I have had a bill for ID mobile for the last 5 years, I have been with O2 years but took out a contract with the carphonewherehouse when I broke a brand new hand set. I have just discovered this bill is now still going dispite asking for it to be cancelled twice. How do I get a refund. I cannot register with my mobile number or date of birth because it's not recognised. I can't find my account number either. I need a refund but I cannot call anyone due to lockdown and the online chatbot just keeps telling me to register.

I purchased the Id deal for 4gb data with unlimited calls and text for £6 a month through uswitch.I received a thank you email saying my direct debit has been set up and a following email about the monthly bills but I have not revived my physical sim card nor an email saying my sim has been dispatched.I am trying to contact id through the live chat and always get 0 response, I am very disappointed in customer service and I can't even cancel my contract because I can't make an account since I don't have an Id number since I didn't get a sim!

Hi  I have had a sim with yous for approx 2 years, I have never used it but I need to cancel the contract. I haven't got access to the account and I no longer have the sim card  I have tried live chat, Facebook messenger and various numbers and I am not getting anywhere I am at the point where I am going to log a complaint and go to the ombudsman if I don't get this sorted - oh but even logging a complaint you have to jump through hoops to do too I would email the ceo of the company but if this is anything to go by he won't respond either.Extremely frustrated by this and the lack of customer service 

I need help cancelling my contract but I don’t know my id mobile number. I only got the contract out for a new phone so I never used it and have lost the sim. Ive tried going to live chat but you need the phone number and I’ve tried looking through old emails but no luck. I’ve had this contract for a few years now and want to finally cancel it

I cannot send Txt Messages, fails to send and error code 500 received.Can receive Messages and can receive and make calls?

I’ve recently changed over to ID and keep having issues sending and receiving non iPhone texts, just saying ‘not delivered’ I’ve tried turning messages off and restarting phone, reset network  and still nothing. Any help greatly appreciated 

Out of the blue this morning my phone has stopped sending or receiving text messages. Was working fine last night. Any help appreciated.

The SIM card for my upgrade order is not received.  How do I resolve this, I cannot find anyway to contact ID on the website.

Finding it hard to pay bill and been cut off but need phone for work help

Please advise as to how to increase my credit limit, am using the phone for international calls and quickly reaching the £25 cap.

I really need someone to sort the issue out on my phone.  I need my phone to work, I am a primary school teacher and rely solely on my phone to make phone calls to vulnerable families Mon-Fri. I have recently posted about my internet dropping, slow speed and not connecting. The last 48 hours my calls have been dropping/ loosing connection.When connecting to my home wifi, again slow connection/ drops out. My phone is less than a year old, it has been updated with the latest software; I have tried the aeroplane mode several times, I have turned my phone on and off. This morning I sent a private message of my post code for somebody to check the coverage. I’m hoping somebody can get back to me ASAP, ideally before work on Monday morning. 

Greetings again, I proceeded as advise and got through the stage were you pay  £0.01 with debit card to proceed, did it once, messaged showed up in my app to authorized it, I did and then it said that it didnt go through, tried a second time and same situation, I go to my bank and I have -£0.01 two times debited from my account, so it did go through but the website said there was an issue. I really need help here please.

Hi.  I have a Samsung J3 and unable to send texts, although I have been able to for the last year.  I have tried switching on and  off, removing the sim, switching on airplane mode on and off,  checking the number in the settings. 

Hi,Please can someone help me?Up until this morning I have not been able to make or receive calls/text.I have done the usual, turning the phone off for 5 mins, turning back on, taking the sim card out etc but nothing seems to be helping.The coverage in my area is fine and I have not gone over any of my limits. The device Iam using is a A51 and is only 6 months old.Is the network currently down or anything 🤔 TIA

I filled in the PAC form over a week ago to have my new ID number changed to my existing number but I still haven’t heard anything. I tried again today & it says my request has already been submitted. can someone please contact me to let me know when my existing mobile number will be changed over to my new ID sim?

Can someone help me please with a few problems. 1) how do i get into my account has i’ve just got my profile,topics etc., when i hit the account photo and nowhere to cancel my sim as i’ve just ordered a contact mobile with them, so i need to cancel the sim only contract i have with them.But i’ve been everywhere and even live chat to see how i can cancel it, but i’m still going around in circles?

I have moved to your network in emergency thanks to Carphone Warehouse. My phone which had a contract with EE was broken on Friday evening. EE have provided me with the PAC number for you: [Removed] with the phone number [Removed]. Please can you let me know how long it will take to transfer the number? Thank you. Since updating to ios 14.3 WiFi calling hasn’t worked. I have tried all the usual fixes, Aeroplane mode, resetting the phone, resetting the network, checking for carrier updates all to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I’d like to cancel my disconnection request. I want to keep my same number however just upgrade to a new sim only contract. The live chat isn’t helping me at all as it doesn’t give me the help I need. 

Hello. I have tried to switch from a Vodafone payg to Id mobile contract. I have submitted the switch request but nothing happened so tried to input it again and a message came up saying request already submitted contact us for further detailsCan anyone help or give me a phone number I can speak to a human on please? Thanks
