One UI keeps stopping on my s20fe

ID claimed to have sent me a replacement sim card weeks ago. I still haven't received it. In the meantime I'm stuck with a phone I can't use for Texts, Calls or Data.Seriously hacked of with ID

I have tried cancelling for such a long time and then got through to live chat.  I requested to cancel on 13 August 2019.  I then realised I was still paying the direct debit in November so cancelled.  I then received a letter from them saying I owed money (the other way round actually).  I tried to get in touch through every way ie email, on line account (which says contract ended more than 6 months ago) so click here to contact us - you cannot, live chat which went to automated, telephone.  No joy with any of it.  I have now received requests for more money from Lucas Credit Services saying  We refer to previous communications. We raised your query with our client and have now received their response.ID Mobile have advised that you did contact Customer Services on the 13th August 2020 through ‘Live Chat’ for disconnection, but you ended the chat, therefore the disconnection has not be actioned and the account remains active.If you would like to cancel the services you should contact

Hi! Does anyone knows if it’s a common problem of the network to have an interrupted phone conversation out of the sky? It happen to me couple of times now with different contacts, always on different time of conversation, on a new mobile device, just beeping 2 or 3 times and stop. Had to call back to continue conversation.

I am cancelling and returning my contract of sim only plan with id mobile. I am repeatedly getting an expired pac code from id mobile which is the same as the pac code I received from my previous network. I want to leave ID mobile ASAP but take my number with me. Issue me a new and valid pac code. 

Hi there, I can’t register, I’ve tried the correct details and the incorrect ones you sent in an email, iv tried online chat to a useless bot, iv tried to talk to a human but am told There aren’t any available, I need to set up my direct debit so I can pay and don’t want to get bad credit, can someone call me back?if not I’ll just cancel my contract.thanks

I want to send a text to Virgin Radio 67222 but i keep getting failed to send.  Any ideas how to fix this please.

Hi, I have recently joined iD Mobile and can’t send text messages. It’s an iPhone 12 mini.  I have tried various things as suggested on threads where other people have had this issue ( such as checking network coverage, turning off imessage, restarting etc) still no luck. One text actually went through and was delivered 3 times despite only being sent once. And a while afterwards I got a message saying it was not sent! Can you help please?

Hi, I’ve had my iPhone for about 12 months. Last night the screen went black and now it doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t charge (tried different chargers) or turn on.I’m not sure if the phone is still under warranty. What do I do next to get my phone fixed as I need it due to health issues.Regards, 

How do I actually get to speak to a member of ID Mobile community?

I currently have a monthly contract sim and my own handset and i am considering upgrading to a new monthly contract handset.My question is how do i upgrade and keep my number as i only see options for transferring your number if you are coming from another network.

I have just recently got a iPhone 11 and changed my number over. When I text anyone who doesn’t have another iPhone it says not delivered/sending failed but does actually send 3 of the same texts.  I have turned my phone on and off. I have checked my settings and the number I swapped over is on. I have turned my iMessages off ect like I have seen on other posts. I have checked coverages that’s fine,  nothing is working to help sort it

Hi. I need access to view my phone bill I do not have access to the Sim. As I am using a different sim altogether, How may I access my online account with out having to wait for a confirmation number on the ID sim? thank you

Hi, I’m considering switching a family member over to iD’s traditional pay as you go as Three have upped the prices on theirs. I have a few questions about it though:Is there any minimum top up frequency? (1pmobile require you to top up every 4 months) Will iD up their prices according to Three’s changes (guessing you won’t be able to answer this one, but maybe you could give some insight on if it’s possible or not) and would it affect existing customers if they did? What’s the minimum top up?

Hello,I started a phone contract mid December (2020) and I am am wondering what the cost would be to leave the plan early. I have a 24 month contract. I have changed my mind and do not want a smart phone, and I am concerned that I will have to pay the full two years now that I am outside of the "cooling off" period. Would it be possible to pay off the outstanding balance in a payment plan so that it is cheaper?, because I don't have a good financial situation.Thanks.

Day 5 since upgrade and new sim card entered (and registered, confirmed by text) but still phone indicating “Sim not provisioned”. All suggested checks from Will, Mohammed and Mohsin carried out at this end, nothing wrong with the phone, tried my wife’s sim in (also iD) works fine, mine give same error message in her phone, so over to you iD ….would be good if someone from the Tech dept can login and sort this out.Perhaps a new sim would resolve this issue?Major problem to me not having a working phone, am sure the fix is easy, come on guys go for it!! Thanks, Dave

My S21 has turned up (on time)  but the Earbuds that were on offer as a free gift have not. When should I expect them?

I took a new contract out with ID mobile through carphone warehouse and the advisor took the PAC code and advised when the phone arrived the number would transfer over.The phone arrived early this morning and the number is yet to transfer over, I did try change the number over using the PAC code in the ID Mobile app, however it came back as incorrect. I have spoke to EE who cannot confirm if the number is being transferred. I am now being billed for both contracts until this is resolved. Can someone please look into this.

Hi I’m in my 14 day cooling off period and want to cancel my contract! Customer service is none existent and don’t reply to messages! How do I cancel!!! 

Recieved a text saying ID can’t process my PAC number, please help !! Says contact customer services but no one to speak to ! 

I had a Pay Monthly SIM with iD Mobile, but cancelled this and arranged to port my number to Lebara.My iD SIM stopped working at 1pm on 26th November and my port in was due to Lebara between 5 - 7 pm the same day.  Twenty four hours later and my number has not ported.  I can receive calls to the new Lebara SIM on my old number, but can't make calls, send texts etc.  Lebara said something about not receiving all the files from iD and it had only part ported....They suggest I wait another 24 hours, but I just wondered if this was normal and will the number fully port?! Thanks for your help. 

Hi there, I missed several payments on my account and in June 2020, my account was placed in default. I then contacted ID mobile and paid the outstanding payment due.  Fast forward to now, and my credit report still shows as in DEFAULT rather than SETTLED. I have contacted ID mobile through their live chat facility 3 times and each time I am told my concern has been passed to the relevant team and I will be contacted in 3-5 days however there is no update. I don’t know what to do. I will be applying for a mortgage soon and need this account to show as SETTLED. Any help would be much appreciated Thank you
