Hi,I switched to iD last week from EE, but WiFi calling has only worked sporadically. It was fine this morning, then I went out to get some shopping and now it steadfastly refuses to turn on.I have reset network settings, tried toggling WiFi calling in Settings, but to no avail.  I’ve even got airplane on, with WiFi on so I would expect it to connect but nothing happens.  WiFi is working fine all round the house.Why is WiFi calling so hit and miss?  I could understand if it didn’t work, but it’ll just stop working randomnly.

I tried to call a French landline number today using my id sim monthly account. I have over 1100 minutes available to me but I received an automated message stating that I had reached my limit. Has id changed their eu calling and roaming deal?

I currently pay for my daughters sim-only contract. She has expressed an interest in the new iphone, so I was hoping to upgrade her contract and get the phone on that, as a surprise for christmas. I don’t want to order last minute, as it will probably be out of stock, but if I order now, I think I will have to activate the new sim card that arrives with the phone. I would like her to be able to open it and activate it on christmas day. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can approach this? I tried asking on live chat but the agent couldn’t comprehend what I was asking, and through social media they just gave direct answers that didnt help. Surely there must be a way to do this? Thanks

I upgraded to a monthly contract in November and spoke to a customer services agent to ensure old SIM only contract was cancelled and I’d mistakenly opened a new contract rather than upgrading, so I ended up with a new number as well.  On ID dashboard details of old contract and mobile number still appear, but I’ve just discovered I’m paying for both contracts.  Can someone help me please? 

This issue seems to impact on a lot of people as there seems to be loads of these but I have just found out that my mortgage application has been blocked by an alleged default by ID Mobile for £2.I have received no default notice of any kind and my account was paid automatically by direct debit, I only found out when my application was denied can someone please contact me to get this sorted.

I've been a customer for several years and until recently had a decent reception at home/work and the local area. Now I'm having to use the landline just to make and/or receive calls. Tried a different (competitor's) sim in my phone with great results and tried my sim in different phones (that work) with the same no signal issues. Extremely frustrating any ideas

Hi I kept my old mobile  from my previous network provider it’s supposed to be changed by today 12/10/2021 when I go to my account it’s been change but when I ring somebody it come up as ID mobile number not my old  numberCan you please help me to sort out this problem thank you

I've seen this question asked before, but no actual actionable answer from my end. I am trying to set up my new phone and my Zoho email account and Amazon are sending OTP messages but I'm not receiving them. I haven't tried my bank apps as I don't want to become overly frustrated. Please tell me there is an easy fix otherwise I will have to consider cancelling my contract.

My plan gives me unlimeted minutes (for the last 9 months) however, when I try to make calls it tells me I have run out and need to top up. I have a spend cap on so can’t make any calls.

Hi,I’m considering joining ID mobile but am a little confused by the fact that for £8 a month I can get a monthly or 12 monthly contract but both with 12 GB data and unlimited texts and calls. What would be the advantage of getting the 12 moth. contract?

I have forgotten my number that I want to cancel. I need to speak to someone as I have cancelled my direct debit. I cannot access live chat as I do not have the number. I thought that I had already cancelled it years ago. I would like a refund. Many Thanks

Many of my bills contain charges for international call but I make no international calls. Why is this?

Cheapest sim only deal is £3.99 for 500mb etc When I was searching for a friend some time a go I seem to remember for the same price there was an increased offer for data albeit direct from ID or perhaps it was a third party. Is that likely to come up again ? (or is it luck of the draw) before I order. Ironically I am now going to move over so obviously trying to get the best deal. Also when I have received my PAC number do I just ring up to change number after I have received the sim through the post.

I am going round in circles trying to disable the content lock on a PAYG ID Mobile SIM.The option described in your instructions is missing from the portal.What am I missing?

Hi I have changed my mind with having a new phone and contract with ID mobile, the phone is due to be delivered today via DPD, if I refuse to except the phone will it be returned to ID and contract ended or do I have to except it and then return it myself?  

I was told my number was going to be transferred yesterday, yet still today nothing is working & I cannot make or receive calls As I am disabled this is really worrying me as this is my main contact method & nothing is working, neither new or old number?!? Please what is going on? This isn’t great. Please can someone fix this?

I tried texting Radio 5 this morning (85058) but the text wou;ldn’t send and I got a message saying I couldn’t text this number on ID Mobile.  I have texted them OK before. I can text others today, it is just this number.

I recently bought a new phone and contract through Carphone Warehouse but I want to keep my previous number. How do I do this? Do I need to create a second account and request a PAC code?

I purchased the iD mobile 4g monthly contract sim about a year ago, I noticed iD are now offering a 5g sim for the same price.Will I get this automatically or do I need to change plans and get a new sim?  

HiWent to text a group chat and they all asked if I’ve got a new number. They told me I was texting from a new one.They can’t text my original number yet they can still call it.Live Chat won’t work as well, so I’ve come here to seek advice.Anyone able to help?

Hi, does anybody know if 5G is enabled for iPhone 12? The iD website gives 2 different answers. When I go into settings on my iPhone it only gives me the option to choose either 4G or 3G, I may have answered my own question but just wanted to make sure I was in the same not as everyone else cheers!

My contract is now due for an upgrade but the handset I want to upgrade to, a Samsung S21 Ultra 5g, is showing as 'out of stock'. Any idea of when this handset will become available again for upgrade customers?
