I purchased a phone and SIM yesterday. Online via ID website.I would like to return it, but there are no agents available via live chat. I would like to sort this out today as it is difficult when I’m at work. 

I've filled out the PAC form 3 times now and also tried through my account 4 times (every time it says incorrect when its not!) I have heard nothing back as has nothing happened since. I will not be recommending ID especially as you have no way of contacting for help to sort this as I've seen lots of people have been having the same issue. I’m a student and can't afford for this not to get fixed. Please help me.  

How can I get in contact with someone about my missing SIM card?Live cHat is always busy & there no phone contact . I am currently paying for something I can't use! .  Please can someone contact ASAP me as soon as possible to arrange delivery of a SIM card!

Hi there, I cancelled my current iD sim only plan and purchased a new sim only deal with iD, then realised I can’t transfer my existing number as it’s on the same network. Can you advise me please on how I return the new SIM card and just stay on my current sim only plan?cheersJames

I have a contract for a sim only for my son. I am wanting to order a phone and sim deal for myself. When I log on to his account it is asking me to upgrade. Will this end his sim only and start mine or give a whole new account? I want to keep his and transfer my number across to the new phone. Thanks

I am due an upgrade now and the best offer on an iPhone 11 with no upfront cost is £32.99 for a 64GB handset. Can you do this deal with a 128GB handset as I can find better deals than the one offered to me elsewhere?thanks in advance

Messages have stopped sending and an error code says messages ‘can’t send from Three error code 500’

hi i am not currently able to receive any text messages.  I do need to verify various accounts using texts so frustrating that it is not working 

Cant use phone for calls or text needed for disabled son.

I cannot send or receive messages ... help! I have restarted me phone, checked coverage which is very good and done everything I can think of. I can make and receive calls but not texts. Any ideas. 

Hi all. I was resently trying to send a text to my grandad and the message didn't t send and it said 'can't send message with iD - error 38' so I tried with someone else and same thing happened. Does anyone know what's going on. 

I have a Samsung, my signal is full, I can receive messages, I can make calls.  But for some reason today my texts are failing to everyone even to myself. I've checked my center number its okay. I've factory reseted my phone..  still nothing. I've done everything. I can't find out the issue 

I received a text earlier in the day but now I cannot reply or send any messages. No texts are coming through but I have been able to call?  I changed to sim only and received a new sim car around a week ago and it has been fine up to now?My phone model is a Huawei P20 lite. 

Messages were being sent and received last but not being able to send or receive any all day today, tried everything from restarting phone to removing SIM card and airplane mode for 30 seconds as they say on website, I hate that you can never talk to anyone over phone and all online rubbish as you never get the help you need.  

I have a new iPhone and my daughter has had one for some time without issue, but neither of us can send or receive SMS at the moment.  Android phones in the house are not affected. I’ve tried the various solutions posted here and nothing works.  Any ideas?

Hi, I took out a contract with ID mobile on an iPhone 11 & ported my phone number from another network to the phone. I now cannot send text messages. I have checked the iMessage settings but they have the number I was given before my number ported over still listed. I’ve tried signing in & out again of iMessage but it makes no difference. I don’t know how I change this number to my number that I ported across. Can you help please? 

Hi, entered my port information into the online form two days ago and have yet to receive the confirmation text it says I should receive within 24 hours. Is it possible to get an update on whether my details are being processed?thanks.

Hi,I placed my order in the middle of December and the website stated that the delivery date for my gold iPhone 12 pro max 256GB phone would be January 25th. I’ve had no email confirmation that the phone has been or will be dispatched for this date. Can anyone shed any light on this?Thanks in advance.

Hello, my contract is finished but i am still being charge, i got an email that says that i am still going to be charge until i cancel my plan. The problem is i am no longer using my number for months now and unfortunately i cant not register to an account to cancel my plan because to create a plan i will need to have a code associated to my number for confirmation.  As i Don't use that number anymore, how can i cancel my plan?? Live chat is not helpful at all. 

I’ve had emails saying my account and billing has been activated, but still no SIM has arrived. Can I have an update on SIM arrival please?Please can I also have confirmation that my billing will NOT start until my SIM has arrived and been activated.My old contract with a different network ends by 4th Jan, so need this sorted ASAP so I can transfer my number and an not without mobile coverage.Thank you

My Dad has had his phone stolen and would like a new sim card sent out to him asap please. He would also like the same mobile number.

Day 4 since upgrade and new sim card entered (and registered, confirmed by text) but still sim indicating “Sim not provisioned”, would be good if someone can login and sort this out at iD.Major problem to me not having a working phone, am sure the fix is easy, come on guys go for it!! Thanks, Dave

My new SIM card has not arrived yet. i have an email about my monthly bill from ID and no SIM yet. I am having to pay for previous contract with another company because i haven’t used my PAC in order to transfer my mobile number and i can’t transfer if  don’t have a receipt number.
