This afternoon I have submitted the PAC code from my old network but have since received a message saying there was an issue and some of the information was incorrect but there’s no way to redo the submission. 

I have lost my sim so can,t recieve the code to setup online account

Hi My wife has an iphone and I have an Android. Today, neither of is are able to send or receive standard text messages. She can receive imessages from other iphone users. Is there a central issue at ID?

If I buy a new phone, how do I keep the old number as the new phone has a smaller sim card?   Also want to change my email address as well within the phone ?  

At the begin of 2020 I cancelled a contract with id leaving my direct debit live. I assumed that it would have been/had been taken so did not notice until I checked my credit score and saw that I have 3 missed payments on my account. I then had to dispute and escalate a complaint with id and finally they removed the notes from my credit score. I had another number with id for someone else which I left active. I then cancelled this one in Nov/December 2020 and now checking it. It looks like the same thing is happening again! The worst thing is there is no customer service number that I can call. The chat bot doesn’t have this scenerio in its script and everytime I try to get through to a live agent it doesnt go through! I offered to over pay and was told I couldn’t. How do I prevent this from affecting my credit score once again??

How do I cancel my husbands contract as he passed away on the 27th Nov 2020 and the direct debt is still being taken out of the account

Well ID can't help me with their bots. I'm losing customers and now job opportunities because my phone won't ring or accept all calls. It's an issue that's intermittent and it doesn't always go to my answer phone. It isn't related to signal.Any help before I start my claim to end this contract?Thanks

Can't make or receive calls. Was fine yesterday but nothing today? 

Both incoming and outgoing text or iMessage isn’t workings today, all settings are ok and no changes to sim or contract 

My text service stopped working today.  Messages cannot be sent, some not received others delayed by up to one hour. I tried shutting down the phone for 10 minutes, removing and checking the sim card and powering up again but that did not help.Phone calls are working as normal.Live chat on iD is only available with a Bot which is no help at all.  Humans are to busy it seems.Any advice would be appreciated as I cannot use sucure sites which ask for confirmation of identity by text.

Hi I've been using my galaxy note 20 ultra for about a month and everything was fine but now is not sending text messagesif someone could help me with this I will be really grateful I already checked the sms number in the messages app settings and the sms n is the right one for id mobile (+447782000800) so I don't know if this is a general id network issue or if is something related to my phone.Thank you

Hi there, I placed an order for a pay monthly mobile contract today and have received an email saying the credit check failed (even though I’ve checked my credit score and can’t see the search/any reasons for the check to be declined). There was a £99 upfront cost on the particular contract I ordered, which has been taken from my bank account. Can you please assist with this and either refund the upfront cost or process the transaction? Currently stuck in limbo but with £99 out of pocket!

I have encountered a problem today regarding the inability to send and receive texts. This is important and urgent as I am awaiting a verification code to login for work. I managed to chat with an agent from Id Mobile online and they say that this problem is a technical issues and is affecting many users and they are currently unsure when it will be fixed. Has anyone else had this problem today? If so, what updates have you had from Id Mobile? Is anyone from Id Mobile reading this who can provide a progress update please?

I got an email saying that they restricted my number. I need to contact social services, I have paid my bill it came out my bank on 1st and 12th and they asking me to pay again

Hi, im unable to send/receive sms. Iphone user, problem started this morning, had issues with making calls aswell, but thats ok now, all SMS are effected. Sim clean done, restart done. software up2date. Tested Imessage and thats working, problem is just sms.How do i check the message centre number?No issues on coverage checkerThanks

Hello, I have been trying to cancel my contract for the past week it sends me on a never ending loop between the app and the ID website. I have put in a request to end my contract but it would not let me confirm the disconnection without speaking to customer service. I tried the live chat a few times but no one was available. There does not appear to be a number to call or email to resolve this. I have had to set up this account on the community forum purely to get this resolved. It seems you have tried to make this as difficult as possible to leave. The message I got when trying to disconnect says:“https://porting.idmobile.co.uk/AutoSwitchingCommunity is under constructionStay tuned”Please cancel my contract asap. Thanks

Have been given many variations of a theme to try and contact idmobile - all supplied by your agents on the phone - none work - “message undeliverable”  - please advise Removed- you see where I’m going here !!!

Hi Galaxy A70 Started receiving texts slowly this morning (e.g. verification texts), now not receiving any. Wifi calling on/off doesnt help.Phone on off/doesnt helpI’ve cleaned the sim card/tried in another phoneTried mobile data/on offTried connecting to another network to prompt the phone to switch back to ID mobile (which I read can fix the issue)  

My SMS serice has stopped working. I can no longer send or recieve text messages. I can makephone calls ok. I am in Telford TF2 9NU postcode area. Is there a problem either local to me or more widespread?

Hi, recently i upgraded and my contract is 50GB and unlimited min/text. I checked on the ID app, and it says I have 28GB and the total for this month is 28GB? Im really confused. Also how long does it take for the sim to be active

many thanks for any help on the following… So I have ID SIM card unlimited data plan (A) with phone number XI have another SIM card with limited data (B) and phone number Y (not from ID) I would like to do the following….Swap X onto B (i.e phone number from unlimited data to the limited data SIM card). Retain the unlimited plan with a different phone number - and I dont care what number it is.What are the best steps to effect this please with no cost, and maximum ease.Many ThanksIan Hunter   

Hi, Please can you help clarify when the 30 days notice should be given.  My contract ends on the 15th February,  I don’t want to renew or keep the number.  I’ve been given conflicting information when using live chat so I don’t know when I should give notice that doesn’t incur extra charges. . First I was told to call around 15th January which I had planned to do but when I contacted ID today with another query I wanted to take the opportunity to advise of my cancellation requesting it takes effect on the contract end date. I was told if I did that there would be early termination charges so to call on the contract end date i.e. 15th February and the 30 days notice would start from then. I mentioned that I would be charged for a further 30 days as I haven't given notice in advance to terminate, and was told that the 30 days notice starts on the contract end date and as long as I don’t use the phone I won’t get charged.  I’m not convinced that’s correct. So my issue is if I cancel befo
