I have been paying for an ID mobile for a long time now. It must be ending soon or have ended. I don’t use the number so no idea what it is. Can’t log in online for this reason. Need to know how long is left so I can cancel

I am looking to move from o2 to ID in the next few days - my o2 account is a sim only, and ends agreement on the 11th March (the monthly bill has already been taken but assuming I will be refunded for what I don’t use) I am wondering if I can order the phone from ID now, ready to change over on the 11th but I want to know when will I be charged my first bill with ID? is it immediately when I purchase the phone, when it has been delivered, or when I activate it? Ideally trying to avoid paying for two phone contracts at the same time! Thanks. 

I need to pay an overdue bill but I don't know how. Old comments on here say there is a number that doesn't work.

Hello, I recently requested my pac code from iD and they gave me an invalid code. The code provided was the code I used to port into iD. I recently took out a contract with a new provider and I want to port but I can't because the code you provide is old and doesn't work. 

I was given £40 compensation via my bank on the 24/02/2021 by the complaints team at carphone warehouse on behalf of ID.  I have still not had it.  how long should it take?

I am not receiving any OTP messages from Uber. What is the fix.

I’ve been offered to upgrade my phone since my contract will be ending soon but when I go to upgrade, it says there is a problem. I don’t seem to be able to change my details to get my card to work so once my contract has ended, I want to leave iD altogether as I want a new phone contract. How do I go about leaving when my contract has ended without being charged extra?

My contract ended about two months ago but I never got an email from ID mobile to remind me of the end date or to let me know about the options I had. As a result, I’ve been charged for two months the full amount of £31.55 when I could have changed to a cheaper plan. Since I was supposed to receive an email close to the end of my contract to remind me and to let me know of my options, but I never got it, I would like a refund for the difference I’ve been charged since my contract ended on 20/01/2021.

I have just put my new sim card into my phone & activated my account, my phone was already connected to wifi but my data usage shows 50Mbs, how?

my direct debit is due out on the 30th  of this month if i pay it on the 20th will i get charged twice? ( its my first bill)

Hi I’ve completed an application with bank details etc. Then I put in my CC details for a 1p charge and put in the texted number and I get the following “Apologies this page has timed out...”This has happened twice. I’m not sure if my application has been received is processed or what’s going wrong. Can I speak to someone?Thx

 Filledout the form to port my existing phone number with a pac code and it will not accept it. Not a very good start for a new customer iPhone XR user

Hi to whom it may concern i recently paid my bill using the ID mobile app, as on my app it said I was in debt of a payment and the screen appeared red, I then paid using my visa debit card as a manual payment, but yesterday I had a direct debit wanting this payment also my next bill is March? Is there anything I can do please? thanks 

I’m having difficulty porting my number, the PAC number ID have sent, tells me it expired 2 weeks ago and my new network says it’s invalid. I have requested it a couple times more since then and it comes back the same! Is it a cunning plan to keep you paying them?

I wish to cancel a data only sim as I no longer need the connection.  The SIM card has no mobile number associated with it which means I am unable to create an account.  That means I can’t log in to cancel it.  looking forward to hearing from you.  all the best  Jon 

Hi, My plan says ‘unlimited calls’ yet I can’t make anymore outgoing calls because apparently I have reached my ‘capped limit’ any reasons why this could be happening?Thanks,Jim

Is there a way to find out that?      On my phone, I’m looking to find a number which I didn’t save apparently and wish to know what numbers were called during a particular month (minutes from the inclusive plan). Is there a way to view the detailed bill?   Thanks.

Hi, I would like to cancel my upgrade order before it is approved & dispatched to me. I can't see anywhere on the website where I can do this & the live chat is now closed. Is it possible to do this please?

I’ve been trying to use the chat now option for days and never get through to anyone. No one answers messages on facebook and i can’t log in as i dont have the IDMobile sim anymore. I even went as far as cancelling the direct debit just to see if a letter would be sent with the number on it but no just the account number which i cant do anything with!!! please help me cancel this 

I'm already a customer with ID, bit I ordered a second phone/contract on Saturday and wondered when I will find out for definite if this has been accepted as they took the upfront payment for the new phone straight away.

My sim has not arrived and it’s day 6 since I places the order. Can you please help?  thanks.  david. 

Hi,I have a derect debit for my sons phone we bought from car phone warehouse with id mobile. His 2 years contract was up in August, and we are still paying the direct debit. He’s happy with the phone so how do we cancel the debit, start id sim only and keep his number?Thanks Mark

My email address is tied to an old sim, when I was with ID Mobile, two years ago. How to I update sim details, as I now have now come back to ID.My account will not allow me to update sim number. If you have left, why does ID, not remove the old sim. This is so annoying
