Hi,I’ve just placed an order to change my price plan by going from the upgrades link on the Dashboard of my iD Mobile account and then going through the steps of the checkout process.When I’d completed that and got my order number, I realised I hadn’t logged in (I did click the link from the Dashboard while logged into my account, but that doesn’t seem to carry over the login status).Will the plan change still carry over to my account as normal (I went into a Carphone Warehouse store when I originally moved over to iD)?Best regards,Richard

As my upgrade phone stopped working one day after I received it (last January) I complained but no=one could help me. I therefore now wish to cancel my contract and pay it up.Please could someone email me about this with the amount left to pay, as I am sick of fighting this matter. Jean LittleXXXXXX

Hoping someone can help please.   I cannot log into my ID account.   Nor can I reset my password.  I also can’t get through to ID chat as a message comes up they are closed over Xmas.   Its the 8th January now.  I want to cancel my contract.   How?

Hi, I have received a letter by post stating that an iD account has been set up in my name.I don’t recognise the account number and sort code which is shown on the letter and it is saying that a payment of £24.99 is due from me on 12/01/2021.I haven’t even heard of iD mobile - Can someone provide me with a contact number so that this can be sorted out?I need this sorted out asap.

Hello There.  Can some explain to me, why i have received a received a dept recovery letter for £16.I didn't receive my sim card for quite some time after i ordered, So when i did receive it via Carphone warehouse, i sent it back to them.  Why can you not speak to a human being to resolve issues rather than talk to a bot on the chat.  absolutely *Bleep* service.  I do not want to the sim card or contract from you lot anymore.  The mobile number you sent out is XXXXXXXX. So you can cancel this contract now. From searching on ID community looks like you treat a lot of your customers like this.  If the sim was sent out in good time, then i would happily pay the £8 a month.  But not when you get treated like this.

Hi, I am attempting to move mobile providers but my PAC isn’t being accepted by my new provider and they have asked me to get a new one raised. Is this possible please?Many thanks 

Can someone call me please. I have received a demand for one of my 3 sims, but cant cancel it or talk to anybody at IDMobile.

How do I ask for one?

I have moved away from ID mobile and received my PAC code. However when I’ve provided it to my new network (Vodafone) it says ‘The PAC code you have entered does not match the number you want to keep’. I’ve spoken to Vodafone who have said I need to go back to my previous provider. I’ve tried a live chat but the robot keeps telling me they’re currently unavailable. Can anyone help me?Thank you

I no longer use IDMobile, but am still being billed monthly, so need to cancel urgently. I need to login to the account, but don’t know the password. The account is registered under my son’s email address. We no longer have access to the associated mobile phone number as the SIM hasn’t been used for over a year. As suggested in other posts I have tried using the “Live Chat”. Eventually the “bot” says it will connect me to an agent:“I'll transfer you to a member of our Live Chat team.”But then is responds with the following message:“Sorry, we're unavailable right now. Hi Guys, There is a serious problem with your app. I ordered a phone yesterday, Xpereia 1 II. All good. Waiting for confirmation on when the delivery will be, assuming it will be either today or tomorrow as per DPD process.  HOWEVER, this morning at 7.30am I opened my app to see how my account looks, to see if the contract has started or not. I IMMEDAITELY got a text message saying your new simcard will be activated shortly. Now my phone is on emergnecy calls only.  Opening the ID app after doing an upgrade AUTOMATICALLY ACTIVATED THE NEW SIMCARD!!!  My Simcard is in the post, with my new phone. I really need to know when my phone will arrive now because I cannot be contacted. What makes this even worse is that I work from home for local government. In accordance with DPA (GDPR) laws, everytime I access my system by logging into my work computer, it gives me a telephone call, before it will allow me to log into it. I’m coming to the end of my first PAYG Sim-Only £20 Value-Bundle (35 days duration) at midnight tonight, and have gone into My Account online, and also into the App, looking to buy a new £20 bundle. I couldn’t find a way to do so, so I bought £20 of Credit, hoping that I would then be able to see an option to convert that into a new £20 bundle. Still nothing.What am I supposed to do now?

Hi, I'm trying to port my number from ID to another network. I have requested my PAC code 3 times yesterday and once today by texting 65075 and it keeps coming up with "Your PAC code is ********* and It expires on 2020-12-13....."  Unsurprisingly the code doesn't work because it's expired. Why am I being sent an out of date code on 6th Jan 2021 which expired in Dec of last year?  Can I have a proper code please which hasn't expired? Thank you. 

It's been 9 days and my sim card has not arrived phone arrived but still no sim and can't get any help from customer services so this is my last attempt then I will have to cancel direct debit and cancel 18 month contract before 14 days is up

I have recently purchased a new ID sim as I am using a different email which I cannot seem to change the username for on the old sim. I have received a PAC code  - however this doesn’t seem to work and I am unable to transfer my phone number from my old ID sim into my new one. Hi, I purchased a sim only package through the carphone warehouse in December as a gift for my son, when we tried to use the sim yesterday it did not work. As you can imagine my son is very upset so please help. I have already tried everything from the  activation process on your website.

Hey,got upgraded phone and new sim. Lost the activation barcode. The code should also be on the card but it's the wrong number of digits. Can't get through to a person to ask. Please help
