I think this is a iOS issue, let me know if this is not. All devices are updated with the latest iOS 14.4.I have two iPhones connected to the same iCloud account. One has SIM (IPhone 7), and the other (client iPhone) is just a glorified iPod (Amen).Whenever I use the hotspot, the connection/hotspot drops whenever I switch off the screen of the client iPhone.How do I stop this from happening and keep the client iPhone always connected to the hotspot ?

Why whenever I log on to check my monthly billing do I get a red message saying there is an error and that the amount cannot be calculated? Most annoying.

Hi,I would like to get a new number and transfer my existing plan to that new number. However, I do not want to lose my old number.  How can I do both of these please?Thanks.

I am switching from Vodafone to iD.I have received my new phone from iD and I have my Pac code ready to submit.but my question is, about what order I should complete the process. do I submit the pac code and wait for my old phone to switch over to the iD network and then transfer everything from my old phone to my new one?or do I transfer everything from my old phone first and then submit the pac number to iD?And at what stage do I put the new iD sim card into the new phone?really appreciate any advice!!thanks so much 

Hello To ID MOBILE TEAM I see you give 30 days of a chance to cancel but what about me, as i had too much patience’s.  made an impression on me from the very beginning that id doesn’t have coverage everywhere where i go but this is getting really on my nerves. I see people complaining on your website - and you say restart your phone is not from my phone i have the latest model i think it should work properly and its not only me as i said i saw a lot of people complaining. My concern is someone to give me an idea what should i do as i cannot make any calls; even when i open Maps and i type an address is taking ages to load the route. What is that?! Any solution for that signal? please help me.Ps maybe you can transfer me to a better network ?

My phone has basically unusable as a phone as I rarely have any signal at all so I can't have any phone calls in or out. For example, the other day I had an important call from my doctors but due to signal issues the doctor couldn't hear me at all. I

I’ve recently upgraded my SIM card to have more minutes available. The new SIM arrived in the post, but I noticed that my old SIM has the new minutes already available. Do I have to insert and activate the new SIM, or can I just continue using my old one?Thanks

I have had my iD sim for well over a year, today I received an email asking me how I am getting on after having my plan for a few days. Additionally I cannot access the app after no problems over the last year, I initially tried to reset my password then deleted and reloaded the app, but it just comes back with check network connection.  I am concerned there has been fraud on my account and have no way of checking, has anybody got any suggestions?

I've had an email saying that I've been using a new plan for a week and asking how Im getting on. I haven't requested a new plan, can't access the app and can't log in online to check anything. How do I speak to somebody? 

Hello. The app and website is not allowing me to sign in. After typing in my password clicking to sign iny password changes! 

I cannot log in to app or website yet know my login details are correct.  Is there a system problem? Is there any way to contact anyone at ID Mobile other than through this forum???

I have received an email apparently from ID mobile regarding a new plan - I have not changed my plan recently.  Tried to log in to my account and cannot log in to either app or website using my password.  Worried that my account may have been hacked.  Please contact me URGENTLY.

I think someone may have set up a new plan in my name. I have received an email asking how my new plan is going, and I haven’t started any new plans. How do I get to speak to someone about this?

I have recently started a new plan with iD, I gave my PAC code from my previous provider about 5 days ago and my number still hasn’t been transferred. I also cannot log into my iD app as my phone number is not recognised. Impossible to communicate with anybody as no one is ever available. Really need to get my old contact number transferred over for work purposes.  

App on phone not working. Bot is useless. Had a message about a new plan but have not got a new plan.

How is Roaming in Europe Band 1 countries affected now Brexit has happened?

I just got a new sim and switched over my old number, but I can’t receive any calls or texts from numbers on different networks or from landlines. I’ve tried restarting it numerous times and taking my sim out and putting it back in again and turning on airplane mode then turning it off again and nothing has helped. Can someone please get in contact with me asap? It is really important my work is able to call me on my phone

I’ve been trying to get in touch to cancel a plan and it’s impossible - LIVE chat doesn’t work, call centre is closed - I can’t register because I don’t have the SIM and have been paying for the contract for months now. Hasn’t been used once! Number I can’t cancel is XXXXXXXX

I am currently using an iphone 5s and would like it to be unlocked from the ID network. I have tried asking for this through the live chat but the bots seem to see the word unlock and give general answers to unlocking from other networks, not ID. I have seen another couple of threads on this but the answers were either to contact the live chat or someone at ID has contacted the poster privately. Does anyone know how you can request ID unlock an iphone 5s?

I currently have an id mobile account sim only (no contract). I ordered a new phone with id mobile but it says it’s coming with a new SIM card. Do I have to use that sim card and create a new account  with the new phone number or can I just use my current SIM card and account.If so, (as in I must make a new account) can I transfer my current id mobile number to this new SIM card (as it’s a contract). I’m just a little confused. Thank you for your time.
