I have an s21 ultra that is faulty and it is under 30 days old how do I get it replaced

my two year contract ends 5 march 2021 i purchased a sim only contract and received a confirmation email but its not showing in my account aldo im still bring charged for my old plan.

I have already sent a question out asking for assistance with this but still haven’t had a reply.  I sent my pac request off a few days ago and received a message stating that there was an issue with my request, specifically stating that one of the details I entered was incorrect.  Can I please get through to someone to fix this?  

Hi, last month I changed my plan to unlimited minutes but yesterday I received text stating that I’ve used all my minutes. I’ve checked my account definitely stating unlimited minutes. Any help appreciated. Thanks 

hi all i can upgrade now but i dont want any on the upgrade listdo i wait or just buy the phone i want from carp[hone warehouse on id . would i keep my existing number if i did this?many thanks  

I cancelled my contract with carphone warehouse within 24 hours per still received phone and sim which were not opened and returned asap and now I am receiving a bill for 10 days ? I cannot pay as I cancelled the DD. I cannot get hold of anyone and have tried the LIVE chat without useless irrelevant replies. Is there a phone number or email address to contact ID since carphone warehouse are also washing their hand of it! PLEASE HELP

Hopefully I will be going overseas at the end of May. Normally I would cancel my existing SIM only plan. However for convenience I thought that I might reduce my monthly SIM only plan to the minimum available & keep it until I return 5 months later then upgrade again. Is that possible & if so what is the lowest no contract SIM only plan?How much notice of a change would I need to give to change plans & would that incur changing my existing SIM?Thank you...

I've had a Samsung A20e for some time now.  The screen has suddenly stopped rotating when I turn the phone on its side.I tried the normal thing  - swipe down, to get a list of options that should include "screen rotate". At least it used to - that option is no longer there.Can anyone assist?Thanks, Marc 

I’ve had an upgrade but I’ve no data & my next bill will be no more than £75   I’ve only had it a few hours. What happened? I’ve not downloaded anything just transferred info from old phone to new. Also it says I already owe over £50 I don’t know why 

I have a Motorola G7 Power running Android 10. I've had it for little over a year and its been a great phone, but all of a sudden I'm having storage issues.The phone is 32Gb with a 32Gb SD card formatted as internal storage. The phone's storage is reading 31.25Gb used and the SD card as 15.04 used.I tend to install several games at once and then purge them a few months later when they become Pay2Win and I lose interest because I can't progress. I recently went through a purge and have probably the lowest number of games installed in my whole time owning the phone. Storage reads Games as taking up 3.1Gb which I'm okay with.The real problem is that its saying Photos and Videos are taking up 4Gb of internal storage. Now I do have 4Gb of photos on my phone (no videos though) but every file manager and storage analyser I use shows them as being on my SD Card.Settings -> Storage -> Internal shows 4Gb of images Settings -> Storage -> Sandisk SD Card shows 6Gb of imagesThe 6Gb is p

As an existing ID customer, I ordered a new SIM, through the Uswitch website, from Id Mobile. This gave me more data for lower monthly payment. Having tried the new SIM, I am now in a complete muddle, my old SIM is still working & I can't get My Account to show my new tariff, so I think it is best to return the new SIM to you & stay on the old tariff with you. How do I go about returning the SIM which arrived yesterday, & cancelling it? Thank you. Pat O

I have a plan for unlimited texts and minutes with 3GB data. I set a cap of £0 so I don't go over my data allowance, but when I try to make a call, I get a message saying I have reached my capped limit and have to increase it to be able to make calls. Why is this happening, as I have unlimited minutes? 

Phone updated on 11/2/21 since then no service, no calls no text. Motorola have said they are aware of the issue and is with their technical team. Anyone else had any joy getting any where with them? Looking on this forum there is a similar post last year and it seems when it was updated to android 10 it did the same. I've been using this phone since July last year and had no issues till now. However the previous author of the post was offered a good will guesture and allowed to leave with out any further payments and the PAC code offered. I've been told I need to either pay the £101 to leave or carry on paying the contract of £15 mth and the pay was the extra amount on pay you go sim card that I'm temporary using.

I have a new SIM. My old mobile number has been ported okay for calls and is working fine. When I text it shows from my original ID number. I am also having difficulty sending texts to new numbers and replying to texts.

Hello, I have a macbook pro that I used to transfer files from its storage to an external storage unit everytime it needs to have feee space. Around 2019, I started figuring out that some folders / files have a cloud image and needs to be installed before opened....So I figured out that transferring those folders into a hard desk transfers only a empty folders.How can I transfer those auto-uploaded folders/files in the icloud to an external hard drive?

I have just paid £5.00 to increase my min use of my mobile phone. I have been charged (correctly I think) and paid £22.89 for February 2021. My next bill is quoted as £33.01 and I cannot see why this is the case. It doesn’t seem to be correct as my monthly bill should be £14.36. Having bought the extra mins, I had not expected to see a further charge for the March Bill. Please advise

Hi,My phone has broken so I need to send it off to be fixed. I've got a spare phone to put my sim in to use while it's being sorted but it looks as if my sim is locked?it won't work on any phone I try it in so I don't know if it needs to be unlocked or something. ID are impossible to get someone to talk to,the chat bot can't help atall. I just want someone to help me so I can send my phone off.ive been trying to do this since the 8th of January 🤦‍♀️.
