I’ve been looking at the upgrade options available to me and it’s recommending I go for a sim contract. I wanted to go for the iPhone 11 but it’s only offering it to me as an upgrade if I pay an extortionate amount on the upfront cost, which is pointless since it’d be worth far more than the current value of the phone. The deal is iPhone 11 64gb £19.99pm and £449.99 upfront Is there any way to get the phone at a cheaper upfront cost since I’d rather stay with ID?

upgraded phone from samsung galaxy j3 tp galaxy a21s. phone arrived with new sim card. installed new card and activated. 24 hrs later still no service. also want to keep original number with new phone.

I use my sim for the car but have lost the mobile number - how can I get this?

Why will ID not accept the PAC code that my wife is trying to submit to switch her account from EE to ID?

For over a week I cant receive O T P message from bank for code. I have spoken to several people on the chat line 5 day running and every day after I get the same text ( We need more information etc) I cant give anymore information other than whats been said. I have seen that on the chat page other people have had this problem. If you cant fix it say you can't, don't let me chatting for over a hour wasting you and my time

Hi, I am eligible to upgrade today and I like the £6 sim only deal - (12 month contract - 3GB Data)   I have 2 questions before I upgrade. 1. I have 49.95 GB remaining of a 50 GB add on/boost which was part of my current phone contract with ID, will this be carried over to a new contract? It says I have until April 2022 to use it.2. If I proceed with the sim only contract (2 months early) will my old contract end today?kind regards,Nick.

I sent my request to transfer my old number from O2 on Saturday. On sending the form a message appeared at the top stating ‘request successful’. It’s now Thursday and i have not received a message confirming the request and it has still not switched. So I currently have 2 phone accounts I’m paying for! It’s frustrating not to be able to speak to someone. Thinking it’s worth staying with Tesco for the extra money as I can actually talk to a person

I’m on THREE and they have changed their PAYG 3p per min/2p per text/1p per mb to 10p per min/10p per text/5p per mb, so I’m looking for a new provider.I see iD has the 3p/2p/1p PAYG deal, but you’re on THREE’s network. I assume iD are scheduled to follow THREE and bump up the PAYG charges too?

hi i’m trying to leaving the network cause my contract has ended but the website keeps sending me round in circles and i can’t find a way to contact a real human. i’ve said i’m leaving through the ‘manage my account’ and it tells me to call customer services who it says aren’t available. the chat bot is useless and it’s now 3 days after when my contract should have ended yet i’m still with the network. 

Just received a sim but no number so can't activate it. Any clue?

How do I cancel my SIM-only monthly contract (not yet started)?  PAC not yet activated. Where do I send the SIM card back to?

I set up accounts for my twin sons 2 years ago. They have just got new phones and I am trying to cancel their current ID contracts before setting up new ones. I have cancelled 1 online but it won’t let me bring up the other number to cancel it and is saying I need a new email address, different to the one I had when the accounts were set up. Help please.

I ordered my sim card 11 days ago and have not received it yet. As I am not happy with your customer support system, I do not want this SIM card anymore. I need to cancel my contract, in order not to pay the bill, as I have not used the plan yet, because I do not have your SIM.Without the SIM card, I am not able to create the ID account and then cancel my plan. You do not provide a direct communication with an operator and I do not know what to do. I am very disappointed, I wasted my time trying to find a solution for the SIM card and then for the account. Is there anyone who can cancel my plan for me?I hope to receive at least and answer and a quick solution.

I would like to try wifi calling on my Samsung Galaxy A21s by getting a sim card -- and then if it works well, I wolud want to transfer my exisiting number so that I can keep it.Is this possible? 

Hi, I have mailed and mailed but to no avail. I need a valid pac code. The one you are giving me via text is the old one. I need a new one asap. I have been trying to get hold of you for days. All i need is a vaild pac code. Please please please help!!! I am so frustrated and appalled that i cannot speak to someone so i can just get this addressed and finished with. I am a key worker in the middle of pandemic and lockdon and need my phone. This situation is shocking.

How do I actually speak to someone??! I have had no confirmation that I am going to receive my phone yet I’ve paid for it...could you tell me what’s going on please??!!! 

Hi I've been directed here via Facebook. So I've just placed my upgrade, i changed my address prior too doing this and logging out  just too make sure the changes have taken place. Log in and continue with order new details are there, place the order fine, log out and back in a few mins later as I've had no confirmation emails and its showing my old address. As you can understand my concerns of i don't want the phone going too my previous address
