Hi I have problem with my billing. I’m pay twice every months. I have new contract and every months they charge me for old bill. I cancelled old bill and contract and now I can’t call … I can’t understand what’s going on? I try to call to ID all day but that’s impossible and I chatted with someone but still not helping. I’m very disappointed about this situation . Really I haven’t a time for all day to call you. I’m paying my new bill so why they blocked me ? 

I have never received or used my sim and I’m being sent bills of £50?? I have tried to get in contact multiple times and had no response on socials nowhere to email or call???? Can someone please help me???

I have recently been the victim of a fraudulant scam and my details have been used to open up several phone contracts, i have received a letter stating that i have opened one with yourselves but i know this not to be true, i will contact the police to update them on this matter but i would like to know if anything can be done on your end. 

I have tried to cancel my account but it then says to contact you. No one is ever available on chat and I am annoyed I can’t ring and speak to anyone. Cancel my contract now.

Hi,My daughter recently took out a contract with ID, and I arranged for the number that she previously used (on Vodafone but under my name) to be ported over. Filled in the form on Monday expecting the number to be moved yesterday, but still calls/messages coming through to the Vodafone sim. Any chance someone could advise what the issue is? Many thanks.

Hi I've recently upgraded my plan from ID. My allowances for calls and texts have been reset to unlimited, in accordance to the plan. However the data plan has not and is missing 20gb from the allowance which is 30gb.  Do i need to wait for the new sim to arrive before the data allowance is shown correctly? 

Hello,I travel occasionally to non European country and remove my SIM card (monthly contract plan), when I return to the UK I do not find any missed texts or phone calls (unless they have left a voicemail).Is there a way to receive these texts?Is there a way to see the missed calls?If the above is not possible what would you advise when travelling to at least receive notification when either text/calls are made?Thanks

HelloWe lost my son’s phone and ordered a replacement SIM about a week ago. We have activated the new SIM but it’s not working. Unable to make calls or send texts. We have tried to use the Chatbot but no one is available to chat live and this seems to be an ongoing issue when checking on social media.Please can someone help?Thanks 

I have recently purchased a SIM only deal from ID rather than via upgrading my plan as there was a better deal than was available in my upgrade options. I’ve requested a PAC code from my pay monthly plan but this doesn’t appear to work as they’re both ID mobile numbers. If I want my pay monthly contract to end and to move my existing number to the new SIM only contract, what do I need to do?

Hi, I got a letter saying an account has been set up and a mobile phone number that has nothing to do with me is showing so is a bank account number & sort code with only the last few digits showing which don't belong to me either ? 

The website will not allow me to cancel my plan...it goes to a page on site development.  My plan ends 8 March 2021 how do I cancel?

Hi, for the past 2 weeks I have experienced very poor signal at home and the local area. This is either 1 bar or no reception my postcode is B73 6UN

I tried to activate my new sim today in my new phone. This is an upgrade and I am already with iD. Was I meant to use the new sim sent to me with the phone or take my old sim and put it into my new phone? I used the new sim and activated it and it said to wait up to 24hours. Now neither of my phones work although I still have today as the last day of my old contract.

I bought and add on 4 days before my allowances were due to refresh. I used 7 minutes and expected those would be used before eating into my new monthly allowances....not so....my contracted allowances were used first, I now have only 42 minutes to last until my next refresh. Does anyone else think this is unfair? Has anyone lodged a complaint with OFCOM?I have registered a complaint with OFCOM today and asked them to look into it as a whole. If you pay for a service you should be able to use it, and it pay twice which is essentially what has happened

There is nothing happening!  I have asked about problem with wifi calling, got one reply 2 days ago which I tried solutions suggested with no result, replied again and nothing heard.  if I have not heard today I will cancel

I was wondering if someone could tell me why i didn't meet the credit check criteria and my order cancelled? my credit score is high, been employed for over 5 years and living in the UK my whole life. Could it be that i have moved addresses a lot over the past 3 years? I tried to enter these as accurately as possible, taking the dates from my credit report. I cant think of another reason. I have held a three mobile contract for more than 10 years but wanted to switch.

I have bought a new iPhone XR through carphone warehouse and provided the agent with my PAC code to switch from EE to ID. I am returning the phone and sticking with EE as they have matched the deal and upgrade for me. I have spoken to them and they have advised that I need the PAC request to be closed from your side so they can reopen it on their side and activate my account again.

I had a couple of unexpected charges on my bill.when I checked one was a text in which I used a 🤷‍♂️ emoji.this was charged at 30p.i use other emojis all the time and never been charged. why have I been charged for this message?

So I’m not very well-versed with mobile upgrades and stuff, but today I saw the ‘upgrades’ tab on my dashboard and saw that I could upgrade to a cheaper plan than my current one.So I bought and ordered the (SIM-only) upgrade, gave my address etc. and that seems to be on the way pretty soon.However, I also saw that instead of ordering a whole new SIM through the store, I could just change my plan to a cheaper one? So I had a look and accidentally changed the plan with ease.So I’m not sure what to do now. Should I cancel the upgrade I ordered or keep it? Is there a risk of losing my number if I do? Edit: Just realised this is in the wrong topic but I don’t know how to delete it or move it. Sorry.

Hello, I've recently upgraded from a SIM only plan to a pixel 5, however I'm not really happy with the device. I'd like to try it out for a few more days, but if I'm still unhappy is it possible to return the device and either return to my old plan or choose a new device, even though I've used it and activated my new SIM? Thankyou

Hi all.When is ID mobile planning on rolling out the android update for the galaxy A71? It was released in full on the 8th of Feb. We should be seeing this already. I know my wife's Vodafone A71 has updated on the 9th. Any help and guidance appreciated 🙏
