Can anyone clarify where iD stands on the Armed Forces Covenant?  I’m about to deploy overseas for 6 months and would like to take a contract break so that I’m not paying for a service I can’t use. I’m not asking to get free service - would happily pay for the outstanding months on my contract after I return. Customer service aren’t being very helpful, even when I explain that I can provide evidence from my Unit Welfare Officer. 

I received a text asking me to pay an outstanding amount to regain access to services. This has happened before and I paid it and got usage back of data, calls and texts almost immediately after. However, this time I have still not got access to any of this and I paid it 2 days ago now. It says on my ID Account that this was paid. I have turned my phone on and off to see if that helped but nothing still. 

I have moved abroad permanently and in the process of moving I have lost the ID Mobile SIM.  Please would you let me know how I may cancel the Contract?I have also forgotten my password and PIN, so I am unable to access the “Live Chat” service.

I upgraded my plan in April and have not received a new sim. 

Hi instead of buying a one off date pack I think I’ve bought the 12m one at £30 is there anyway of cancelling this or will I now have to pay the full year 

my order will be available by 19/05/22. does that mean ill receive it on the 20th (iPhone 13 pro). Also when will i get a confirmation order

Is there any plans to charge for data roaming in the EU in the next few months?

I have just received a letter regarding an account that has been set up in my name (I have recently been a victim of identity theft). Can you please let me know how I report the fraud and shut the ID mobile account as soon as possible?Many thanks.  

Help please!!I’m unable to join a live chat to solve this issue. Hoped someone can help on here?I have gone to make a phone call within my monthly bundle allowance but it’s saying I have reached my capped limit even in though I haven't used up my allowances for that month - my call and messges are unlimited and have only used part of my data allowance.I cannot use my phone for anything, automated message is saying top pay a bill. this is not right as I pay monthly not via direct debit and payment has cleared. This has happens mid month before next payment is due.Can anyone advise please 

I’m on my first month with ID mobile, paying monthly for 10GB. I’d like to change my plan, but the “change plan” button gives me a “sorry, there are no plans you can change to.” Why can I not change my plan?

Unable to get data when abroad unless in a WiFi zone the option for setting the iPhone 7 Plus is to set the APN on the phone but this option is not available on the phone,Apple support state that it is only available if the carrier allows it but ID say the phone is set to receive data when abroad and I cannot get them to accept that it is a problem that only they can resolve, am interested to hear if anybody else has a similar problem and has been able to resolve it

Hi, I just got the pixel 6 pro and I cannot get 4G in the Norwich area, I looked the maps and it is definitely supported and covered in this area. I noticed however it jumps from 4G to H+ when connecting too. Is this problem with phone or you guys?  Thanks Matt

I am a new IDMobile Sim Only customer and have been waiting for my sim to arrive for a week now. It appears that it has been delivered to another address, as on calling the number I get through to Voicemail, which means that someone has activated it. Therefore I will now be paying someone else’s phone bill through my Direct Debit. As I did not envisage this happening I have not set a spending cap. Can anyone advise as I am naturally very concerned about this.

Hello, do idmobile do a sim that i could put in a 4G router and use it in France? Mayeb 100GB for 30 days?

 Switch to ID Mobile does not work. “We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”No explanation about the error and no way to fix it. Next. I try to register for an account but you want to send a txt to the number you assigned me when I signed up. That IS NOT my p[hone number. I have no way of getting the confirmation txt.The Ios App doesnt work because I cant register.Im within my cooling off period and am currently chilled to the bone with your user experience. I want a full refund and cancellation  please...

I can not get on line as my email address is being used on an old contract which has finished and I have rang up a few times but they can’t help me saying I need to do it on line , also I up graded my wife’s phone she had the phone and I had the sim So put it away but have missed placed it so need a new sim but again need to do it on line really getting ——- off now with ID mobile

Phone was working a day ago then the following error when I tried to ring: “No Service Selected network (iD) not available”If you select ‘connections’, ‘Mobile networks’, Network operators’ , ‘scan networks’ than you can see iD. select that and the phone says its registering on iD. It then says ‘unable to connect - try later’ I have a warning triangle which displays ‘No Service Selected network (iD) not available’. Ive tried switching on and off and removing the SIM and putting it back in. The BOT service on iD is as good as useless and I cant seem to discuss this with anyone 

There was a long delay between my previous number being active and being recognised on the app, so I called the ID helpline - it was all automated options so I gave up after a minute or so, but was charged £6 immediately, despite it being an ID helpline called from an ID mobile number …. Outrageous !!

Hello i am interested to see dialed call logs from my mobile to a particular landline number. Is it possibel to get a call log history to a specific number. If not , atleast full history from my outgoing calls, so that i can manually look for that number ? 

Hello, Recently (over about 1/2 weeks) I've noticed that my mobile reception in my flat is worse than it used to be. Currently I usually have the "emergency calls only" message at the top of my phone which never used to be the case. I didn't think much of it to begin with as I assumed there may have been work going on but it still hasn't resolved.

My top up and then my upgrade has been accredited to my account but not changed my phone allowance . My phone at present is on max data usage so have no usable data  . Do I have to wait until the month is up on my account before it becomes into full use again with all functions workingAdvice Please
