I am outside the EU and iD mobile is not activated. It fails every time I switch on. why should iD shut down my service? 

My existing number has successfully ported over, however when replying to texts from my contacts it is always received from the temporary number ID mobile provided. Any idea why this might be the case when my existing number that I ported over shows up when calling out, rather than the temporary number. Do I have to do something in order for the temporary number to be forgotten?

Hi,I sent in my PAC code on Saturday to id and was told my old number from my ee sim would be ported over to Id by yesterday.Yesterday afternoon my old sim was deactivated from my old phone, I waited the entire day to see if the number would be ported to the id sim (on the new phone), but it hasn't happened.I've tried restarting my device with the sim in but still nothing happens.The number given with the id sim is still active though.I really need this URGENTLY fixed as I am expecting calls from my old numberThank you, 

I am considering moving from BT Mobile to ID Mobile.I have a Huawei P-Smart 2019 and I live in an area where there is no mobile signal in my house.I therefore rely on WiFi calling to keep myself connected. In particular, I have various bank (and similar) accounts where I’m expected to be able to receive a text containing a security code - a form of two factor authentication.So the ability to receive SMS messages is very important to me.Now, I looked at ID Mobile’s published information about their WiFi Calling service.They specifically state that the service allows you to make and receive voice calls, and to send SMS messages.However, it does not state that the receiving of SMS messages is supported.I think it’s most likely that it would be supported, and that they just didn’t bother to explicitly list this feature in their description of the service.However, because this feature is of key importance to me, I would like to confirm that before I would proceed to switch to ID Mobile.Is a

My son has an ID contract that gives him 2Gb of data per month.  He is nearly always on WiFi and keeps his data switched off, so 2Gb is way more than he needs. If he switches data on, just to browse for 15 mins on the bus - no streaming, no downloads - he loses data extremely quickly.  If he does this once or twice, he has used up the whole month's data. This is quite a recent problem - he used to use data on the school bus every day, and 2Gb was enough to last the month. Is there any way I can see what his data has been used on? ThanksMarc

I ordered my contract sim 2 days ago I have had no email saying I have been accepted no emails at all infact I received an order number when I placed the order but I see no option to track it I am not paying for the time I have not had the sim can anyone help with this please. 

We have poor phone signal in our house so wifi calling is great. Sometimes though my phone won't switch to it and tries to use the mobile network. This results in dropped calls and poor call quality. It's really frustrating when I know there is a strong and reliable wifi connection available. Is there a way to force WiFi calling on the Oppo A15?

Hello, I've purchased the iPhone 13 pro max, and I understand it's been delayed as there is a high demand. When I purchased the device, it stated would be available from the 1st of November, and since it know says the 23rd of November, I've got no problem with further delays, I'm just annoyed I'm being kept out of the loop and having to chase things on my own. If there is a queue system, let us know where we are and what we can expect, since purchasing I've received no further emails, just want to be kept in the loop.Is anyone else having trouble getting any info?

Hi, my number ported over from Vodafone on Friday the 15th and all has been fine, however today my wife tells me that the original number that came on the sim is now showing up on my texts and I'm no longer receiving texts on my ported number either? Any ideas please? Thanks Stephen

I have upgraded to a Sim only contract and been told I will be sent a new Sim card. Do I need to change Sim cards or can I just keepusing the old Sim cardas the new contract details are showing already on my account?

Hello,  I have a ID Mobile Sim in a CPE Pro 2, if I run a speed test on another device(iPhone 6S, Laptop, Samsung S21 Ultra) I get speeds of 150mbits, these do change on peak times. I have noticed that I can run a speed test using Fast.com or Speedtest.net and get 200Mbits+ but when i do one on my Xbox i only get 15Mbits. Any idea why Xbox live is slow on ID Mobile?  Thanks Matt

When trying to checkout ordering a pay as you go sim, why does your website ask for 3 years address details and date of birth etc. This information shouldn't be needed as pay as you go sims should not involve a credit check?If I purchase the pay as you go sim card in store or on currys website or ebay store then would that be a way to order without having to provide this information?Can two PAYG sims be ordered in the same order?

Do all iD Mobile Pay as you go sim cards come with 5G and wifi calling as standard on the £6 and £8 sims or are these features for pay monthly customers only? I have a compatible phone Already.
