Hello,I'm writing because I'm extremely disappointed that my intent to join ID again has been declined. I have been with ID for about three years when last September I decided to change to another provider. Now, I am looking to come back to ID and join a monthly phone and SIM deal only to find out that my credit check has been declined. I have checked my credit check on independent websites and they all say it is very good, so I would really appreciate it if a member of your staff could get in contact with me as soon as possible to see how this can be resolved. Thank you      

I made a return weeks ago now and have been informed that the phone has been received but I haven’t been refunded the £29.99 which was billed from my account for the first month of the contract.Spoke to someone on online chat and they said it would be escalated and refunded in 2 days but has been over a week now and STILL no refund in my account.Please can this be sorted ASAP.

ID Mobile Chat isn’t working and there’s no other way to reach advisors so I can get an update on my upgrade.  Please help! Contract is rolling but DPD still hasn’t handed over the phone for several days now so would like it returned and previous plan reinstated.  Thank you.

I am not receiving text messages from anybody. I can call out to other numbers and receive calls. I also can text others but sometimes it says that i have an error. But the main problem is that i am not receiving any texts in return as im sat in the same room as my dad and he’s texted me 3 times and ive still not received them, also i couldnt receive my whatsapp code via text either. So how do i fix this so i can receive messages?

Forgive me if this has been resolved before but I can’t seem to discover the answer.I have just changed tariff recently (approx 1 week ago) and since then when somebody tries to call me my phone does not ring, in fact nothing is displayed on the screen. When  I speak to the caller via another method they tell me it sometimes rings but othertimes there’s just silence.Coverage is 4/5 barsI need to get this resolved for work so any help would be great thanks 

I was told by id mobile that i would be able to get a phone contract after paying a sim only deal for 3 months so i have done that and now when i tried to get a phone contact ive been denied and o want to know why 

Hello, if I’m upgrading can I keep using my old sim? I have been send a new sim but would like to keep my number. 

OK, please stay with me on the history!  I am losing the will to live with this!  My mum has had an ID Mobile contract for at least 3 years since my late dad set it up for her.  She cannot use a computer so had no idea how to access her account.  She recently changed her bank account but had no way of informing ID mobile that it had changed.  I tried to contact someone at ID mobile for her but ended in a perpetual loop of suggested answers that didnt help.  I was forced to start a contract with another network with the plan to transfer her number.  When the SIM arrived we found that her phone was locked.  She put the old SIM card in a safe place = she couldnt find it again.  I spent a couple of hours on chats with ID mobile and Carphone Warehouse only to learn that they couldn't do anything to unlock the phone.  I thought that the simplest solution to get her phone working again would be to cancel the new card on the other network and start a new ID mobile contract and transfer her old

I have added two top ups and an upgrade to my account. My account shows these have been made but still shows I only have 1p credit. I can’t make calls or send an sms. I’m now abroad without a working phone. Urgent help needed. 

I received an email saying that my direct debit needed reinstating? I am on a 24 month contract via Carphone warehouse so not sure what has happened. I have looked on my ID mobile account and it says nothing about doing anything to my direct debit etc. 

I ordered an iPhone 11 (64GB Black) last night, which was in stock when I ordered (still says it is in stock on the website now) but received an email shortly afterwards saying it is now out of stock?  Can you tell what is going on? And why there is a delay?

Hi, I would like to cancel my contract as I have had no signal or service. I am still within the 14 days period. I have tried to cancel through the app multiple times but a code CMP6 keeps appearing. 

I’m overseas so any roaming calls I recieve are using up my cap amount (£25). I had a call today that used up £20 of my cap amount so have paid £20 into my account with a credit card in the hope of crediting it and resetting my cap amount in case I get more calls tomorrow. My credit payment is showing in my account but the cap is still showing only £5 of the total £25 available… why ?  

I am trying to cancel my Id plan and want a PAC number to go back to my old network, I cannot get a hold of anyone and I am getting really frustrated and annoyed that I seem to be going round in circles.I have to say that this is one of the worst networks I have ever used, I have had issues from day 1 and the customer services contact provided is poor. I will be contacting the Ombudsmans to make a complaint  

I have been given my PAC code from 3 mobile but I need to enter it on ID Mobile, how can I do this?

I have sent the PAC number to ID mobile through Switching to iD Mobile page since Wednesday this week, and today is Saturday my old number has not switched over yet. A friend told me about the nightmare he went through with ID mobile, Please resolve this ontime because i cant afford to go through the same nightmare.

I have received a PAC code from ID mobile, which isn’t being accepted by another mobile provider. I have been advised by the other provider that I need to ascertain a new PAC code, however have been unable to do so, despite multiple messages.i am now paying for two contracts. Please can someone get in touch to provide me with a new PAC code so i can port my existing number?

hi, ive seen a lot of queries here about SIM unsupported in old other networks’ phones, my problem is that its a brand new iphone7+ model, and with the sim in the new phone - ios it says is unsupported. i believe the iphone7+ to be unlocked from any network but how would i find out? and what can i do if ID mobile ‘live chat’ isnt available?
