Hi, I have signed up for an upgrade but it's on Pre-order and not due in yet. My question is, now that my old contract has expired, could I be moved straight to my new contract prior to receiving the new phone rather than being charged for the additional period of waiting for the new contract?Thanks, Andy 

I can’t get registered on the App - my mobile number has been transferred from my old phone - I put in my transferred number, last name and DOB and it says ‘some of the details you entered are incorrect’ and they aren’t incorrect? I need this solved asap please.

How do i cancel my id contract i dont know my number or anything customer services is a complete waste of time i just want too cancel a service ive never used and getting billed for. just cancel it already.

 I have an iphone 11 with a IDMobile Sim and starting today I am unable to text anybody who is not an IPhone user. I can call none iphone users but I cannot send a message. How can I fix this please?Thanks Beth

I've been on idmobile since November with no issues. Yesterday (January 12th) when I checked my.phone first thing my signal was 0 bars and the Wi-Fi calling symbol was displayed for the 1st ever time. Today is the same, from a good signal (3 bars before yesterday)  it is still at 0 and with Wi-Fi calling enabled.How come my signal has suddenly disappeared, nothing has changed at my end. Is there something I can do to get it back? Thanks Maxine

Hello, first time posting here. I have an iphone XR, I’ve had my IDMobile Sim for over a month now and starting today I am unable to text anybody who is not on also on an iphone. I’ve tried restarting and resetting my phone a number of times, texting different numbers and nothing works. I can call none iphone users but I cannot send a message. Does anybody have any advice? ThanksRob

I submitted a request to transfer my old number to my ID Mobile account on Wednesday and this has still not happened. Could you please manually do this for me?Thanks,

I’ve just purchased and recieved a new mobile phone, and id mobile sim card and monthly plan. Unfortunately I’ve not been able to register my sim card as I do not have the mobile number for this sim card and I’ve not recieved any emails confirming my order and welcoming me to id mobile. I’ve checked my junk folder as well, and they are not there either. There could be the possibility of me putting in my email incorrectely when I ordered through the Carphone Warehouse website, as the only confirmation of the order came through a text message on my other phone. Any help would be mostly appreciated

I have tried for days all your suggested ways to contact you to cancel my Sim only within the 14 days period. NONE of themwork and it’s realy, REALLY, frustrating that you make it so hard to get rid of your company from our lives!! Are you goin gto help me to stop this contarct? If you don’t then I am going to cancel my Direct Debit payments when they start. If I have to spend any more time after today to deal with your conpany on this matter I will be fining iD £1,000 for making our lives a misery. i apologise for being so strong woth you, but you have driven me to extreme frustration with, what seem clear, your making this process imposible to do without frustrating us!

Hi, I have just ported my number from EE to ID Mobile, on a 30-day rolling SIM only deal. I now want to port out as the signal is too bad in my area.    A few days into my ID contract, and a 1 day after my number port, I have just requested a PAC through the ID Mobile app. The PAC arrived from ID but it is the same PAC as I received from EE, with an expiry date in 21 days' time (even though it says "this code lasts 30 days")- is this right? Surely I should have a new PAC from ID??

I have ordered a pay monthly sim on Jan 12th (9 days ago) and still have not received it. I expected there to be some delays due to the weather late last week so assumed it would arrived in the early half of this week and it has yet to arrive. I dont know if it has gone missing in the post.

how to send my pac code to id mobile

I have recently been a victim of identity fraud and an ID contract has been taken out using my details. I have reported to action fraud. I have tried to contact ID mobile about this account by leaving a voicemail, Facebook and website but have received no reply which has been over 2 weeks now! I urgently want this account closed and await a response. Thank you 

Hi,I started a contract with you last week for a iphone XR. I have no phone signal (texts don't always send - phone conservations constantly drop off)  and really poor/slow 4G and 3G. I’ve checked the coverage checker and it shows very good coverage (S2 1NZ).I've turned my phone on and off and this seems to show good coverage for 2 minutes after being switched on but then plummet to 1/no bars. Any help?

HiI started a new contract with idMobile November 2020.Transferred number from EE with PAC code.Since then service has disappeared. Therefore I am unable to a create an online account as I cannot send or receive text messages to include the 8 digit code needed that is texted to my number. All ‘Help and Support’ is geared around having an account which I can’t create.I have been in touch via Chat Bot/Live Agent - no one can help - all suggestions have been tried to no avail. No one rings back or gets in touch to help. Meanwhile I’m paying monthly for nothing. The customer service has been appalling and now I’d like to know what the outstanding charges are, so I can terminate my idMobile contract. Thank you.

I want to cancel any id mobile contracts I have

I have received a letter stating that an account has been set up in my name with a direct debit - it seems like incorrect banking details.  Please contact me asap.

I have upgraded on 19th and I was told that my old contract has been cancelled instantly, 2 days later I found that I was charged my old contract amount. Then charged £35, the App says that next month I'll be charged £39 which is more than my new contract.  Can you explain, why I'm being charged all of these amounts? Ps I can't get in touch with any of your customer service.  

Can someone help me finding out my transaction number? I need to use my STAC code from Vodafone so they stop charging me, thanks!

Hi, I'm trying to connect my Echo Dot using my mobile as the Hotspot. It won't work so I've contacted Amazon. They want to know if ID are a Ad Hoc or Peer to Peer network?I don't think it is but I've been told to check.  

Been trying for ages to create my online account, on the app it won’t let me complete the final step because apparently my password doesn’t meet the criteria (I have TWO of each criteria rather than one and have tried multiple different password and email combinations). On the website it won’t let me press submit on the final step. this has been going on for weeks now and I can’t get through to anybody on live chat. I want to transfer my number and figured it’d be easier to do in the app since the customer service is appalling but clearly not! 

Hiya  I switched from o2 to id and I have tried several times no to enter my pac Code into the form it gave. It says it was submitted but then nothing else after that. How do I get my number transferred and get my old account closed. At this point it’s taken so long and it’s so hard to get any answers from I’d i am wishing I had stayed with 02 or at least a provider I could phone and speak to someone! 

I’m trying to cancel a sim only contract I thought was cancelled back in august 2019, but obviously hasn’t been. I have no access to the phone and don’t have an account I can log onto. Help!
