Hi.I received a letter asking me to sort my bill out. I've tried to log in and view my standing on the whole account but have failed 😖The letter I received in the post is asking for issue to be sorted in 7 days. There's an account number on this letter. This number has been of no help so far.Any help regarding this is appreciated.  

I already have an account with id and have recently purchased a phone for my daughter,  I now want to get a sun only contact to go with the phone,  but when they do the credit check the order gets canceled.  Help!! 

I ordered a sim with a £8 bundle on the 14/01/2021. My sim still hasn’t arrived. I have the order number as-well, what do I do?

Some months ago, I bought an ID Sim for a new Huawei phone I bought. After inerting the Sim, it simply wouldn’t work. I tried everything expected/advised on the forums and tutorials here but nothing worked. In the end I simply cancelled the direct debit as I was not happy to continue to pay for a service I have no access to. I triend getting holf of carhone warehouse, where I bought the Sim but it proved fruitless. No one was answering phones. Now I am getting all this mail about me owing you money; which is annoying.

I upgraded my SIM only contract and it is all working and showing on the app.So why have I been sent another SIM card in the post ? 

Why can’t I use my pc to log in to Id Mobile. My phone app has stopped working now as well. Is everyone OK there? 

I recently purchased a new phone through ID and am now using an ID sim. I have been trying to transfer my old number to this phone using PAC and all the details it requests including my old number, new number and transaction number, yet nothing has worked. I have tried doing this once a week and it has now been a month. Any advice would be extremely useful.Thank you in advance.

 I’ve been trying to contact ID mobile as there has been fraud with an account opened in my name I contacted ID mobile in a week ago and reported hi account which is open in my name, my address, my bank details but it’s wasn’t me. I call to bank to cancel the standing order. But today i just got the letter from you company about the information of account opened I need you to reply and solve with problem!    

Last night and this morning I have been trying to purchase an iphone 12 pro max. I fill in all the details and get to the section requiring me to pay 1p to check my card works. I have done this three times but it keeps saying unsuccessful and to check my details and try again. However, I have been charged to my bank account each time. I cannot progress any further without this step being completed and have been unable to speak to anyone in person regarding the issue. My current phone contract ends very soon and I really need to purchase this contract! If you need anymore details please let me know! :)

Bought a sim for my mothers phone but it's not compatible with her phone. How do I cancel? Cant register to cancel online

I took out an upgrade and received a new SIM. I activated the new SIM for a Doro 1370. The SIM is not working. Concurrently I submitted a PAC code to have my old Pay as You Go number on O2 ported over to the new SIM. What else do I need to do? It has been 72 hrs since submitting the PAC code and more than 24 hrs since I activated the SIM.I need the SIM working urgently as I am dependent on it for on-going healthcare  issues.

I got a new account with id mobile and had my pac code, but it hasn't transferred over.

My 2yr contract ran out and I then switched to SIM only.This required a new SIM, you sent this to my home address in Aug 2020. I have had problems getting this forwarded to me (I’m abroad). Will it still work?? My family will forward it now but I just want to check if it will still be active. All my phone apps are registered with the number, and are still working, so are text messaging. I can not receive incoming phone calls from the UK though. 

Bought unlimited internet 2 days ago, my bank account charged instantly but not bundles on my account. This is the worst network in the Uk, there is no customer service to sort this mess and I can’t do my work now. Be warned and stay away from this scam am so pissed 

Got my new upgrade so it’s a replacement sim and the SIM card isn’t working it’s saying no sim I’m getting so annoyed about this a need it fixed ASAP 

I just joined today and the signal strength shows either one bar or ‘No Service’. I looked it up and it looks like an on-going problem and says that the site to investigate the problems is unsafe. What happens now? I need a reliable phone .

I can't get rid of a circle with a diagonal line on my Samsung s6 it is refusing incoming calls or text. Please help! 

My Mum bought a phone years a ago and her 24 - month handset plan ended on the 13 June 2017, the letter states that she is no longer committed to a fixed contract period. She hasn’t used the phone in years, she’s with a new provider with a new phone.Yet she is still paying 10.00 a month as an existing service with your company, which has been recently brought to her attention by her dept collectors. Her renewal was not brought to her attention.She wants to end this service for good completely. On her behalf:I have called 0800 049 0250 which has been a dead end, no human advisor to speak to in order to help with the cancellation The chat bot doesn’t help with this query. She has no email/username or password with you, all she has is an account number and mobile number.Please provide a solutionThank you.

I want to cancel and it won't let me 

My messages are coming up as not sent but they are doing and the recipient is receiving them ¾ times

I’ve been trying to cancel my plan all day help me for god sake 

I noticed today that I had been charged for a text msg I sent to +1(646)8497524. Having contacted customer services via chat, I was informed I had sent this text. I checked my phone and the number was there in my ‘unknown Senders’ filtered msgs. There was no  wording in the text. I then checked the sender number online. It appears to be from a ‘reverse Robo-caller’. Presumably this means someone calls you and you pay for a msg even if you don’t answer it. What is ID Mobile doing about this? I can’t set my cap to £0 so have set it to £1. I’ve also blocked the sender. Want others to be aware. Is an account hack??

The only option to reset my password (which I’ve forgotten) is to receive a confirmation code by SMS. The idmobile account is on my iPad. It can’t receive SMS. How do I reset the password?

can someone please contact me - this is ridiculous.  I need to cancel my contract today. I have cancelled my direct debit. thank you. 

One daughter has had an ID mobile for a few years now with no issues my other daughter is now with ID from Vodafone when she put in her PAC number to keep her number her sister got the messages and has had her number changed to her sisters number??!! How has this happened and how do we rectify it???
