I've recently become eligible for an upgrade on iD and I'd like an Oppo Reno 4 Pro, which is £29.99/month with £49.99 upfront, as an upgrade or a new plan on iD. However, the exact same iD plan is offered on Carphone Warehouse, but only £26.99/month with £49.99 upfront. I can't upgrade to the cheaper plan because only carphone warehouse offers this. Any advice? I don't want to be paying extra for no reason

I've ordered my sim over a week ago and still no sign of it, I had ordered twos sims one from id and another from three mobile, the three mobile sim arrived within 3 days?! So how can you blame it on covid and royal mail,ID if you don't get my sim to me within 3 days I will cancel the contract  

Has anyone else had an unknown number on their bill that has cost them £1.50 each text? The number is 88222

Hi I need help in porting my number it is urgent please . Worse service no one is there to speak

Hi I have read several posts, that relate to a possible ‘partial porting’ of my number from Vodafone to ID Mobile.after checking all the settings etc noted i still cannot receive calls from Vodafone callers, which was where my number was ported from - Texts are received.Another post was replied to saying “That the Tech team need to look into the problem”With me just retiring, and my ex work colleagues, and a close relation all being with Vodafone, this is still, since Christmas week, been very annoying.Hopefully someone can reply?ThanksJohn M

I ordered my SIM 9 days ago and it has still not arrived. I can appreciate a delay during COVID but my grievance is that firstly, there is no way to get help for any kind of update. The online chatbot is useless and there is no phone support.I can not even get an iD account as I can not verify the code sent to the SIM which I do not have!Secondly, the monthly payments start to be taken after 3 days, so I am paying for a service that I am not receiving and have no way to chase up!I suspect the only solution would be to cancel the contract, but I am not even sure I can do that with no-one answering the phone and not being able to set up an account.

I don’t have any info related to the phone that I need to get onto the account to be able to cancel. Is there anything I can do? I have the billing info of the direct debit that comes out each month. 

Hello,I received my phone 5 days ago and I still havent received my SIM. I’ve received confirmation from carphone warehouse, the ‘lets get started’ email and ‘the first monthly bill is ready’ from yourselves. I’m not willing to pay for a phone that I cannot even use while still paying for another phone until I can cancel it. Really disappointed with the service so far- hopefully it can be resolved ASAP. Many thanks,Paul

Hi, I ordered my SIM card on Thursday 31st and had a confirmation of delivery on Saturday 2nd saying it would be delivered within 3 working days. I have not received it. I have had emails saying I am set up with direct debit and everything is ready to go, but I haven’t got the main thing! Could you let me know where it is please? My order reference is 115116126

My partner is with Vodafone and has no issues with making calls in our flat. I however cannot make calls anywhere within the flat unless I literally stick my head out on the balcony. This is such an aggravating problem since i work full time at home. Is there any way of finding out why this is happening? 

ID are offering a better SIM only deal online than I am getting. I want to ask to be put on this deal, but I cannot speak to a person on the Live Chat just a ‘Bot’. How do I take advantage of this online offer if I can’t speak to someone?

Creating an account or cancelling it.

I bought a new iPhone 11 for my daughter for Christmas and transferred the old SIM into the new phone. A few days later it stopped working meaning all calls were immediately failed and there is constantly no service. It can connect to WiFi. Please help!

Hi, I have ordered a sim card on the 3rd of January, and my sim card hasn’t arrived yet. My current provider will send out my next bill tomorrow and I wanted to swap before it’s happening as I don’t want to pay double. Tried to call you and use the chat, but both were unhelpful

Two people in  my household applied to switch to ID with a PAC code on 5 Jan and was told it would take 24 hours to switch. It still hasn't transferred my number over and the PAC code has now expired. Can you advise on what is happening please. Plus it’s not good that unlike other networks ID does not make it possible to speak to a real person for support.

I would like to transfer my current plan to my son and set up a new one for me. Is this possible and how do I do it?

I've requested a PAC code from ID via the text message service, my new provider says the PAC is invalid. Expiry date is 12/01/21 so I need this sorting ASAP please. Live Chat has conveniently disappeared when I login to my account. Can someone please help. 

I put the wrong telephone number on the PAC form (one digit out by mistake). I am trying to resubmit on the app against my account and it is saying 'pac code or phone number incorrect'.How can I reset this. I tried to go on live chat but it was unavailable. 

Hi, I have requested a pac code but it keeps giving me an expired pac code and when I give it too my new network provider they said it's not valid. I am now paying for 2 contracts and cannot get hold of anyone. Please can someone help
