I ordered a £5 bundle pay as you go sim paid the £5 when ordering it put it in my phone for the first time but when I try and make a call it says there is no credit. I have tried calling 7777 but it's useless, I either get a we're busy message or they are closed, chat is also a joke, nobody answers. Am I missing something here? why have I no credit?

Will be in USA for holiday IF want to text or phone home (UK)  from there what are charge rates?

I have a Samsung S20 and the WiFi Calling usually works very well.  But sometimes it doesn't connect, no symbol on the screen, and a bad connection as the signal around here is almost non existent.  Any ideas why WiFi Calling is sometimes not available? 

Can I buy insurance for my new phone to cover it getting lost, stolen or damaged from I'D mobile? 

Hi, I have had a fraudulent account be open under my details. The payments have defaulted on my credit report and I needed you to close this account as I did not open this.  I called the customer service for some hell. But they weren't very helpful and friendly. They said to call the police and raise a cyber crime incident. She did not advice how I to do that or reassurance of any sort. can you Please advice or help 

I have a Galaxy s21+ and my voicemail is turned on. Today I had two calls that went in to my voicemail, just couldn’t answer the ringtone at the time. When I looked for a notification there wasn’t any however, when I went into my voicemail there was two messages.How do I get an icon to appear on my home screen, so I know they are there?Many thanksKevin

I've bought this pixel 6 and changed over to id mobile thinking I will have a better experience that with vodafoneMonths ago my Internet stopped working for days.Now I am not even able to receive phone calls. I've already restarted it multiple times S706eq postcode I've bought a phone that I'm leaving at home being battery is crap and I always have issues with the network.Meanwhile my Xiaomi cheap phone on Lyca mobile works like a charm  

Afternoon all.Does the iD mobile network issue voicemail alert notifications when a message is left?I ported over to iD from EE a good few months ago and it only recently became apparent that when I receive a voicemail my phone (Android) doesn’t notify me.  A follow-up chat session today saw an agent tell me iD do not have this alert service.  Is this true?SMS text alerts work fine if I enable this.  It’s not a problem per se, just a bit odd and unexpected.  A chat session yesterday saw an agent create a ticket for me to have the porting-in checked, and swiftly closed as the port work was deemed all good.  I had a ticket raised after reading another forum post with the same problem, where someone from iD had suggested it.Just curious.  I don’t get many calls so not many messages, so it’s not a problem as such.Jonty.

Recently bought a ID mobile sim for data only. However I can't register my account as it keeps saying I'm not registered and its not finding my internet connection. Not happy. I want a refund and to hand the SIM back. You can't speak to anyone here.

I’m trying to change a number with three to an old one so that I can access old accounts. My old number was with iD and I’m trying to get the old pac number so that I can change it but I am unsure how to  any help would be greatly appreciated before my old number is used by someone else.  Thank you 

Hi I am in the USA for 4 days and within an hour of landing I had used up my £5 price cap for roaming charges. I need to use roaming to get around for navigation but I can only extend price cap to £75. Is there an add on I can buy for international roaming or remove my cap for this month? Otherwise I am stuck

I have recently found out (after a recent upgrade) that ID mobile have double billed me for years.2 direct debits had been set up by the Carphone Warehouse and no doubt someone at ID mobile will have a record of no data usage for one of the contracts.I need to know which direct debit I need to cancel.I need to speak to someone real from ID Mobile on a phone line. How do I do that ???

I'm trying to get a password reminder so I can get into my account. I'm entering my Idmobile number, surname and DOB and keep getting the response "The details you've entered are incorrect. Please try again." I've been trying for ages now and getting nowhere. It's driving me crazy that I can't actually speak to anyone! Does anyone have any advice please? Thanks so much. 

I recently got a new phone , and a new contract . The new phone has a data allowance of 10 gb , but the ID Molbile app i have installed shows I have only an allowance of 5gb . What should I do ?

I requested a PAC code from my previous network which i got i then gave the pac code over to the new provider Smarty and i have given it 3 days and still nothing. My previous network terminated my contract saying ur pac code has gone through to the new network anyway smarty have said that they have received nothing and i cant make any phone calls. My phone is showing 4g and that but cant use any data messing or calling. My wife can call me on my old number, but smarty are telling they have another number for me. Which i have tried calling and that doesnt work. Ive tried my wife's sim in my phone which she is also with smarty and hers works in my phone. Every time i go to call it says i have not been given access to this service. Can anyone help and also do you think i can get my old number back ? I tired every helpline and they just keep telling me to turn the phone on and off 

Hi, I’ve just received a letter from you thanking me for setting up a new direct debit and that you will collect £35.99 each month. I am not a customer and I have not set up a direct debit with you. I am very concerned that my identity is being used fraudulently. Can you advise me how to log this as fraud and cancel this. 

Monthly Phone bill increased by more than £3 without notice after 2 months.There is no Customer Service number, Chat service just says we cannot do anything. Its been a bad experience and not sure when will they increase again. No official letter or mail about the about 10% increase in charge.

HOW DO I TALK TO SOMEONE 

My number was supposed to be transferred yesterday (it was sent through Wednesday morning and my account says it was due to be ported yesterday).Are there any issues / delays at the moment? How do I contact someone to discuss outside of the community?  I’ve never been with a mobile provider where it is so difficult to actually speak to someone.

I had a pre-existing phone and iD sim contract, and I have just bought a new phone and new iD sim contract. I would like to port my old iD number to my new phone, but it won’t let me use a PAC to port the number from one iD sim to another - is it possible to do this? I really need to keep my old number. All best,Molly
