Why do I get a meesage Service not activated on network when trying to attach screenshots to SMS text Message even though I have a £5 spend cap set up, and MMS enabled? Can’t send MMS either via wifi calling or 4G data.

I have recently upgraded from a handset monthly contract to a sim only monthly contract and my ID app and website are not showing my new monthly rental. I used my early upgrade to only go to sim only.  I got email confirmations that my sim will arrive in the post with a brand new number and I got an email to sign up to Id mobile yet I upgraded through the app on my account.it would be great if someone could help!!

I need a PUK but every time I go to the live chat the bot says it will connect me to an agent then I get message saying try later, I've tired 20 - 30 times now

Recently joined iD Mobile and requested my number to be ported from Vodafone. Upon receiving the text message from iD to state that the number was ported, I went into my iPhone settings under Phone > My Number (as this was still showing the iD Number) - the +44 prefix is included.I have performed the following steps and I am unable to get iMessage and FaceTime to activate:Turn off iMessage and FaceTime in Settings Reset phone Confirmed my telephone number is correct in Settings > Phone > My Number (i.e. showing the ported number) Turned iMessage and FaceTime back onUpon immediately turning iMessage/FaceTime back on, the following error appears “An error occurred during activation. Try again.”In the Send & Receive options, I am able to use my Apple ID - however when selecting my ported number pops up the error message.I have tried both on WiFi and on 4G.Can someone please assist as I’ve not had this issue when switching before (usually just updating the number works).Thanks

I’ve just got a contract with id mobile.Just downloaded the app.it’s showing 2 bills for march….first for £24.62 coming out on 12/4/23 with no mobile number and no dates. (Understandable cause it showed that I wouldn’t get charged for the messing around of waiting 5 days+ for my old mobile number pac to transfer) 🤷‍♂️second for £32.99 which is my plan payment i agreed to, but for the phone number on sim card that came with the phone, coming out on 6/4/23. Which dates from 22/3/23 to 21/4.so i try to get through on chat and it takes awhile between messages…. About 4min+ each one (being generous) asking for my mobile number twice when I’m thinking it’s my account number that they should be after and get at the end of it that my bill is going to be £24.62 coming out on something like 24/4/2023.so i find the number to ring 7777 (no customer service really) and check with number 1 and it does say the last one.so, how the hell do i know which one/which date or if all these are coming out?!?

there must be a simpler way to get the system to generate and send my PUK code, rather than having to wait 40 minutes  in line on live  chat ….?

Hi,Both me and my husband have an ID mobile account that we opened for our children when they were too young to have an account. One is now 16 and the other is now 19 and we would like to move the accounts over to their names, but still pay the bill.Is this possible?We ask as we both need to purchase a new phone due to our company phones not being available to use personally anymore, so will need an account each for ourselves.Thanks

Sim not provisioned after upgrade 24 hours ago even though text received saying ready to go. Tried all "bot" suggestions,no good...really need a human to sort it out. Thanks Dave

I upgraded to a new phone and my SIM card still hasn’t updated and I can’t use my number and I don’t have service so I can’t even use mobile data. How do I fix it? 

I'm in Colombia and have uk sim. I've bought extra data and have avoided roaming but my charges have shot up by £34 in 2 days. Why isn't the extra data I bought covering this?

Hi team, I am switching from Three to a new 24 month sim only contract.  I received an email today giving me my new number, but I havent received the actual sim card yet.  I have tried to enter my details into the switch website, but it is reporting that…We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. Do I need to have actually received my SIM card and activated it before trying to issue the PAC switch?

I received an email from ID Mobile say I was entitled to 3 months free Apple products but when I went to activate this it says I need a PIN.  Does anyone know the PIN or how I get this PIN as I the chatbot has no clue what I am asking and the staff member I was put through to, well they just could not help.

So I woke up this morning to my phone screen having small blue dots and marks against a white background. As the days gone on, they've turned deep purple and I have had lots more come up. I pay £30 a month contract for the phone and the sim but how can I go about getting this fixed? Do the phones have warranty?

The same issues occurred every time I couldn’t actually get to a page that loaded a registration form:When I click on Login, I arrive on this page: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/ That page is a login page, but it has a tab to “Register”. When I click on Register, the word Register is selected, but the form remains the login form and doesn’t change to register. There is no button or link to register in the form. My wife and I are travelling to India in early April.  We are both ID users. The international roaming info refers to 60p for sending a text to India, or from India to elsewhere.  If we text each other IN India will it still cost 60p?

I ordered the 8G per month plan on the 18th of January and still haven't received my sim, and haven't had any delivery updates.  I have, however, been informed that my direct debit has already started despite me not having my sim. Hello all!I have a SIM free UK Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G handset.I can use WiFi calling absolutely fine and there is a toggle switch to enable/disable in the SIM menu settings when using my ID mobile SIM card.Unfortunately even though 4G Calling / VoLTE is supposedly supported there is no menu option to enable it when using my ID mobile SIM card.I have tried other SIM cards (Vodafone & SKY) and VoLTE menu appears straight away and I can use 4G Calling / VoLTE absolutely fine.I have spoken with Oppo and they have told me this is something ID mobile will need to sort out for me.Is this something ID mobile has to enable for me somehow on the SIM card / account?My handset is up to date and running the latest Color OS 13 / Android 13 update. Kind RegardsTom

I have never been able to text my brother in Australia. He texts me and then I reply but it doesn’t go. I have to then send him a text with my husbands payg phone. I have unlimited calls and texts. Why cant I text him. I have also tried phoning him and I can’t do that either.
