Hello,I submitted my PAC code from Virgin Mobile when I signed up and the number hasn’t transferred. The PAC code runs out in 2 days, so time is running short. I’ve tried restarting the phone but it hasn’t worked. Could you help me get this sorted? Messages aren’t getting through, so I’d like to get this sorted ASAP.Thanks!

I want to upgrade on my IDMobile app so I can keep my number and switch easier than starting a new account and new number. I have found better deals from ID Mobile on USwitch, with the same contract length. If I want to upgrade to the same thing on the app it's more expensive. Why is this the case ?

I have 2 sim only contracts with ID and have been finding that the phone signal ahs been at best intermittment when we are at home and worse non existent. Wifi calling helps but is not the answer on a 1 acre property. I also realise that neither of the phones received the national alert.Perhaps the answer is just to switch to another network that cares about rural areas.

Now i have calmed down i can write this , I switched to ID from  o2 on the 20th May after getting all conformation emails with instructions i have ported my number to ID ,sim card has arrived 4 days later popped it in to be greeted with no sim tried 2 phone no luck, no worries i though ill pop on to live chat, how wrong was i after finally getting an agent and explaining i have an issue , he said could not help as systems were down , not happy as i have no banking app and all cards in my phone , so i contacted this morning and guess what , they say on live chat , cant help systems are down, so blood pressures rising as day 5 no phone , so i ring ID complaints and guess what they say sorry cant help  systems are down still after 2 days !!!  try the ID app, well i would but when i try and register is say input the code we txt you , well great how to i access it with no working sim card , now i am  really P**ed , what sort of company are ID , i have never know such  disregard they they ap

Hello, just a quick question, when you upgrade your sim only contract and it asks for the 1p identity check does it require your card number or your account number? I entered my card, but now thinking it wanted account number where my DD is setup. I’ve had no 1p taken from my bank yet but got confirmation email that my order was placed.  Thanks

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how to get the chat history? I only want the last 3 days but the website chat agents cannot help.

I have some voice messages I need to keep, I’ve saved some before but when I go back to listen to them a while later they’re gone. But the ones I have now are extremely important as I’ve reported the abuse of someone vulnerable to the Police and Adult Social Care, and I may need to have them as evidence. Have I ‘lost’ messages before because they’re only kept for so long or because you can only save so many? Is there a way of keeping them for longer or keeping more? Can I somehow forward them to keep them safe?Thanks

Good evening I'm here to ask you for help, it's already been 4 days since I ordered my sim and unfortunately I still haven't received the sim and the email with the tracking code... even though I've already received all the emails concern the subscription and the receipt of payment.  Now I'm out of service with my old sim because I switched my number😭Can anyone tell me who I can contact?Thank you 

Why do you get 4Gb data allowance with a new £6 sim and only 1Gb with a £6 bundle as an existing customer?

My phone contract ends on 20th June 2023. I want to change to a sim only plan, once I’ve finished paying off my contract. My question is, what date will I be able to change my plan?

I have realised recently that ID mobile is charging twice for my one and only account.It seems that you have not stopped charging for the previous phone when I upgraded to a new one.Could you investigate my case and let me know how it went wrong and I can get my money back please?

I’m trying to register on iD mobile, but it’s not giving me the option to enter my existing mobile number. I’ve had email confirmation on the PAC details and keeping my old number, and the switch is due to take place tomorrow (24 May).“Your iD mobile number is the one we've given you, unless you've ported a number in from your old network (if so, use that one).”When I enter my number which I’m porting, I get an error message: “Oops, the details you've entered are incorrect. Please try again.”Should I be concerned? Or shall I just wait until tomorrow, switch the SIM and hope everything’s okay?

Will I be charged if I answer a call when I’m on holiday in Mexico? If I call when connected to Wi-Fi, will there be any charges?

I received the news that iDmobile (via Three) was permitting access to the mobile network on sections of the London Underground. I have been travelling through those stations and tunnels, but every time I try to access the Three network, I am faced with a page that requires information that I do not have. I am attaching a screen shot here. Any ideas how to get rid of, or get past, this page?

Hi, upgraded my phone but there was no sim card with it 

I purchased a new phone took my ID Sim out of my old phone and put it in my new phone and it now says iMessage failed to activate. I have been trying to do this with the guidance of Google and the community. I have spoken to Apple support and it is still failing I cannot send or received ordinary text messages and I cannot do FaceTime or send iMessage. I have put my Sim card back in my old phone and now I’m having the same problem in my old phone I’m losing the will to live as there is no way to phone anybody at ID mobile and I am getting very stressed. As for three days now I haven’t had a working phone. Apple can’t help me and I can’t find any of solutions on ID mobile I have literally tried everything I have read in the community and it is still not working.

I am trying to input my pac code details to join ID mobile but it keeps saying the information I entered is incorrect which it is not. I have tried putting my surname in capitals and the transaction number is correct but it still won’t work. Can you please help me?

Can someone tell me why it takes five days to port an old number from Plusnet to ID?   I applied for a new sim deal on Monday 15th May, 2023 and i provided a pac at the time.  On 17th i got a sim delivered with a new number on it, not the old number.  It is now Friday 19th May and i still don’t have my old number.  Can someone help, its very inconvenient.
