Hi I see your 1 month is different from Voxi & GiffGaff, with them I can just stop paying after monthly contract is up and keep the sim for future use when I need to but your ‘1 month’ is not ‘1 month’ but two months (if into 2nd month of usage) which is false advertisement, is it not, since I got to give 30 days notice?Say I used 28 days of my 1 month contract but no longer need it for the next month, I got to give you 30 days notice, why? I paid for the 1 month service in advance and do not need the 2nd month for now.I use multiple sims (mobile operators), because I get better signal and internet speed at different locations in the UK.I am with EE and at work, I will get either 18mpbs down at my desk or if I put phone in another location in the office it goes up to 80mbps - on EE I used to get 200mbps until the cell tower was relocated.Voxi is good where my family lives and ID Mobile is brilliant at work but really bad at home vs EE.So as you can see, this is why I signed up to y

Hi Bought this sim for my daughter. Only recently she told me that if she's not connected with wifi she hardly ever has any data working and if it does it's very slow.We tried to reset the phone, use sim in a  different phone -the same problem. Signal is there,usually about 2 bars but not connecting.I pay for 100gb and she can't use it. When she's out and we need her data working the most she hasn't got access to anythingAny ideas what's wrong?

I am in the Netherlands for an extended holiday. I have activated on line a replacement SIM card and although I have tried in 2 separate phones, both of which have worked with ID Mobile SIM cards in the past, and which connect to a local network I cannot make or receive calls. Any idea why this is so?

So I’m trying to vote in the Eurovision Semi-Final, but when I call the number, it tells me I can’t call because I’ve hit the capped limit. At first, I think it’s because I had premium calls turned off, so I turn it on. I call again and I’m told I’ve hit the capped limit. This time, I google it and I see that there’s a Bill cap that you can turn on. It’s turned off on my account, so I shouldn’t be getting this message in the first place. I turn it on and set the cap limit at the highest it can go - £75. I call and I’m told I’ve hit the capped limit. Now what do I do? I have no idea why this is happening and I’ve never experienced this problem before. I haven’t run out of minutes either, so that isn’t the problem.

I am on the verge of becoming an iD customer with a new iphone 13 mini. I want to use the Airalo app in Turkey so I can make a call as soon as I land- there is no WiFi at the airport. The app is asking me if “eSIM compatible and network-unlocked”.I am not mega tech savy with mobiles and this will be my first ever new iPhone. Will the new phone be delivered unlocked to me so I’ll be okay to use this app abroad?

Hello,I’m planning to switch to iD Mobile SIM soon and wanted to cover my commute scenario for working in my laptop. My company uses Cisco AnyConnect VPN to connect our laptop to corporate network. I’ve used Lycamobile UK, Three UK and both of them worked fine, however I don’t like their service for various reasons. I tried SMARTY for few days, but realised my IP (mostly 10.x.x.x) was changed every few seconds/minutes and my VPN connections was dropped each time the IP changed, rendering the SIM unfit for my usage, later figured it was due to CGNAT (I completely get why they use it and so I respect it).Would I be having the same situation with iD Mobile service too? (CGNAT, Frequent IP Changes). I suppose I could try myself, just hoping if the community had any insight on this topic. 

I have recently swapped over to ID Mobile from Vodafone and prior to doing so looked up the 4G coverage for where I live in central York on the ID Mobile website and all appeared fine, so went ahead with a 12 month contract.  However what I didn’t do (and with hindsight should have done!) was check the network status in the YO1 postcode area of York, which subsequently indicated there is an ongoing issue which needs fixing.  Is there anyway of finding out how long this issue will take to fix, as I am getting almost non-existent data coverage and having to use my  partners hotspot on her iphone with a Vodafone sim?  However, when I visited my Dad in Essex for a couple of days I got tremendous 5G speeds, so I now know that ID Mobile can work exceedingly well, but need it to work in York where I live - any advice would be most appreciated and apologies for slightly long first post!

The top-up page isn’t currently working for me, neither from the iD Mobile App nor the My Account website.After choosing an amount which I want to top up, on the app I get a blank page which is shortly filled with the Android message “Web page not available”, and on the browser website I am instantly redirected to the My dashboard page and get the message: “Oops, looks like something's gone wrong. Please try again.” On the phone I tried clearing the app’s cache and storage, which slightly changed the result - now it is a blank page with the message: “Sorry, there has been a problem processing this request.” On the PC I tried clearing the browser’s cache and using another browser, to no effect.I have actually been trying since yesterday.​It is even more frustrating as all my credit has just expired, leaving me unable to make calls, either due to an iD’s error or an inconsistency in the iD’s terms, what I am trying to have explained in another topic: https://community.idmobile.co.uk/pay-

Hello!! It’s been 7 days Web order SIM card but no further updates. 

Since this morning I've been unable to get my SIM card to work in my phone. When I swapped the SIM card with another phone, the SIM card worked in my other phone and the other SIM worked in my original phone? So I've been able to prove that the SIM works and also my phone's still working too! Not sure what to do? On another forum someone with the same issue thought that potentially their IMEI of their phone was blocked on the network, could this be the case for me too?

My credit file is stating ID is putting a negative status on my report due to 3 payments in areas even though my bill is up to date,How do I get this resolved as it is a mistake 

Hi, I have just received my SIM card from ID mobile and pressed the 'keep my number' nd submitted by PAC code all through the email link. I've just registered my account on the app using the given ID mobile number. I've tried to keep my number on the app but it says it won't work. I just want to know if my number is being switched over? Please let me know as soon as possible. 

Had a text about a price rise. Given that my contract includes a phone, does the price rise apply to my whole contract or just the call charge element of the contract?

I am having problems getting in contact with ID through the customers service is there a way to talk to someone over the phone.

My son was working fine until yesterday, then I got this error. My oneplus 10 Pro doesn't have esim capability, and I have no way of disabling. The sim works fine in another phone, and my other sim works fine in this phone. Tried all the usual remove and replace, reboot etc. but one run out of ideas. Currently on Digicel in St. Lucia. 

My partner tries to phone me, but it’s saying that it can’t connect, never had trouble before. I haven’t blocked is number, have tried my sim in a different phone but it’s still the same so I know it’s my sim, I need someone to have a look at my account
