I ordered a sim only from you but cancelled within the time limit but have been charged 5.63. I also tried to take a contract out for a s23 instead with you through car phone warehouse and you rejected it wondering if it had anything to do with previously cancelled sim only?

Both of my sons have pay as u go sims but for some reason they can't top up via the app or online just keeps saying oops looks like somethings gone wrong please try again which they have been for at least a week.

Is there any charge for switching a number via PAC to new ID mobile account?Says £25 charge for ‘changing’ number, but ‘switching’ or ‘transfering’ seems to be mentioned separately with no mention of any charge.I only ask as I have never been charged for a PAC switch before so figured the charge must only relate to being issued with a wholly different number rather than switching in an existing one? Thanks.

I have moved house and according to ofcom’s coverage checker our new address has no coverage inside on iD (other networks show good coverage) My contract doesn’t end until Sept 2023. Am I trapped in a contract I can’t use for the next 7 months?

Hi,Recently my iD direct debit seems to have deleted itself from existence, leading to an outstanding bill which I cannot seem to pay by any means. The payment fails on my app or on browser. I have tried refreshing pages, clearing caches, and using as many payment cards as I can get my hands on but I always just get a payment failed message check your details message with no further elaboration. I can’t use the dedicated payment line on 0333 003 0001 as I have an outstanding bill and no service as a result. Thanks for the help, James

I am trying to register and it is not working. Please do not suggest I go through the steps. I have spent an hour trying over and over again and I am doing everything correctly. It will not accept any of my passwords I’m generating when I try to register my sim only, and the error message is even showing in Japanese Kangi! Plus your help and support chat doesn’t work showing only an error message. And you have no email contact either, nor a phone number. Appalling! I would like to cancel my account please confirm you have done this.

I can see from other posts that this is a frequent problem. I have two PAYG sim cards with ID mobile, and when I try to top up or buy a bundle for either of them, I get the familiar error message:“Oops, looks like something's gone wrong. Please try again.”This has happened on and off before, but this time it is persisting for weeks. I hope the issue can be resolved before I switch provider. Yes, I have updated my address to match the billing address.

I have used OS maps on my old phone switched to a Moto 32 and it does not function properly.I have downloaded the map of the area I will be walking in, so that I can still record my route even if I loose phone signal.I keep having the app loose signal and draw straight lines on the map often to point miles away from where I am. The GPS and Google maps work but OS maps doesn't.Can anyone suggest a fix.
