I want to use a 60GB data sim in a Netgear Nighthawk M2  Router.  Is this possible as Netgear is not listed as a manufacturer and can you use VPN as I want to log in and work using the router?  I do not need to use calls and texts.Thanks

Hi is there a reason why my bill has increased from £38.99 to £42.03 without permission, consent, warning or explanation? I was never told why my bill increased or informed that it will when I took out my plan. I’ve never had a plan increase without being told so why is this happening?? And for clarity there hasn’t been any additional charges or extra charges on my bill. 

Is it possible to cancel a contract with a SIM and then later re-enable it? That is, cancel the contract for a number of months, and then re-apply for the contract (or a different iD contract, even) to use with the same SIM? Other posts suggest that this isn’t possible, but are worded slightly ambiguously, so I wanted to be absolutely sure. As I understand this is possible with most mobile service providers.

I’ve downloaded the Uber app but for some reason the activation code isn’t coming through by text and they have advised that it maybe that iD have blocked it. 

My phone has been cut off, I'd has took a payment but saying they haven't.. so lost £20. Can you put the phone back on for me?

If you send an MMS when you’re out about, the data you use will simply come out of your monthly allowance.When I am at home, I can send photos etc. as it comes under my allowance.  In my new job, I have to take and send photos daily, of my stall to my manager.  I won’t be home, but outside.  I will send the photos my Whats App or Messenger.  Will I have to oay 30p each time to do this or will this be included in my data allowance? I had 3 amounts on my id mobile bill ,I knew what two of them were but couldn't find the third. I presumed it was my son's old phone. So I cancelled the direct debit. I guess I shouldn't have done that as I am now being hounded by debt collectors for the sum of £15 which is 2months payment. At least I now know which phone it is as they kindly put it on the letter heading. It is an Alcotel Pop 8 which my son had in 2016 ! So obviously he has now been upgraded several times.  I pay his account but can't see his billing. I can't even remember if it was the same number as it is now.How do I cancel this account once and for all. Thank you

Hey Is there a complaints email address?I have live chatted 6 times now, weekly since I joined and still no resolve.I brought my own number over to ID but on the app and online account the number shown is not mine, it's the original iD number.I need to access adult sites (please check out my onlyfans and Google me) for work but as the number is linked wrong it won't switch off.I tell customer services and nothing ever gets fixed just give it an hour or try in 3 days, it's rubbish customer service.Just need it fixed or I be off to a professional undigital provider.    

Currently I'm in Germany and my data roaming is not working.I have 2 Sims in my mobile one with EE the other is with id. Data roaming with EE is working fine but will cost me a bomb. With id I have roaming enabled on my account, on my mobile and I tried to use o2 de, telekom.de and Vodafone.de. Data isn't working for any of them. Is there anything I missed?Regards Andreas   

Just had a letter from “3” telling me my 3toGo contract is changing - I haven’t had a “3” contract in many years (10+ ?) so I’m really confused. They’re changing it to PAYG? Does this relate to my ID Mobile contract? Can’t see any info on this via the ID app?

I've tried to contact someone regarding an issue on my account and not had any luck. 1. My direct debit date is set at the 26th of every month but never goes out, I have to check the app manually till it says 'Payment is required' and then pay by card.2. I've paid twice in March and once in April and it's not showing up on my account. Why did it ask me to pay in March and I paid and then 3 days later take the DD payment. How do I claim a refund on this.  

My account was suspended due to an unpaid bill which I have now paid.  I need my phone to work TONIGHT so desperately need my suspension lifted. But live chat is closed I can’t talk to anyone on the phone because “all of our services are online” 🙄 HELP

My port from EE is supposed to have taken place today. I received a text from ID to say that it has ported and my old number shows in the app, but call and messages are still going to my old phone on EE. Any ideas?

HiMy “old” number got disconnected at 10am this morning as part of the PAC porting. However the old number has not yet moved across to replace the ID number. Anyone know how long it takes from being disconnected to being “live” again?Thanks.

I bought a contract in order to buy a phone on monthly terms.  The sim card was never used (and I assume not activated unless the shop did it) and as a result I am unable to cancel the contract as I cannot receive messages of the password used at the time to register the account.  Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

I have an iD account for my old mobile. Not knowing any better I started a new iD contract but not as an upgrade through iD mobile but through a third party retailer. It appears impossible to transfer my old phone number and account details because both old and new phones have separate iD mobile accounts and numbers. Am I stuck with having to change my phone number? And if I am, how do I close my old account so I only pay for the new contract?

im in id from about one year sinc i join i have bad signal day after i start my contract i went back to currys and they told me it will be like that for few days becouse is conecting (bullshit btw)then i past 14 day i wasnt able to return it (my fold)now i cant call most of the time signal breking everywhere data running on 3mb speed or less i wast try to do everything to fix it.and the only way to fix it is pay rest of my contract and never take contract with them again.maybe some customer help will read that and resolv my problem?
