Have unfortunately lost my mobile that had my iD mobile sim card in it and was hoping to keep the same number but do away with the SIM card I lost and to hopefully have another one sent in the post

I have received an email from ID sayiong they have received my request to cancel account..i have never made any such request. Where did this come from?

Hello, I have received a new iPhone 12 and ported my old number over. I can receive sms ok but I can not send them. Flags as failed to send and even sometimes sends three times. I have tried resetting network settings, restarting phone multiple times. My partner also got a new iPhone and ported her number at the same time and it is doing the same thing. Please can anyone help as I need to be able to text others not on iPhone?

Hi I’ve had a direct debit letter sent to my home address stating an Id mobile account has been set up in my name . This was not me . There are my bank account details on there too . I have reported this to my bank but you need to know so that if the person who set this up contacts you you  can look in to it . Also I do not want this direct debit set up to go out of my account next month . please contact me ASAP . many thanksclare Agarwal

Hi,what I’m experiencing is annoying. I have a Samsung J5 2016, and I experience the following problems:people try to call me and my phone hang up after few seconds without me having time to answer. People telling me that they tried to phone me and my number is engaged.Because this is a problem that comes and go, I need to be sure that there  are no problems with the line. I thought it was a problem with my memory and I added an external SIM Card. I thought it worked, but it (probably) doesn’t.My Postcode is SW9I really can’t afford to miss phone calls in this moment.Thank you very much for your kind answer.

Hi, I need help cancelling my account.  I was of the opinion this was a rolling no contract matter and if you stopped the payments as the account was not being used and hasn’t been used for months, that would be fine. As I have now been contacted by a credit company I understand I was wrong.  Unfortunately as this phone has not been used for so long we do not remember the number or any account details. If someone could contact me so I can cancel the contract.

He’s on hios phone all the time when he should be doign school work. I’ve limted access to the house wi-fi but he’s using his mobile data. Can I set time limits on his access? TIA

I received a letter and wish to ask the following question about the 30 day rolling sim offer.can I keep my existing numberdo you send me a new simcan I cancel by giving 30 days notice if I opt for this offerdo you still prevent me exceeding my data limitas I am unable to register my phone how do I change my contract, I tried ringing the number you provided in the letter but at no point was I able to speak to a person to make the change.Please reply as soon as possible as I would like resolve this. 

Hi.I have a calls and texts unlimited plan but I have been charged for all the texts and some minutes despite the unlimited allowance.My bill should be 11 pounds a month and is already 17!! How is that possible???Thank you.Rui

I wanted to change my plan to a cheaper tariff and ordered a sim only deal in error with new number and new dd. I  have since found out I can change all this on my app!! How do I cancel/return this sim? No information anywhere and chat bot is useless.

I change my ISP yesterday and now I can't use my I'd app on my Android tablet. When I try to open the app I get a message saying unable to establish a secure connection. Please try later. My Android mobile using the same network opens fine. Any ideas??

Only had this phone since December, I did change the billing day to the end of the month I haven’t changed my plan. I do understand my bill was more this month as I changed the direct debit date but since I’ve had the phone I have only £5 cap data remaining even though I payed Decembers and January’s my data hasn’t renewed 

5 Days ago I made a complaint through chat to resolve my final bill. They advised I would Receive a £5 and that my final bill would be produced within two days. It’s now been five days and I have not received the £5 and I have also not received a final bill. I have now moved countries my account will not let me access it because the security is a number will be sent for verification to my old number which I no longer have.How do I reopen my complaints?  this has been truely an awful experience. It took me 2hrs on chat which I thought was resolved but now having to try an alternative. All I want is to pay and be done with ID (the hardest company to get hold of) I originally Cancelled on the 17th of January

Hi, i have ordered the iphone 12 pro pacific blue on the 22/11/20 and upon ordering the expected delivery date was 24/11/20. I dont know if my order has been successfully processed however the upfront cost has been taken from my account. I need an update regarding this as i am currently without a phone. Regards

Hi all, First of all I’d like to say what a horrific experience it is trying to chat to a real person. I can’t even chat to someone on live chat let alone on the phone.
