Hi iD, Sorry to bother you guys here but couldn’t connect to live help chat.I have two contracts with iD, one expiring in the new year. Is there any way to swap the numbers round between the two contracts? They are both with iD, both are mine.If the answer is ‘no’. Could I somehow use a different network SIM to transfer one number to and then transfer it back to iD but to the other contract…? Cheers,Mikey

My old number from o2 has transferred across to ID mobile but my problem is when i message my contacts, by SMS or whatsapp, the receiver gets the SIM card number that came in the post.Calling my contacts works successfully in terms of they see its me, my old number, but not when messaging. Why is this? and please advise ASAP.Dom

My SIm has not yet arrived I ordered it on the 6th Jan.

My wife has recieved a letter stating her account and direct debit have been set up.The name and address is correct but nothing else is.  We don’t have an ID mobile phone or an account.

I need to get proof of usage of my phone as I’ve managed to crack the home button and it is no longer responsive.  I’ve been trying Live chat since 30th December but it’s forever unavailable.  Was hoping someone would be available today!I’ve found other requests for the same and it seems you send Private Messages in response.  Here is what the insurer is looking for:Contact your network to request a 'Proof of Usage' document from them. This is a standard document and the network provider will easily able to email or post this document to you (ask for email for a quicker claim). This document has your IMEI number and the first and last time that IMEI was used on their network.Please can you contact me asap to confirm how I get this.Thank you

I have bought a new phone (iPhone X), when I put my ID Mobile SIM in the phone, the message appearing says it is blocked for some reason. The phone is unlocked. Someone who I asked about this said I might need an upgraded SIM for this phone. I am moving from an iPhone 7 to a iPhone X. What kind of problem is this and how do I fix it?

Hi, I have a new handset, and my SIM-only contract SIM card isn’t working properly in it.More detail: I had a 24 month contract with a nokia 7+, and after the contract period I converted the contract to a SIM only one, as that handset was really good. Unfortunately, though, I began to have problems with the USB-C connection, and eventually the phone stopped charging up. I’ve got a new handset (a Blackview A80 pro, which is fine, though the 7+ was better) and it recognises my old SIM, and I can receive calls and texts and access my whatsapp account with my old number. However, I can’t use the minutes, texts or data.Part of this is probably because I’m in Portugal at the moment. I’m here for long enough that I got a portuguese pay-as-you-go SIM that let’s me use the phone properly as it’s a dual SIM, but that’s too expensive to maintain alongside the UK contract. My intention was to come back to the UK soon, but the COVID situation isn’t looking great for that…Note: I would’ve preferred

How do I transfer my number from my old iD sim to a new iD sim? I have tried using a PAC code but as it is with the same network this does not work.

I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max at the beginning of December and had a sucsess email and it said dpd will let me know in 24hrs when it’s despatched but I still haven’t heard anything so unsure if my order has gone through

I ordered a new phone last month for my sons birthday and we still haven't received a sim card. 

My 24 month plan ends on 02 Feb 2021. I’ve received an email which confirms this and offers me options. I want to cancel my plan. I’ve forgotten my password to cancel through my on-line account so I’ve been sent a code to re-set my password. My handset however is in my student digs in Birmingham which is in lockdown, How can I inform ID mobile I intend to cancel without access to my phone?

I’m coming to the end of my ID contract, after much searching around, I finally find out that it will roll over automatically so I’ll have to cancel it. I’m shopping around for a new phone and have found the best option is an ID contract through carphone warehouse. It’s £5 a month cheaper than the upgrade through ID and has next day delivery instead of a 2 week wait. Simple choice. My first source of annoyance is that I cannot port my ID number over to my new ID contract. The only way to do this would have been to pay £5 a month more through the ID upgrade. Ridiculous. So now I need to just cancel the existing contract. But I can’t. The website takes you around in circles, and tells you to ‘contact us’. There is no way to contact you. Your chat bot doesn’t understand. This forum seems to be the only way, but when people tell you the website isn’t working, you just give them the instructions to go through the website again. ID is broken. I am transferring to ID from 3. I entered my old number, new number and PAC code on both the app and the website but have received a text message today saying “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services”. I have tried contacting Customer Services but the Live Chat was unavailable. Can someone please help?

Didn’t pass internal security check but you have taken £49.99 out of my bank for the phone! I want this refunded asap

I ordered a new phone on 24th nov. Phone came and was faulty. Sent back. No replacement sent as out of stock until 12th jan not heard anything. I’m paying for the contract and don’t have the phone. When and how willi get my phone????

If I go on my account and click leave id I get redirected to a site which says that it is underconstruction. The live chat team is always unavailable as well. Any help?
