so i have a capped contract 2 spend £3.99 which is capped so i cant use more than £3.99 but i needed a one off data so i bought a£7 add on for a month before i had started using the add on i received a text saying i would now b charged the out of contract price of £10.24 per 100 mb. so not only do i have 2 pay for the add on. Does it roll over or is it a 1 off payment if not how do i stop it? But it seems i am being charged the out of contract price as well.When i log on 2 the website it mentions the add on but not the out of contract charge it all seems to have gone haywire since i tried 2 buy a 1 off add on. I never would have bought the mobile contract in the first place if i had known it was all on line which i am not v good at the man in the shop is useless because of covid

I’d like to cancel my disconnection request. I want to keep my same number however just upgrade to a new sim only contract. The live chat isn’t helping me at all as it doesn’t give me the help I need. 

I’ve just made a contract with ID through carphone warehouse and would like to share my pac code with ID so that my number doesn’t get changed. I’d like to call someone to go through this but cannot find a number I can call… can anyone help me with this?

We are building an application to be able to track kids in summer campus using their phone in case they are lost. My question is, what is the best way to sync location data every-time. There are two options : 1- Sync every 5 seconds, by updating db and inserting location data every 5 seconds. If we have a lot of phones and writing to the same db, it would be very hard to manage. 2- Tracking Real-time movements of the phone, still don't have any idea on how can I do this, any suggestions are welcomed.

How will I know when my PAC has been changed over ? I sent it across on Friday.

I had assumed that when I upgraded my plan that I could keep my old number. It appears that this is not the case so I would like to cancel the new contract. Please can I be contacted to do this.

I am absolutely devastated tofind that I have 2 late payment markers in my credit file. I have been a loyaland reliable customer to ID for 2 years, always paying billS on time.  i cancelled my contract in Aug 2020 and I accept through error did not transfer the STAC code correctly and did forget that I would still be billed.  I have no argument with the £20 I owe and have settled the account as soon as I found the markers in my credit report. I am very very disappointed I wasn’t contacted to remind me of the payment whatsoever. No message, no call or payment text message, which ID had always previously sent.  I feel so let down, this was a genuine mistake which I was never afforded the courtesy of rectifying. 

Hi I bought a new I phone 11 from I'd mobile just before Christmas and moved my number from vodafone which all worked fine.  Everytime I send a message it sends it 3 times how do I stop this from happening. 

Changed plan to SIM only. Already with ID and keeping my old phone. Been sent a new SIM card- do I have to use it?

I have just upgraded to sim only contact. Keeping my old handset and number. All details have been updated in my account. I have received a new sim in the post. Do I need to use it if I'm not changing number or handset  

I need to receive an access code from my overseas bank to access online banking, but I am not receiving it when they send it.  The bank have asked me to check whether you (ID) are blocking SMS from short numbers.  If this is the case, how do we resolve it?

I just joined yesterday and have incurred charges for texts… I thought all texts were unlimited?

I have a one week old Oppo A72 and the screen has begun to flicker and go off on its own. I have to squeeze the phone to get the screen back. Any advice? I’m finding it impossible to get any help from live chat.

I’m trying to activate my new SIM card but the code isn’t arriving in my email (I’ve checked the junk/spam folder too!) and I don’t have an active phone number so the code can’t be texted to me. Any idea how to resolve this?

How do I hide my number when making calls on my OPPO mobile? Preceding the number I’m calling with *67 or 141 don’t work and only make the call end immediately.

I have unlimited calls and texts and currently have over 50G of data available.My phone can neither make or receive calls or texts...and I have to go onto my home wifi as 4g not working eitherPlease help

Hello My monthly contract ends 22 Feb so I have already UPGRADED to sim only through the app and have received the sim yesterday. From reading other correspondance, I do not need to insert the new sim as my account will switch over automatically, is that right and if so will it happen on 22feb? I notice that my ID app still indicates that I'm still on a monthly contract so will this also change on 22 Feb? All correspondance indicates that I am a new customer to ID and additionally I have received a letter today indicating that I have set up a new direct debit but I have been paying for my contact the same way from the same bank account so will my contract payments stop or reduce at the end of my contract or do I need to cancel them and if so when? I realise this could stop the payments for the sim only I believe I should be switching to. I do not want to pay for a contract when it has ended and a sim only upgrade as well. Thanks for your helpLee

HI. My name is Nikitta.i have been with ID mobile for coming up to 2 years now and i had a sim previously before my contract for 6Months. I have am eligible for and upgrade in April (21/04/2021), i no longer have a phone because it has become unresponsive not charging and over heating, i was wondering if i am able to take out and early upgrade in like February or march because i need a phone i need to have access to a phone everyday for my job my online Assesments for work as i do not have a laptop and meetings with my housing office because i live in  supported house Accomodation. and if i can how early of a upgrade can i get because 30 days from april is march 21/03/21 and 60days is 22/04/21? many thanks Nikitta Downie - chambers6

Hello wondering if anyone can help me as I'm not having much look with samsung directly.I submitted my claim a few days after getting my phone and received the validation email a few days later telling me I just had to wait up to 30 days and my money would go into my account. So I waited.My husband got his money for his phone but mine didn't arrive.I contacted them on the 30th day and received and email telling me it was taking a little longer then normal but the money would be with me soon. That's the last I have heard from them and still no money. Has anyone got a number I can call or any other way than email to make a complaint?Who can I report them to? Any help appreciated. 

I want to disconnect from ID Mobile, giving the 30 day notice. I received an email today from debt collectors on behalf of ID Mobile saying I owe £15. I paid it. They told me the Sim-only account was started in 2018. I do not have the phone with the SIM-only  card so I cannot get the code you send. I have no app account or anything.  Please contact me to disconnect. The debt collectors gave me the phone number attached to the Sim-only card. So at least I have that. 

Is the Dora 6620 compatible with ID, it is not on the list of compatible phones

I signed up to Id two months ago. I’ve been unable to view any detail on my account since I signed up to Id, with my account both online and on the app showing an error message, like the one attached. Would you be able to look into this for me?  

I have by accident pressed “leaving IDmobile’ last night. I have been trying to get through to the customer service from the phone, other phones. Never get through to anyone after many attempts. It just gets cut after the automated messages.  This has become quite irritating. There is no email service either.  All I need is to cancel my ‘leaving request’ which seems possibly ONLY BY CALLING IDMOBILE customer service.  Please help me to do so before spending more time of working hours.
