I may have asked this question before.  I have a Huawei B535-333 4G Mobile Router which has a port for a landline phone, there are no problems with the internet side of the router it all works OK.  The problem is with receiving phone calls, the phone ‘rings’ as it should but there is no Caller Display and I have tried using several different phones and none have any Caller Display.  I have put the SIM into a mobile phone and the Caller Display shows.  The Caller Display works on outgoing calls (at the called persons end) with the SIM in the router or in a mobile phone.  Huawei suggested I contact my service provider (iD), iD said contact Huawei, so I am getting nowhere.  I wondered if anyone on here had experienced this problem or have any suggestions?

I need to cancel my order, I haven't received it yet and only ordered yesterday but I have no idea how to cancel it. The chat clearly doesn't work and I can't find a phone number anywhere. How do I cancel my order?

Hello,I bought a new 24 month pay-monthly contract (including phone and an ID SIM) online from Carphone Warehouse/Curry’s, unfortunately I have had a very poor experience with the ID network signals as well as reaching your customer services. I had switched my number over to ID the day of receiving my new phone/ID SIM (this Thursday, 6th January 2022), my number fully transferred to ID yesterday (on Friday, 7th January). However due to the aforementioned issues, I would like to cancel my contract with ID and take my number back with me to another network. I requested and received my PAC code via text message yesterday however, it mentioned, I will be charged £921.58 upon transferring to another network/cancelling my ID contract. However, those stated fees do not make any sense to me as I’m within the 14 days cooling off period - that amount is even higher than the whole 24 month contract (£36.99 per month), I have only been on ID for 3 days, I should not be charged such a ridiculously

Hi I am trying to port my number over to IDmobile but it is telling me my pac code and/or number is wrong? Been saying this for a couple days now and I know I have been entering the details given to me.

My phone keeps saying ‘not delivered’ when I send a text. But recipient is receiving my message multiple times. 

Good morning, still trying to get my number ported over, since the 29th of December. I have tried everything suggested. I have tried everything in the PM's but nothing works. Is there a number I can call as I need this sorted sooner rather than later as going offshore on Monday.

Hello,Currently trying to proactively transfer my old number from my previous carrier to iD mobile prior to my phone and sim arriving. However, in the confirmation emails sent to me by iD mobile, there has been no mention of my number. Therefore, I can’t start the switching process, or make an account to try to find it that way.Could someone give me a hand by finding my new iD mobile number for me? Thanks

Hi there, I'm trying to reset my password and the security code texts aren't coming through. Ive put in the correct phone number and tested that the phone in general can receive texts and it's fine. Can someone help so I can reset my password and set up my phone? Thank you!

I think I need a new SIM  card…… or help to get this one working properly in my new phone.   SO I got a new Android phone for Christmas…… It works fine in my old Samsung phone, but if I put it in the new phone, i can make calls, send messages - BUT not use the mobile data.   I am currently stuck in Portugal due to the death of my partner and I need to be able to use my data roaming Can some one PLEASE help me

Hi,  I’ve recently got my new SIM card and I want to transfer my old number from o2, but when I enter my details into the form for the PAC switching it gives me this exact message:”we’ve tried to process your PAC, but there was an issue with the information you’ve submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”I’ve tripped checked my details and the only issue I can think of is my last name. It’s a double barrelled last name and won’t let me include the ‘-‘ between the words.I’ve gone into the app and it says “port-in request cannot be submitted right now”. I’m not sure what to do now

Day 1 of my billing cycle,  and id is saying I've used 141mb already of data, whereas my phone is saying 43mb used. This is quite a discrepancy and I wonder where you are eating up all my data?

Hello. My usual bill is £37.99, but I was billed over £50 in December. I’ve checked the pdf and there aren’t any out of plan charges, so why have I been billed that much?

I ordered an iPhone 13 on 29th November. At point of ordering the website indicated stock would be available Dec 12th. I’d appreciate an update on when my order is going to be fulfilled. Hi  I got this contact as a birthday gift a couple of years  ago am the bill hold of the phone but the contact is in a  different name because I my credit score wasn’t that good now they demanding the phone back and threatening to call the police now where do I stand as in onwership   They have never paid a payment towards this phone
