I've upgraded from £3.99 per month sim only to £8 pm sim only with unlimited minutes and 12 GB data. but my bill shows “Monthly Recurring Charge for this period From: 04/12/20 To: 25/01/21 £11.49”.  I expected it to be £8. nb there are no call/data charges etc from my previous sim.

I had a letter saying for final demind for a miss payment due to covid 19. It says if I dont pay it than my contract will be over and I'll have debit collectors to come and get the money.I've been trying to get hold of them via email but they dont have email address. Cant phone them because of my contract being cut off till I pay it. How can I get hold of them to say i am gonna pay it but havent had the cash to yet. 

I need to cancel my contract ASAP 

Hi.  I have tried live chat but with no luck. I had an id contract for my son which he had for more than 2 years. We cancelled it in September, made a payment in October, you then took and returned a small payment in November. Then with no other contact I had a demand for£70 with 1 week to pay, I paid it as I couldn't get through to talk to anyone and didn't want it showing on my credit reference but it is anyway! And I have no idea why the final payment was so high?   

Hi, need help urgently. I want to cancel my sim only contract as I no longer have access to the phone it was on. I cannot access in ‘my account’ am not sure if I registered  in the first place and the reset function only sends the reset to the phone which I cannot access as mentioned above.Please help!!

Hello,I am having problems with my signal in PE2I can make and receive calls but the signal keeps dropping momentarily.This makes life very difficult when you hear things like:“Yes we can do this job for you and will be with you on ……….(silence)………..and the cost will be……..(silence)…….will that be okay for you?”“Can you repeat that please?”“Yes, I said……………...(silence)……….(continuing silence)………….and 49p. Is that okay?”What can you do about this ongoing problem?

Can anyone help me, i have a question I need to ask privately to a real person from Id mobile, does anyone know how I can contact them?I have tried the live chat and everytime it says no agent is available and try again, this has been everytime I've tried over several days. Thanks 

Can i get assistance in blocking my lost mobile phone please

I no longer have the transaction number details that came with my phone and Sim, I now want to transfer another number onto this phone, I have a PAC code, but it appears I require the transaction number? How do I obtain this?

I transferred my phone number on Wednesday but my number hasn't changed yet. I've tried logging onto the ID app but it's saying I already have an account. I've tried resetting the password and a security number should have been sent to my phone but nothing comes through. 

hi, i recently ported my id mobile number to another network (tesco mobile). I have now requested a PAC so i can tranfer my number from tesco mobile, back to ID but on my new contract which was taken out in November. How soon can i port the same number from id, to tesco and backt? ive tried but it doesnt seem to port from tesco to ID & im not receing any text to say if its been successful or not. I also cannot access my online account for the account i opened in november.

I have requested a PAC to move from iD but the one sent has an expiry date in the past and does not work.

When I block my phone does it get entered onto a national database so that other companies (insurance and other network providers etc) can see or just your own?

Hello, When I try to make outgoing calls starting with 141, the call immediately ends itself without ringing. I am putting in 141 then the phone number I wish to call - e.g. 14107712345678 I can still makes calls fine when I don’t put in 141. My phone contract is paid up to date and I have signal. Please can you advise?

Hi I just upgraded to a new SIM only plan with iD mobile (I was an iD customer before that as well) and my SIM is locked and I can’t use the phone with the new SIM.  I’ve asked for a PUK code which iD mobile gave me but it doesn’t work with the new SIM.Please help?Thanks,

I recently got an iD sim card and transferred my old number over. I can make calls but text messages say ‘failed to deliver’ but the recipient then receives the text 3 times. The phone is an iPhone SE. When I go into message settings it says it is sending and receiving messages to the number that was originally on the sim.

Obtained a new sim yesterday. Unable to register for the ap, say wrong last name or year of birth, both are correct .even tried various option with an apostrophe. Also sent in my pac code and received a text saying mobile no,last name or transaction number incorrect.My new mobile number is REMOVEDMargaret oNeillNeeding some assistance

Hi there, I bought a SIM with iD in June 2018 in order to port an existing iD number onto a new SIM card. The number ported over and the number was supposedly cancelled however is now showing negative credit on my credit history.I have been with iD since 2016 and have always paid the bill - I believe this is an admin error due to the porting of the number. How can I get the credit taken from my credit history file. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Pip 

Phone isn't ringing when people call me. They get a message saying I'm on another call (which I am not). Texts are coming through fine. I've had this issue in two different phones using the same SIM card.

When attempting to make a call etc the phone behaves as though its not connected, asks me to connect via the mobile network or Wifi. The problem being that the phone IS connected via wifi, indedd all other internet functionality (mail, web, yadda yadda) works perfectly, wifi calling is the only thing that doesnt work.My ISP is BT FTTP, I have seen on internet some other wifi calling users had similar problems, but a workaround seemed to be to downgrade mobile network selection for auto 2g/3g/4g to just 2g/3g .. implies there is some bug somehere with VOLTE (afail wifi calling is implemented in a very similar manner to volte, just uses wifi rather than mobile data for the underlying data service) ,, but whatever .. I tried this and it didnt fix it for meYes, the A50 supports wifi calling and the feature is enabled in phone settings. BT claim thier FTTP servies and wifi hub supports it. I have tried turning the phone off and on again 27 times yadda yadda. Inside the house I have strong w
