Hi, on my new package with my upgrade it states that I receive a Samsung A52s handset and ear phones (in ear pods) I have received the handset but not the earphones. Can anyone tell me how I can get my ear phones? Thanks. 

Hi, I've recently  upgraded and my new package has unlimited data. I have actuvated my new sim and the unlimited data shows up on the I.d app but not on my settings for mobile data on my phone. It is still saying 2gb and warning me I will run out soon. I activated my sim 3 days ago and have had a text to confirm its activation. Help!

You can text  the word shout to 85258 , but when I do that it comes back message not delivered.The above is listed available to Id mobile. using iphone 11. Sms is turned on in settings where it says send as sms when imessage is unavailable. so should not have to turn off imessage if that had anyting to do wit itI know it is a working service so not sure why it will not work on phone. Have tried turning off & on

Good evening. I have recently bought a Samsung S21 FE with a 24 month contract from ID Mobile. I chose this because it included a Trade In Offer on my old Samsung Device of £200 on top of the value of the actual device. I sent my device off to Dixons Carphone. I included the offer in the post eith my trade in device and wrote them a letter asking to please make sure this offer was enabled. I hadn't heard anything for 4 days despite the trade in letter saying after receipt of the handset the money would be sent to my account within 1 working day. I emailed Carphone Dixon today and they have replied saying they are sending me £8. I have asked who pays me my £200 offer and I am waiting for a reply. I have tried Live Chat and being told they have nothing to do with trade ins. I have been in store and they have said they can't do anything either. I must say that the customer service from ID Mobile is very poor. I have moved to ID Mobile from Three and I cannot wait to leave ID now. I have t

I purchased a smartphone with a new contract online and received today. im just wondering how to activate my plan but still use my original number from another company. i know how to port the number but how do i connect this number to the contract if i already received a new sim card  thank you

I want to buy the £20 pay as you go SIM but I don’t want the allowence to start for a few weeks. If i buy the SIM online does the package start from day of purchase or can I activate it when i need it?

I went to jersey last week which is a British island.  When I arrive I receive a text to say that it’s included in my tariff whilst I’m there.  Why then before I went and phoned to book restaurants on the island did I get charged international rate phone calls? how do I get this money back as I was basically calling Britain? 

Hi, My iPhone 12 pro is not connecting to either Wi-Fi or data. No page will load.It says it is connected, but no page requiring internet will load.Other gadgets in the household are working via the Wi-Fi.The phone is just over 5 months old. It had a few 'jittery' moments after buying it (literally the day of, and onwards).I knew i should have taken it in to be replaced, but i was new moving to London, and really needed my phone for work - the 14 days flew by, and i didn't have chance to get into the store i bought it from. The complicated part of all of this is that i am now in Mexico for 6 months.Is there anything that can be done to help get me back on track with this phone/have it fixed, in the position i am in? P.s, i have a Mexican sim card with a data package. This is the data i am referring to when i say Wi-Fi & data not working. Any assistance appreciated.Danny

Is this phone dual sim and is it 64gb?

Hi. New member here. I was born in the UK and lived here till 1992, when I moved to work and live in Germany. I returned to the UK in December 2019 and have lived here since. When I look into applying for a monthly SIM deal, it asks for 3 years of UK address history. Is this 3 continuous years, or would it also take into account the many years I lived here prior to moving abroad? Thanks in advance.

I’m currently on a monthly SIM-only contract that runs from the 15th to the 14th of the month, but there are better deals available now for the same price I’m paying.If I upgrade, will the new contract become effective straight away, or will it not commence until the current billing period is over? I’d prefer the latter, since I don’t want to be paying a full month’s fee for just part of a month!If it does kick in straight away, when would be the best time for me to place the order, in order to minimise the time lost?

Can you please update me on when I can expect delivery of my Samsung S22+. I have paid the £79 upfront if I do not hear anything back by Friday I will contact my bank and cancel my card which will stop the payments going out and get them to recover my £79 already  paid. Regards Phil Ralph

Hi, I have recently tried to cancel my idmobile but contract which scheduled to end the 5th may 2022. However when looking at the cancellation again it seems the scheduled ending of my contract has gone so I cancelled again and now its due to end on the 26th may. I dont understand this.

Hi there, I'm looking to join ID and one of the reasons is because EU roaming is included. I've noticed that the rules are changing for a lot of networks from march and they are going back to charging for roaming like the old days. Is ID going to be the same? Thanks 

I have just placed an order to upgrade to a sim only deal. The address for the order was incorrect but I placed the order. I have changed the address on the app afterwards. The confirmation email said this might cause problems. As the call centres are closed and the online chat is closed what can I do?

Hi i’m new to id mobile (2 weeks in to my contract) my direct debit was due on 14th Feb and i just checked my billing today says ‘Payment Received, thank you… Does that mean payment has been received or does it mean they have put in for the dd to come out of my bank?Thank you for any replies.

I have a new Sim (had it 2 weeks).  Phone is activated, can recieve SMS but no iMessge (Says activation unsuccessful).> Phone has been reset to factory settings.> Correct phone number is showing in settings> Phone has been turned off and back on> Other SIMS work in the phone> Had sim out of phone for a day> Turned off and back on (iMessage/Facetime)> Shutdown the phone, restarted it> WiFi Calling is enabled and it appears at the top to say it’s activated.If someone can DM me for my number so it can be escalated that would be great.
