I have 3 children with mobile phones, that come out of my bank account.Each phone is set up with their own gmail account and password.I can access my ID Mobile account and upgrade,But I can’t access their accounts on their phones or online to upgrade data allowances or check their usage etc.How do I do this please.

My son’s phone has been broken for months and he is finally due an upgrade. Unfortunately my husband did not register for access to the online ID Mobile app/website when the contract began and to register now, we would need to have the phone available and working. We cannot even cancel the contract without accessing our account online. Feels like stalemate!

 Dancer 3 minutes agoSuch a terrible service offering....receiving calls which ring once and then stop from the following countries Estonia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Moldov, Central African Republic, Latvia, Maldives, Lesotho and Belarus. At the same time my monthly data allowance has been used up and not by me. As most people using ID mobile trying to speak with someone is impossible. If anyone can advise what I can do resolve this please do let me know. I feel my only course of action is to change provider. Today has been very frustrating and I’ve made no headway at all.

Hi I have been in Asia since 2019 due to the pandemic i could not return home in 2020. I have forgotten my ID mobile password and phone number, in facts i never used my id mobile number. Recently I cancelled the direct debit through my online banking but then realised that does not cancel my contract. Can you please tell me how i can log into my account without password or mobile number and then i need to cancel my contract and pay my outstanding bill. I have cancelled my order with you today on live chat, 15 mins after ordering it. Was told this was done. Now I have received an email telling me my order is on its way. I hope this is just an automatic email and been a mistake as I have reordered a contract phone elsewhere and can not afford to pay for two. Please please help me

My dad is 82 and has capacity issues and ID mobile have sent me a second letter for a bailiff for £12.48phe no longer has the phone and it's not capable of using one we are trying to cancel and getting no help.We cannot get through to anybody only the chatbot it is embarrassing and ridiculous and I am quite frankly disgusted at the level of customer service.Can anybody please help me someone from ID mobile I have been an id mobile customer for a quite a while.My number is 07754 158 402 if someone can please help me I would be so grateful.I'm on the edge of complaining because this is not acceptable that my dad should have a bailiff knocking on his door.My brother and I are not happy about what is going on.Mark

How to I obtain a proof of usage document for an insurance claim?

I paid my phone bill through a 3rd party as my bill was overdue. This was paid last week and my services are still not restored leaving me with a lovely housebrick i can only use on wifi. Online chat is useless and quite frankly this issue should of been resolved quicker. My id account was showing upto date on the monday just gone so why can i not make calls or texts?

Been told my number / name/ pac code is incorrect. Not impressed at how difficult this network is so far please get in touch with me to resolve ASAP.

Why can't I ring premium numbers i need to access them

I’ve paid my bill manually but my direct debit payment still went out - can I be refunded instead of having credit on my account? 

I want to cancel my contract but lost my sim . 

I ordered a monthly sim from ID mobile on 20th December 2020. I was expecting to receive it within the 2-3 days as per what was written. I received nothing at all and no update. When I spoke with ID mobile customer service they apologised and kindly ordered for another sim to be sent to me.  ​​​​I received the first SIM card that was supposedly missing on the 7th Jan and this was already not active as it had been cancelled. I just received the replacement SIM today 14th Jan 21 and am having a lot of issues.  first of there is no network. Secondly I cannot activate the SIM as I have no idea what the number is for the SIM. This is not anywhere in the packaging or the Carphone warehouse slip that it came with. I received no emails regarding this sim either.  it's so hard to get through to customer service as they mostly use online chat. None have been able to help me. I was charged for the first month payment on the 6th Jan and I have not even been able to use the services.    ​​​​

I need to port my number over to ID tomorrow but I can't find out how. They Don't seem to have a phone number to call. When I get the new phone and sim card, can I use the temporary number to get on the app and port my number over?

I ordered an iPhone 11 which was supposed to be delivered on the 12/01/2021, but hasn’t arrived. When I spoke to an agent via the chat function they said, they weren’t able to find out when it would be delivered. As a business you must know when you are expecting a stock delivery, otherwise I will have to cancel and order elsewhere. Please could you advise?

I am moving from old network to ID Mobile and have a PAC code - when I use your online submission form I get the following error all fields must be complete . All fields are complete! I have tried this on my mobile device and a laptop on separate days - 

I am messaging regarding a letter that my mother has received from iD Mobile. The letter is a FINAL DEMAND for the sum of £38.99. The letter has an account number on it.  My mother has tried to call the automated service regarding this letter but she says it asks for her iD Mobile telephone number..... which she doesn’t have. She has NOT got, or EVER HAD an account with iD Mobile! This is obviously a fraudulent account.  She is nearly 80 years old and has been extremely frightened by the arrival of this letter, which is the very first correspondence she has received. I have tried all ways to talk to someone about this as the letter states she has only 7 days to pay this amount or debt collectors will be instructed! I need to get this sorted today as she is getting more & more distressed.

Hi I’m due for an upgrade in a few days from a monthly sim plan and am planning on upgrading to the iPhone 11 128gb in purple but it’s showing up as out of stock on the site. Stock isn’t due until February and I’m having issues with my current phone so would rather be able to get it sooner. Is it possible to go in store to a Carphone Warehouse to be able to get it upgraded in person instead?Thanks.
