Hello,I ordered a SIM only plan on 23/12/20 and have not yet received my sim card or any tracking information. Could I please have an update on when I should expect my delivery?I have also received a letter from yourselves stating my first payment will begin on 07/01/21… Something I am not in any way happy about if the SIM hasn’t arrived by then.

hi all,sorry for the dumb question lol. i intend to sswitch to ID but in the procedure explained on the website it doesn’t say to buy a new sim first then move.how do i apply/receive the new sim card? also can it be sent abroad? i already have the PAC thanksema 

Someone has used my details to fraudulently take out a mobile phone contract.I have reported this to Carphone Warehouse 02/01 but have recently received a letter from Id dated 01/01 stating a direct debit has been setup for a mobile phone contract. I have not taken out a contract or setup a direct debit and the bank details in the letter are not mine.Please can you check this has already been escalated by Carphone Warehouse. I have a crime number from Action Fraud.Thanks 

My plan is £34.99 monthly but I was charged £50.25 instead. I am very confused. I thoroughly checked my whole bill for the month and there is no reason for my bill to end up being so high. Please respond as I have struggled to contact directly via phone call as id mobile doesn’t offer that. Thank you, looking forward to hearing back with some helpful news.

Hello I am unable to register my account it says that my details are incorrect but I know that they are not. This is very frustrating. I have tried the id number provided in the text and my previous number but neither are working. Please could someone help me as soon as possible.

Did online number switch, been almost a month and it hasnt switched over properly. Can recieve calls and messages to new phone fine, calling from phone is also fine. However when I message it sends from the temporary number and unless its an imessage it “fails sending” yet is recieved.

I have received an email from plusnet saying I can have 5G of data, unlimited texts and calls for £6 a month. Can you match this please? thank you 

I was given an ID mobile SIM and a new phone as a Christmas present. I have a PAC code but I don’t have  transaction number as it’s not on / in the green envelope that the SIM came in.

As I didn't received  a SIM card within a promised time, I want to cancel my ID Mobile monthly plan. As I have no ID Mobile number received, I can't do it neither via  iD Mobile App or My Account, even not by phone. Order Ref is XXXXXXXIf there will be no reply from ID Mobile support, I will contact Ombudsman Services.

Hi, Recently joined ID MOBILE, requested a PAC code keeps saying it’s wrong so I rang old provider who have told me no it is correct. I’m getting sick of being passed around by ID mobile all I want is one of the staff to actually help instead of being told your all unavailable or speak to a recorded message. I want this sorted urgently

Hii have an account already but am thinking of switching my wife’s number / phone over to ID. We want to port the existing number but If we proceed do we get a new SIM card or carry on using the existing?

I have tried through the app, through twitter and chat bot. All of which arent working. All i want to do is cancel my contract. Can someone please helpThanks

I have just signed up to Id on a new contract and want to keep my old number. I passed on my pac code to carphone warehouse yesterday when I joined and I have tried to input it on the app with my  old mobile number and I keep getting an error message. I am currently paying for two contacts which is not what I signed up for. Finding it slightly infuriating that I cannot speak to someone about this? If it doesn’t get sorted ASAP I will revert back to my old mobile and send this one back.   

Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me with my daughter's SIM. It's not worked, since I switched her contract to you. Her data is fine but she can only make emergency calls. Is there another step I haven't performed yet? Has the SIM not been fully activated? I did sent the PAC code while placing my order, so she could keep her number.I can't find anything useful in the Community Forums and I've found references to Live Chat on the website, but no actual Live Chat button to click on, to start such a chat. Pretty frustrating to be honest. She has this issue everywhere, no matter where we go, so it's not a signal issue and she's had it in both phones we tried the SIM in, so it's not a phone issue.She moved to ID Mobile over 2 months ago and it’s never worked. I’m only reaching out now as I keep looking for a phone number or live chat to use to no avail. So am trying this now. Fingers crossed. :)

I have a sim thats never been registered and i have received a ‘do not ignore final notice of demand’ letter for £13. This is the first I have received so this approach will not make me pay. I need to cancel this inactive sim ASAP. The live bot is transferring me to a real agent and I am getting a message to state they are not available and the opening times are 8-6pm Monday to Friday. We are on Wednesday and its 18:09 

Ordered a phone on the 16/12/2020 then the phone arrived on the 19/12/2020 but didn't get any sim. Waited until now and still don't have any sim but am being charged for it. Either want to cancel or get this resolved asap. Thanks

I am unable to receive OTPs  from Santander.  I only started having this problem in December 2020. Santander insists that it is not them. I am receiving all other messages and phone calls. Please deal with asap as I am unable to purchase anything on line!
