cancelled my contract within the 14 day cooling off period, sadly used my pac code from my old provider now wish to take my number BACK but there is an error message when I look for my PAC code.

I lost my phone today and I contacted yourself through the web church asking for a proof of usage and a proof of barring off the device documents however I have been told that they are not able to provide them and that I have to contact you to request these two documents.  I need these documents for my insurance company which can only validate the claim once they are aware and they have proof that the device has been barred as well as proof that the device was previously being used on the set network. therefore would you kindly please look into this and try and get these two documents to me as soon as possible.

Wow! Where do I start?!? My elderly father has been charged £6 a month for probably over a year now for a plan he only used for 1 month. He thought he'd cancelled it after a month due to poor coverage. He's recently realised he's still being charged so he cancelled his direct debit. He's now received a final demand for £12. It would appear he's got no option to pay this even though he's clearly not used it. He's tried to pay via phone, but he needs to know his ID mobile number, which he doesn't so that's no good. As far as he's aware he's never set up an online account so he can't pay via the app or online. I've tried every means possible of contacting ID (including a direct message on FB), but you're simply directed back to the website. All I want to do is pay the bill on his behalf and then cancel the contract, but it seems impossible without having an ID telephone number or online account. Can anyone offer any advice please? Hello i have been with ID now for nearly 4 years i have taken out a second contract for my wife i am able to upgrade in February 2021 my phone is starting to get really hot and running really slow i’m just looking for some advice would i be able to get an early upgrade as i need a phone at all times if anyone could give me some advice i would really appreciate it or would i just be quicker to get a new contract from a new contract company. many thanks 

Hi, I got a new phone around a week ago and it says that the sim is activated but I cannot send text SMS messages or receive them but I can receive and call people.it is an iPhone XR please can someone help, I have been trying to contact someone all day.

Been in touch with ID mobile 3 times now, each time have been told that a cheque will be sent out to refund the direct debit they had taken for £38.99 on the 20th of November 2020. was lied to today on the live chat...said they would refund it finally then only to be emailed later to say they found nothing wrong with the account balance and conveniently i cant call them due to not having a ID mobile number…..i sent my ID mobile phone order back immediately as i did not like the phone shape so it was never set up or turned on hence why I would have never know the number to start with.They have straight up stole from me and have even had the balls to try and pass of carphone warehouse cheque for their own ….and not taking in to account that carphones refund was for £49.99!!!!!!! why refund me more than what they took ? (£38.99) and to top it off the bank statement confirms that its a carphone warehouse cheque not ID Mobile. i cannot believe this company and the blind fraud they can get a

I took up an upgrade and received new sim yesterday, activated it through ID app and received a text to say it was in process of being activated but could take up to 24 hours, here we are more than 24 hours later, I can’t text or ring out. Please could someone advise when I am likely to be connected, need mobile for contact to elderly mother

I was offered a plan which includes 100gb data and unlimited calls and texts But I received a plan which only gives me 12 gb dataI tried to get in touch with them but it seems near impossible I need help!!!

Hello,I returned a contract within 14 days with Carephone warehouse. The contract was cancelled and I was told the first month payment would be taken and refunded. It’s been over one month and I still haven’t received the refund.

Hii have had 2 phones and an ID mobile account set up in my partners name but with my banks details the fraud team police have been involved but I’ve had a letter saying I must pay my final demand notice I have cancelled all direct debits can you sort this out please and close the account thank you 

I have a £20.99 per month contract with ID, but I am being charged that twice by DD on the same day each month. When I originally took out the contract at Carphone Warehouse, there was an issue with the original SIM card number, so that contract was cancelled and a new one set up.  However I am still paying for the first one for some reason.  That was in March, so I am now owed £230.89. I’m obviously quite keen to recoup this money but I have tried and tried to get in touch with ID mobile.  At one point, I was told to send bank statement evidence of the payments to documents@idmobile.co.uk, so I did that: NOTHING. Carphone Warehouse were unable to help me: “ID mobile customer support isn’t there” I have been told. Anyone out there able to help me?  I don’t want to start having to get some proper consumer advice. Thanks in advance,  Tom

I submitted a PAC request on 30th December and it has not yet activated. Still getting charged by current provider and have tried multiple times to contact customer servicess. Not a great start to a new contract.  Should i resubmit PAC request?

my plan was supposed to end when my sim stopped and i didn’t have an online id account, i’m still being charged and can’t even set up an account to cancel the plan? the customer service is non-existent, i’m at a loss as to how i’m supposed to work my way round this?

I have requested a PAC code VTM and then a 6 digit number however, it states it is invalid and will not let me submit. How can this be changed please so I do not end up paying for two bills?

I have contacted live chat and Twitter as well as leaving a question in addition to this one.I have now has no signal nor access to mobile data for 6 full days and have not had a resolution. I keep being passed from pillar to post and am extremely angry about the poor service I am receiving. This is essentially ID mobile not fulfilling their end of the contract but not providing a useable service. It is also poor practice not to have a complaints system that is easy to use. I can not find an email address anywhere meaning each time I contact you it will be a new record. Poor in every aspect ... What a shambles. I'm sure you will be in touch of I cancel my direct debit for lack of service provision.

Someone has committed identity fraud and opened contracts in my name with yourselves, o2 and three at an address I haven’t lived at for 5 years! I’ve been trying to get in touch via your live chat for two days and no luck!!! I need to speak to your fraud team as this is now logged with action fraud, I have a crime reference number, so you need to investigate internally and resolve as you’re affecting my credit score!

I want to change my plan but I want to stay on a rolling monthly plan as I don’t like being trapped in contracts. On the page where my new plan is, there is nowhere to confirm that this isn’t a contract. I called ID mobile but the message said I had to go to the online chat but the live chat URL was rejected. I’ve no option but to go on the forum. This kind of thing makes me want to switch providers and if I can’t get any response then that’s what I’ll have to do. Can anyone help me?Thanks very much.

Hi,Looking to get an IphoneXR. When I click into the deals it says 12 months free Apple TV. However, when I change the colour of the phone from Black to Red it disappears.Does this mean that the deal is only available with Black or is it a glitch on the site?DO want to get this, but going through to checkout there is no mention. No customer service on the site so cant seem to find a way to ask anyone.thanks.

How can I change my name?Its a shame that “https://my.idmobile.co.uk/” and community login is different.  And it is bigger shame that I need to share my personal issue in the community to get in touch with your customer service.Wish me luck that I do not need to get in touch with your customer service to resolve any issue.

I have filled in the switching to ID mobile form online at least a week ago and included my PAC number etc and have not heard anything back. Please could you contact me.
