I have received my idmobile sim but noticed my name has been spelt incorrectly, how do i get this changed?

My contract ended on the 21st April and I cancelled my direct debit.  I have received an email and a final demand letter saying I have 7 days to pay.   I have called to pay and it says my account is clear.  I don't want to get a default notice and don't know if I do owe or not.  I can't find anywhere I can speak with a real person.   Is there anyone here from customer services that can check please.  

Ive been looking at upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy A12 but the product page doesnt mention NFC. One of the reasons I’m upgrading my phone is the Arriva Bus ticket app doesn't work reliably on my present one, and it seems to requires NFC .  EDIT: And does this model have 4 GB or 3 GB Ram?

Hi, I have been asked my my phone insurance to contact my network provider for proof of purchase for a stolen iPhone. The only paperwork I have received from Id mobile is direct debit details however my insurance needs a document from you which contains the following  make model memory size colour IMEI number please can this be sent to me ASAP?  thanks. Hi, I’m looking for some advice please? Does anyone know if the Samsung Galaxy A71 screen protector should be removed? I have just received my new phone and it has a plastice screen protector stuck on it that goes right over the edges of the phone and is quite sharp in several places. This appears to be stopping the fingerprint recognition from working at all - can anyone advise if I can just remove this plastic or do I need to go to a Samsung dealer to have it removed?Thanks in advance

My daughter’s Samsung A51 phone constantly restarts. When it eventually does restart it freezes and starts the restart cycle agian.The chat button doesn’r work and there’s no phone number. Agh!

When making and receiving calls, they frequently get cut off. This is not.just with 1 person but with everyone I talk to. Happens at various locations, different lengths of time in call. It either just cuts off straight away or goes silent, they can hear me but I cant hear them then cuts off. This has been happening for the last 9 months. Any help would be appreciated as I'm due an upgrade and am seriously considering leaving the network of I cant get answers.

Hello,I was thinking about switching to ID and starting a contract with a Google Pixel 5 5g. I noticed on the product page it states:“iD 5G connectivity is not available on this phone. However it will work on our 3G and 4G network.”. Once the 5g rollout is complete, would the plan upgrade to 5g later if I took out the contract just now? If so would there be any cost for this and would it need a new sim? Many thanks

You ask me for a pin made up from last 2 digits of phone number and last 2 digits of bank acctt used to pay the bill. My mobile phone is paid for by my company and in their name. They will not release last 2 digits of their ban account number. What can you do to help me please?

Hello, I have a question. I have justed upgraded. I haven’t received the phone yet and don’t really know when it will arrive as it was preorder. However, my plan has already changed with higher charges because of the upgrade phone. My question is, how they can start charging me if I haven’t rceived the upgraded phone yet? isn’t the idea of upgrading, otherwise I could just change my current plan without paying extra. Now, I have the same old phone, but is going to pay more, untill the new phone arrive sometie end of February or early march sigh :( Also, how do I complain about this? Cannot get to Live chat, keep saying its busy 

I have just joined iD and want to keep my existing mobile number.I got my PAC code and completed the switching request online.  As I did this on Saturday, it said it would not be processed until Tuesday. Today my existing mobile number (the one im porting to iD) says “the number you have called is not recognised” when you try and call it. How long will it take before the number is switched over to iD as everyone has my existing number and people currently cannot contact me. Thanks

I recently (last week) upgraded my sim only contract to unlimited minutes last week.  The new allowances showed on my app within 30 minutes. I have received a text today saying I have used up all my minutes and calls will cost 40p per minute.  The app is showing I have unlimited minutes.  Which is correct? The App or the text.
