Hello I have an unlimited plan, if I drive to Lithuania, will I have to pay for roaming?

Is Mallorca part of the id roaming? Spain is on the list but am unsure if Mallorca and the Balearic Islands are included within that.

Missed one payment which meant that the service was stopped now I have cleared it my phone is still not working any ideas or help 

hi all.i am a three network customer already but as my contract is about to end, the options offered to me by three are not really suitable. if i decide to join IDMobile: can i keep my number on a sim only deal?will i actually need to change sim?is the sim only contract monthly of 12 monthly with IDMobile?will i be informed by email of any replies? MTIA

Couple of issues..1)Receive my new sim card in super quick time - Thank you - but I've no idea what the Id mobile phone number associated to it is.Not received a Welcome email / letter. No phone number on sim or the card it was in.Nothing in the green envelope that all came in.I DO have the stupidly long (19 digit) number on the placement card the sim was on / order ref number / transaction number / originator identification number and reference number … just no mobile number :-(2)Whilst everything I've seen - several times now / on several different pages - indicates that the sim is issued “activate”… I'm getting “SIM not supported” from the iphone 6. It actually states “The SIM card you currently have installed in this iPhone is from a network provider that is not supported under the activation policy assigned by the activation server. This is not a hardware issue with the iPhone… blah, blah...”Anyone any ideas? Ta Val

Due an upgrade in late august, is there any signs or knowledge that the iphone 13 pro 128gb silver will be back in stock? I’m only looking for the silver colour while the rest of the colours are still in stock. Is there anything you can tell me about this?Thanks.

I am in Jersey. My account and phone has roaming enabled. I can only get a 3g signal and have no internet connection. WiFi In the hotel is fine. But using mobile data does not.Any suggestions on fix greatly relieved.If not fixed will ditch ID and find someone whose roaming works for EU trip later this year.Thanks for any speedy solution.

My old number has transferred for everything except the phone. I’ve gone in to settings and under phone keyed in my old number but it won’t accept it when I save.

Since this morning my phone has lost coverage (it is a 3G phone) and says SOS calls only. Yet when I cross the hall to my neighbour’s flat there is coverage. I chatted online and was told there had been work in my area but that had finished. There was no idea of when my service would be restored. Is therr anything I can do about this - maybe change my network settings?

Upgrade my plan on-line via ID Web but it comes with a new mobile no, sim and phone set. How to move my current No to the new plan with out sending the hand set back to ID?

How much of your data is rolled over from your original allowance? Is it capped or is it whatever you haven’t used?For example on a 40Gb allowance if I only use 10Gb is 30Gb rolled over and so next month I get 70Gb allowance?I know it only lasts a month, but let’s say it does above, and then only use 10Gb again, does it use rollover data first? So the month after I’d have 80Gb?  Thanks 

Hi when I try to call mobiles I am getting a message that the call will be charged at 30p minute but my plan is unlimited minutes. 

I have gone to use my phone this morning and it is telling me that each call will cost 30p per minutebill was paid on 4th July when due

I am trying to assist a vulnerable individual who has been the victim of identity theft. They have never been a customer of ID mobile, have never received any services from ID mobile and have never made a payment to ID mobile. They have now received a letter in their name at their address demanding payment of an outstanding bill. I can find no method of contacting ID mobile without information about an account which this individual has no knowledge of.Any help would be welcome.

Hi I am due to upgrade  in September but my phone is broken Is there any way to upgrade  early if I pay 

I am on unlimited everything on my plan. Everything has been fine for the year I’ve had it. This morning I can’t ring out , I just get an automated message saying I will be charged 30p a minute and a service charge. I am only calling other uk mobiles !? 

Every time I make a phone call, on my unlimited calls plan, I get a message saying calls with cost 30p per minute. As usual I can't get through to anyone on live chat to help.What is this problem and how can I fix it?

I try to make a phone call and a robot will say that my call will be cahrged with 30p/minute. How come, if I have unlimited allowance and the number that I am calling is a regular uk mobile number? 

I’d like to know if it’s possible to move my number over to a payg ID Mobile simcard.I’m not looking to cancel my pay monthly plan - just move it onto a payg sim.  I know that this is possible with three - so I’m guessing it should also be possible with ID mobile.

Hi, we got my daughter a phone last year through ID but can't remember login details. She is 10 and I assume it can't be through her details. I have an ID account but it is not on here and my husband may have set up. We can't go through forgot user name and password as there is a problem with the details we enter for phone number, name or date of birth and it stops us going further. Is there any other way of gaining access to the account? we would like to upgrade her phone but this seems impossible without access to her account. 

I recently had an outstanding payment on my monthly bill, almost as soon as I was notified about it but my services were still restricted, which stopped me from sending any text messages or calling anyone yet I still received some texts.I just want to know, if there is anything I can do to get these features back quicker or if I have to wait a full 24 hours for this to be resolved?

Hi on iD it states that Greece is included in contract for roaming.  Does this include Crete and Corfu as well?  How much roaming do you get and how do you make sure you connect to correct network for inclusive roaming?With a bill cap of 0, if it connects to a non inclusive roaming location would it just not work?  Thanks 

I have been with ID for a few months and been really happy, network is okay. I seldom see 4G on the bar and it often just shows H+ but speed seems fine but I did wonder about that.   However, the last two days all of a sudden the network is terrible, especially at work ( CV34 4AB ), network should be pretty good according to the network checker. I often only have Emergency calling then it’s okay then gone again.   I have a Pixel 3A and tired to following:RestartedReset  Network Setting (losing stored WIFI passwords and Bluetooth paired list :( ) Checked ID access point: Seems okay according to a list I found on here. Checked condition of the simcard, seems fine I have not yet tried the sim in another phone but is there anything else I can try for now?
