Hello, I am wanting to purchase an unlimted sim only for everything for a 30 day contract. I have a few questions that I'm hoping if anyone has the answer for.   If I do go for unlimted data is there any set restrictions as I cant seem to find any information to relate to this?   And could I use my unlimited data to use as a wifi hotspot for my laptop if I am working in my garden?   What are the speeds for unlimited data?

I have accidentally put the wrong email when applying for a contract how do i rectify this as i dont know if ive even been accepted or not

At the present time I am looking to upgrade on my present SIM card only deal to a SIM card deal with more GB - when changing last time the PC world personnel changed all the phone numbers from sim to sim - now that PC world is closed how are all the details changed from sim to sim????

I tried to port my old number to my new ID sim today. I have accidentally entered the PAC code on my sons phone instead of my ID sim. Can I cancel this please?

Hi i purchased a contract for my other half as her phone had broken and she needed a new one however we never needed the data, we never used the sim card and she has since thrown it away.I cant log in as i dont know the number  never have how can i access the account to change the DD Date? Thanks

I've been trying to contact ID Mobile for a replacement SIM card as my SIM card has currently stopped working. It is impossible to contact anyone from customer services. All I want is a replacement SIM sent out.

Hi,The provider I recently switched from allowed management of both my own account and that of my 13 year old son via one email address / site login. Any idea if ID Mobile are considering this functionality? From my perspective, the convenience of one login is valuable.Regards,

I moved to sim only monthly contract during lockdown but have since upgraded. I am still paying both dd's months later? How do I cancel the SIM only when I cannot talk to anyone?

Hi I moved to ID mobile approx 6 weeks ago but I havent received my curry’s voucher which was part of my deal. it seems impossible to actually be able to get hold of someone to talk to about this and the live chatbot I find useless.  regardslisa johnson

My regular monthly payment is £3.99 but the past month £4.29 as taken.Its not the amount but   I have no idea what the extra was for.Cannot find any reason on my account page either.Anyone help?

I have submitted my request on the website to keep my old number, and given the PAC code. The instructions state “We'll send you a text message within 24 hours to let you know your PAC or STAC's been submitted successfully”.  Does this mean that I put the new SIM into my phone immediately? Or keep the old SIM in for 24hours?  

Hi There was previously a thread but not sure if still being responded to so decided to make a new oneI would like to pay off a outstanding debt that has been referred to LCS on behalf of ID mobile. The debt apparenty has gone back to ID mobile. My mobile number has already been cancelled so cannot make payment through the phone line. I would like to know who I can contact or if somebody from ID can contact me so I can clear the payment as soon as possible Thank you 

When I log in to change my bank account number and sort code it will not let me save the changes and I get a red message as follows“ Please enter valid bank account details” Why wont it let me put in my new bank account details?

As others have commented. Getting a working PAC CODE from ID mobile is difficult if not impossible.  The new provider says PAC code does not match the number and is invalid.  No one to talk to at ID.  Help. I really need to port the number.Thanks.

I have just transferred to iD from EE. I have not changed any of the settings on my Nokia 1. However the phone no longer logs missed calls as it did with EE and the call forwarding setting now has all my calls forwarded to iD voicemail when the phone is busy, unanswered or unreachable. When I try to turn it off I get a call settings error message which says - Your operator doesn’t support disabling call forward when your phone is busy (or unanswered or unreachable). I have had to ring voicemail 3 times already only to find the same scam number has rung and not left a message. With my old provider I could just see this in the call log. I have tried a fix I found on another thread -##21# which produces a message saying call forwarding has been switched off but it has not been turned off in the actual call forwarding settings. This is really annoying.
