Until a few days ago I was paying £5 per month for a rolling monthly plan of 500 minutes, unlimited texts and 2 GB of data. I was running low on minutes so after watching an ID Mobile video on how to upgrade my existing plan I did so to £6 per month for unlimited minutes, texts and 2 GB of data. This all went through okay and the allowances on my cellphone IDM app changed to reflect the upgrade. However, I have just made several calls only to receive a text saying: “You’ve now used 100% of your minutes allowance. You’ll now be charged 40p per minute for every standard UK call you make, which is our out-of-plan rate.” This seems to contradict the app which shows that the upgraded plan has gone live. This gives me unlimited minutes so why did I get this text? I upgraded so that I wouldn’t incur extra charges!

If I go on my account and click leave id I get redirected to a site which says that it is underconstruction. The live chat team is always unavailable as well. Any help?

I am a UK resident but am currently in Spain. I found I was entitled to a free plan upgrade. Bearing in mind I was out of the country I spoke in person to an agent to stress this and that if I needed a new sim to be sent to me I would not be at home, in the country and therefore unable to receive it. The agent assured me that although I would be sent a new sim automatically I wouldn't need it as I could continue to use the old sim providing I did not select the activate new sim option in the app. I asked a second time to be sure as I explained that under no circumstances could I be left abroad without a phone I accepted the upgrade and approx 2 hours later I received an SMS saying my sim had been activated and that my new sim would be ready to use in the next 24hrs. My current SIM card then failed. I now find myself stuck in a foreign country unable to get home as there is a pandemic on and there are no flights, I am disabled, I have a business to run which relies on phone calls and I

I've followed the links, it says to contact customer services.I've tried to contact them on live and they're always busy.Now it's telling me to look on here when all the information given is exactly the same instructions as on the site, but they do not work. There is no option to cancel.  

Still havn’t received my welcom e-mail, checked the spam and every other folder.I need the id mobile number in order to use the PAC code before my current contract renew itself (Monday) and time is now running out.  

How do you get in touch with anyone in this company?!Terrible start to welcome a potential customer!I tried placing an order online. It went through.I then got an email to stay the phone I ordered was out of stock, with no time scale as to when it would be back. Not even on the website as you said it would be.So I wanted to do the live chat to change the colour to one which is in stock. Live chat is closed!!!! CLOSED at 10am on a Tuesday?!I then receive an email from IDmobile saying there’s been a problem with my order. (Which is that my bank blocked the initial upfront payment as it thought it was fraud). It says someone will contact me to resolve this, but of course NO ONE has.  How to put someone off being a customer!please someone reply or call me ASAP.Thanks 

I got the new Google5 5g phone at the end of October. It's the worst phone I've ever had. It keeps rejecting my fingerprints and it gets stuck on download and I have to restart the phone multiple times a day to correct it. I know I'm outside the return window but can I change to a different phone and send this one back but keep my contract or even pay a bit more to change the phone? 

I've been waiting for refund it should of gone in today but I'm still waiting why have i not been paid yet because I was charged three times for 1 bundel of 15 pound can I have 30 pound back please I've been waiting three days 07312089424

Yesterday your customer service agent activated without my permission simcard I’ve received after upgrade from payg to pay monthly 12months contract. ID did not ask if I want to do it just I’ve been sent text about simcard being activated! After my complaint it was cancelled but after an hour you disconnected me!!no service at all, can’t use phone!  fix it ASAP please 

Ordered a SIM for my son before Christmas and still hasn't been delivered am unable to get anywhere with customer services about where it might be or getting a new one sent out.Please help?

I have broken my phone and forgotten my pin to allow it ti work in a new phone and have forgotten the password and username and i want to cancel my contract is there anything i can do Need Urgent Help

If I want to keep my old number do I put the new ID mobile SIM into my phone before I send my PAC code to ID mobile?

Why am I to be charged a fee (£17.64) for the supposed line rental left on my contract. This is the last month of my contract and I plan to leave ID Mobile, but it says that I will be charged for my final month, which I understand but also for line rental. I don’t know what this is for and when I look it up on the internet it seems to say that line rental only applies to landline. Also why should I pay anything extra to my contact, especially as I will have finished it?Please can someone explain the reason for this because I don’t think I should be charged for this? PS ID Mobile it would be nice if you provided some sort of direct customer help, even a live chat would be helpful.

HiLast month my direct debit was returned unpaid, I immediately paid the outstanding amount via the app now I have received an email to say the payment is outstanding and. I have been restricted.  I have gone through my payments on the app and I see nothing outstanding.  Please explain what is going on. 

I have 2 contracts with you but don’t know either of my numbers and I want to set up a direct debit as I have changed bank accounts but I can’t do anything on any of your services without my numbers.

I bought my son a new iPhone 11 at the end of November for Christmas, SIM card didn’t arrive separately however I didn’t realise this until we had to transfer phone number. Did live chat on the 27th was told new sim would be sent and number transferred for us, activated on the 29th. No sim arrived, spoke to an advisor who said new sim hadn’t been sent, he would send one 2-3 days. It has now arrived, put into the phone - nothing! Should it be activated immediately, no sign of the network appearing on his phone? really loosing patience with ID mobile - can’t access live chat either. please can someone offer assistance? 

So I recently got a new phone that is registered with the ID network but all my business is linked through my old number on an O2 network.I got a PAC code and entered it into the ID registering system. I can now make calls from my new phone using my old number. However, I cannot receive texts or phone calls to my new phone? It says that the number is invalid?Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Whats the easiest way to close my account? I dont need a PAC code or a STAC code. Just need to terminate within the first 30 days! 

Since joing ID mobile and porting my existing number from Vodafone I can not receive calls or texts from Vodafone contacts. I have tried phoning, emailing, live chat and community chat but no-one has ever contacted me, as this has now been an issue from November I am totally frustrated as this is costing me business. I can call my contacts on the Vodafone network but when they call from Vodafone network they receive a "number not in service message"I need to get this corrected or leave ID mobile which would be a shame as other family members have no issue.This is the forth time tonight I have typed this message hopefully one of these will get a reply, it does feel like a message in a bottle at sea now !!!

I have a contract with ID Mobile which I want to cancel, I do not know the mobile number nor do I have the phone any longer, how can I speak to someone at ID? the chat service is no good to me as it requires the mobile number which I do not know, can anyone help me please

I have activated my replacement sim by entering the code provided by yourselves (2 days ago) but it is not working. I have no signal and unable to make calls etc. I have tried to work through the troubleshooting advice and nothing has worked can you please contact me ASAP to sort this out?
