Hi, my son , like most kids at the moment is home schooling. He is using most of his data up by doing this. His school sent me an email saying that most phone companies are giving free data to help with this? I have tried to call ID mobile to enquire, but to be Honest I am getting  a bit frustrated!thanks for any and all help

I need to unlock my phone for use with another network/SIM card which has already been installed.  Is this possible or do I have to put the old card back in?

Hi I would like to cancel a sim card that hasn't arrived. I have received emails letting me know my direct debit is set up and another with all the other info.

I am trying to cancel a SIM only order that has not been delivered. Cannot get through on live chat, can you contact me to arrange this 

I currently have a SIM only deal as I held onto my old phone (all with iD). I am now eligible for an upgrade. When my new phone arrives is it ready to go from the box, with my existing number etc? Is there a delay in transferring from one to the other working?Thanks

Submit button is faded out and doesn’t do anything on final stage of registration (absolutely aweful UX not providing any user feedback). I’m abroad in NZ so can’t call.

Hello, my father passed away yesterday and I’d like to cancel his mobile phone plan which he has with ID Mobile. Could someone please contact me to make this happen quickly?

I asked for a sim card well before Christmas, I filled in my details and bank details for direct debit, I have never recieved a sim card, so cancelled the direct debit, I'm now being bombarded with emails and letters (that have found my address unlike the sim card!) saying I have to pay for the first month?! For what?! I want this matter sorting and my account cancelled before I take this matter further! 

I am not able to use my mobile. it said there is no network 

I have recently bought a new iphone 11 with a SIM card package. I want to use the SIM card in my old iPhone XR and the sim will not register I have put the sim in both phones and it says ”no SIM card” but i received a text message in the xr saying  my line is active. I have tried everything,it hasn’t worked and the useless live chat was no help either 

Hi,I upgraded from my iPhone XR to an iPhone 12 pro max order number 115104566.I received an order confirmation email and 0.01p was taken out of my account. However, I then received a text from my online banking stating that the upfront payment of £49.99 had been declined by my bank and asking me to confirm that the upfront payment of £49.99 for the phone was genuine - I confirmed it was genuine but they sent a text back saying to contact the retailer as I might need to make the payment again. The £49.99 has not come out of my account.I then received an email from iD stating that you’re experiencing minor delays processing orders for dispatch.Shortly after, I received another two emails from iD saying that you need to speak to me about my order because some details look like they are incorrect and that the sales team will try to get in touch over the next few days - if they fail to get through to me after 2 attempts, they’ll cancel the order. I presume the issue is because my bank decl

When I phone my mobile from another land line or mobile and try to leave a voicemail it says that my mobile number is not a valid number - any ideas how to rectify this?

I have paid my bill through the app but have been charged again a few days later how can I get refunded?

REMOVEDwanted to cancel contract only way to do so was to cancel direct debit as cannot get hold of id mobile - all lines automated, no live chat even though states it is available, no log in details and no longer have phone - how does one speak to someone?

Order for SIM complete on 4th Jan (115162102) stating that it will arrive within 3 days. I still have not received any SIM in the post and ID Mobile are already billing even though SIM has not yet been activated. Please confirm when my SIM card will arrive ASAP.

Please help me! I put in the wrong email address yesterday 9/1/21 when ordering a 24months phone contract, please help me change this. I cannot register for an id mobile account yet as i have not recieved the phone yet to register with the mobile phone number. I need confirmation of my order sent to the right email address. I ordered a Sim Only card a week ago but still haven’t received my order. I have been receiving emails and letters explaining that my direct debit will be starting soon. Please would you be able to check the status of my order or resend a SIM card out? Thanks, Sophie

My mum does not have an account as she went instore to buy her sim card, and doesn't use Internet. We would like to change the sim card as there is a cheaper one you have available. How does she do this?? As there is no account, I have registered to get this far on her behalf. Any help would be grarefully recieved.

For the past couple of days I have been relentlessly trying to register my account with ID after getting their confirmation email and wanting to see my plan details and account info. However I have been told that my details are incorrect which isn’t true as I have had them confirmed on the quick chat. The quick chat service keeps ending before I have resolved the issue so I am looking for help on how to properly register and activate my account

Hi,I’m trying to upgrade my phone, however the payment will not process and still take 1p. This has happened repeatedly and with different payment cards. Can I upgrade or do I have to cancel contract and go elsewhere? Also will the 1p charges be refunded?Many thanks!

Hi ID mobile.  My father has received a letter stating that somebody has opened an account with yourselves. He himself has not as he is on a pay as you go sim…Could somebody please contact me so that I can resolve this.. Thank you

Hi,ive been trying to contact you since mid December. I ordered a sim only contract at the beginning of December and did not receive the sim until the end of December. Since then I have ordered a new phone and started a new contract so I do not require this sim. I have never used this sim and I do not know my Id mobile number to login. I have left numerous answerphone messages and tried to email customer services to no joy. I have cancelled my direct debit ( I have been charged one payment in December) pls can someone contact me to ensure this is all now cancelled and I won’t be charged anymore.Thank you for all your time and help
