Hi there,I ordered a contract sim got email with number and customer service pin but never recieved sim. So contacted ID through chat they said they would send replacement which they did never got email like before with number etc. Its says sim ready to use just insert in phone but it's not working phone is unlocked and when scanning for network ID shows up but it wont let me pick the network. Anyone help?

I ordered a phone on 12th February and payment has been taken for the handset. The order status is still processing as the phone is out of stock and as I do not have an IDmobile number I cannot get an update as to when this order will be fulfilled. Any advice on how I can find out what’s happening would be appreciated.Thanks Anna 

Hello,Though I selected an upgrade via My Account, I have been sent a new SIM card that seems to be connected to a brand new account as I have a new number. This means I have two active direct debits instead of just the one. I don’t know how to resolve this as there’s no way of getting in contact with anyone from ID Mobile. Should I cancel the old account (possibly lose my old number, which is really what I want to avoid) or cancel the new one and start again (possibly end up with the same problem or three accounts)? Having said that I don’t even know how to cancel as there’s literally no way of talking to anyone. I’ve always recommended ID Mobile plans but now something is not working I can see how impossible it is to get anything fixed. Any advice welcome...

Hi. I hope someone can help me with an iphone order I placed last friday(11th Feb). I have received an email saying my order is being processed but still haven’t received any update for the delivery since then. Can I speak to anyone that knows when can the phone be delivered? 

Are there any roaming charges being introduced for band 1 destinations from January 2022?

Since moving home, I no longer have a signal at home anywhere other than one specific place in 1 of the bedrooms. Even then I can often hear the other person, but they can't hear me.. Wifi calling is switched on, but that never seems to make any difference at all.Really starting to grate now, I've had 6 months of having to run upstairs when anyone calls, and still not know if I'll get a decent reception! 

do ID mobile have 5G compatible SIM cards?

I used the app to change my Sim-only plan. However the My Account section of the app doesn't know about it and I've not had a related text. Do I need to repeat? Or be patient?

I'm due to upgrade in 2 weeks time from a sim contract,does anyone know if they do a credit check when upgrading to a handset?

My sim only monthly plan has unlimited minutes.I want to know what calls / numbers are included in this and what calls will not be included.I cant seem to find a list for this.Can anyone point me at a current list please.thanks in advance.

When asked for transaction reference to transfer my existing mobile number to Id Mobile is it the 9 digit Order Id I received on my order confirmation email?

Hi.  I’ve asked for my ID mobile to be disconnected but I have now changed my mind and would like to keep it going.  Please can you let me know how to do this as I can’t get through on the phone or live chat?  Thanks Andrew

Hello I’ve lost my phone and want to block the sim so it cant be used however I cant get into any of my ID mobile accounts and it wont let me request a password change or anything,  thanksTom

Hello,I have not had a tracking number for my phone and no update but it should have arrived.  I have asked DPD but they cannot help without a tracking number .  please advise

I have just upgraded my phone. arrived today but i get a “not registered on network” message whenever i try to make calls or text etc. No one is picking up phone..please someone help asap

I’ve been with ID mobile just over a month now and don’t seem to be able to send sms. I can receive them, but not reply.  Does anyone know how I can fix this?  thanks!

Hi, I switched over to id mobile on Thursday and I requested my pac code from my old provider Vodafone which I did receive, but when I try and get my old number transferred over to my id mobile account it says I’m entering the wrong mobile number and pac code. Which I’ve checked numerous amount of times I’m definitely putting it in right but I’m stuck with two phones now as I need my number on this contract.  can anyone please help with this? 

My sister has recently changed over to iD mobile. I have tried creating an account for her using the number. I have attempted this using her phone - this method did not send the authentication SMS message needed to create the account. I have also tried to create the account over the computer, however this is even more frustrating; either the page endlessly loads after submitting the number and year of birth, or a “Your HTTP is being throttled” message appears.I would like assistance in creating her account especially as she desperately needs to top-up. Thanks

Hello, I’m trying to get help with moving from Idmobile. Idmobile have sent me a PAC code but my new network provider says that the PAC code provided is invalid. How do I get a PAC code that actually works? I can see that I’m not alone in this predicament. Has anyone out there got any useful advice that they can share?  Thanks for listening. 

Hi, I’ve received my new phone and sim today after upgrading due to losing my phone last weekend. I activated my sim but it’s not working. I had my old sim blocked, can someone tell me if this needs to be unblocked for the new sim to work? If so can someone help me with doing this? Thanks.  

hi there, i have a problem.i missed one of my payments,and after that I cant call,later I payed debt,but my mobile card still not working.now its 3 months I payed money but my card not working. I don't know my phone number,so I cant call to explain ID stuff that my card is not working because everythere where I try to call they asking my PHONE NUMBER!!!how I can get my phone number if my call is canceled!!please help anyone!!

I'm coming up to the end of my contract so would be able to upgrade soon, but want to keep this phone for a while on my existing plan before I upgrade - is there any limit on how long I can keep doing that? So if I keep this phone for another few months, would I still be able to upgrade, or would it have to count as a new plan by then? (sorry if this is a really stupid question or has been asked before, I couldn't find anything on a quick search)
