Hiim upgrading to a new sim monthly plan  I’m just wondering if I’ll still have my number? 

I shall be on a cruise which covers ports in Malta, Croatia and Greece. I believe “Roaming like Home” covers these countries.BUT how do I make sure I am connected to the correct ID network at each Port and not the very costly Marine Network which usually covers the Mediterranean Sea ?

Signal isn’t great and can’t send text messages unless to another iPhone. In settings I’ve turned SMS on but still no joy

Santander have advised me they are sending me the OTPs and it’s an error with ID mobile.

Please cancel my plan.i know the number. you know my email.  The sim is lost so i can’t receive any 8 digit codes to activate the app or any online account.please help.

Well 6 months later still no 5G despite Three clearly stating my handset, an Oppo Find X2 Pro, is compatible with their 5G network. It’s all pretty damn annoying, including now iD sending advertising out claiming how they use Three the UK’s fastest 5G network :( Chris

i had an iphone 6s on contract with ID which i have since upgraded (still on ID...and due to upgrade again at end of year ! ).  I would like to give the old iphone 6s to a younger family member who has a Sim card from another network. Is it please possible to unlock it, so that they can use it.? The code for the phone is REMOVED any questions,  my email is REMOVED  Many thanks Andy

My old number has been transfered and I get calls to that number and texts but when I text people they receive it from a different number. Calls are fine just texts. Samsung phone. Can anyone help as the live chat bot is terribleThanks

For over a week I’m getting “No service” in my house. I cannot get an answer from iD mobile or Three network when I ask when will this get sorted. Can anyone out there answer my question? (The answer in my mind right now is ‘Leave iD mobile and the Three network’….. )

I purchased two SIM cards for my two children. Both arrived yesterday.I have successfully activated one of the cards after inserting into my phone.However, when I insert the other card, it doesn't work.I've tried all the tips suggested, and still it doesn't work. It says "No SIM" at the top of my screen.

I need proof of purchase for my insurance company. The live chat doesn’t support this, I have e mailed the address the live chat gave me, left a complaint and no one gets back to me…please help

So I've been using chat/rcs features on Samsung messages for ages with no problems. Last week I put a second sim in my phone (vodafone) and since then chat features have stopped working for my iD sim. Even when I remove the Vodafone sim, clear data/cache, nothing works. It just says registration failed. I've attached some pics of what I'm seeing. I press chat settings and it asks if I want to register, but then it says registration failed and the button 'greys' out.It's only starting happening since I put the second sim in my phone and activated chat features for that.Anyone got a fix? 

Today I lost my phone and blocked it. I’ve now found it but cant get through to ID Mobile on Live Chat or the telephone help line. How do I get ID Mobile to unblock my phone? This is dreadful customer service. 

Hi, I’m not an ID Mobile user but I have just received a letter which claims an account has been set up in my name. Please can you cancel the contract immediately.I can send a photo of the letter containing all the details privately, and I will shortly be making a report to ActionFraud UK.
