trying in vain to get help from customer services for weeks now. Tearing my hair out with this.Really annoyed as payments for both contracts coming out of my bank and different phone number.

Hi,I ordered a SIM card on 5th January and it still has not been delivered. As the chat function of the website is not working and there is no email option I can only post on the community forum. I purchased the Id deal for 12gb data with unlimited calls and text for £8 a month through uswitch.I received a thank you email saying my direct debit has been set up and a following email about the monthly bills but I have not revived my physical sim card nor an email saying my sim has been dispatched.I am very disappointed in your customer service and I can't even cancel my contract because I can't make an account since I don't have an Id number since I didn't get a sim!

Iv had my identity stolen. I have not set up an account with you. I have cancelled the direct debit and let my bank know. So thought I'd tell you as iv just received a letter. Do I need to do anything else ?

Hi Everyone,Since I got a new contract i seem to have started getting theese irritating phone calls from overseas numbers, I get about 15-35 calls a day now and it is really starting to annoy me. I have signed my number up to TPS which helped for about a week and then they seem to have started again.I refuse to change my number again and want to know if there is any alternative ways around this? or if any is having the same issue?Thanks in advance.George

Hi,I bought a pay monthly phone contract from you in late November. This included an upfront charge for the phone. I cancelled this contract on December 16th, within the 30 day cancellation period.My contract has been cancelled, my phone number moved to a different provider via a PAC code, and my ID account seems to have been terminated (I am unable to log in).I still have not received a refund for the upfront cost of the phone. I have twice contacted customer services, twice been apologised to, and twice been told that the refund has been issued, given a refund reference number and been told that i would receive the refund within 3-5 working days.Neither of these contacts with customer service, which i have kept the chat logs for, have led to me receiving a refund. Both times i spent over an hour in an online chat, trying to have a conversation that would’ve taken 5 minutes to complete on the phone. I need a replacement SIM for the one I damaged when I tried to change phones. Do I have to pay for a new one? Can I just get a new one with the same number? I’ve tried “Live Chat” but the Bot always has to pass me to an agent. The agents are always busy.

All texts I’m trying to send are failing. I have an iPhone 8 and it’s a long standing contact, not a new one. 

I can text to other mobiles fine, but for one number I get a failed message (Couldn’t send message) that fails on retry. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? The phone number is fine and belongs to O2

I am on a Samsung A5 2017.  Not ever had this issue before but the text I am sending says it's failed however the recipient has received it.

My daughter’s phone has become faulty. Certain buttons and functions have ceased to work. We purchased her phone at the end of June 2020 so are well within the warranty period. I am however finding it very difficult to contact someone from your company. A phone number would be helpful. We require a repair or replacement handset please. It is an apple iphone 11.

Upgraded my phone and i’m being charged twice for upfront costs on the preorder

Hello. I need to return my phone as it appears faulty. The website only tells me how to cancel my plan, which I don't want to do. I just want a phone that works. 

I recently ported my old number onto my new id mobile sim but when I call or text other people it comes up as my new number sometimes and my old one other times. Also it says it’s been completed on the app but my old company have not given me a final bill (which was supposed to happen after giving my pac code). I don’t want to be charged for multiple Sims pls help 

I want to cancel my contract as it is no longer required but the link on the app etc just says under construction

How can I receive calls and texts from Paypal so that I can access my account? live chat is useless, not a lot of help out there, there’s no customer service number for ID where I can talk to an actual person. very frustrating especially when I need to access these funds asap 

I’m having so many issues with my sim card and have been going back and forth to carphone warehouse and no one seems to be able to help! I have a new sim card with ID mobile and a new phone (samsung note 20 dual sim) I bought this purposely so I wouldn’t need an extra business phone. I got my number ported in and then when I put it in the phone it doesn't even register the sim card. So then the carphone warehouse guy (when i went in there) said it’s because it hasn’t been activated so I bought a new blank sim card just in case and spoke to someone on live chat and they said they activated the new sim. I checked this on the app and it says that it’s been activated but it’s not registered on a network and my old sim card is still active and not registering in the phone! I know the phone works because originally I was going to get it exchanged as i’m still within the period but the carphone warehouse guy tried him sim card and it showed up. Please help asap!!!!!

Hi,I’ve been sent an upgrade option to upgrade from a contract to sim only for £5 a month - 2GB data - which is all I need. But this offer is not online when I log into my account? The sim only deals start at £6 a month.I want to keep my current number, switch to sim only and get a £5 (or cheaper!) deal. Any ideas?!My kids are on a £3.99 sim only deal - but that doesn’t seem to be available anymore…thanks.

I've search on the internet for whether tethering is allowed on iD. I found a page on this forum that said that it is against terms of service but is possible to do at your own risk. My questions are: [list=1] [*]What are the consequences of breaking the terms of service [*]If I tether and stay below my mobile data allowance limit, will I be charged extra? [*]I have found stories online about people being charged large amounts such as £70 for tethering as little as 2GB, is this the case? [/list]
