My SIM was ordered on Tuesday 30/05 and  I received an email saying it was processed and that “Our delivery partner should be in touch with your delivery and tracking information shortly.” Not had any tracking information sent through to me and no SIM delivered. Tried using live chat but that doesn’t work! Help!

I’ve just ordered a new SIM from SMARTY and given them my PAC code.  Will my contract with ID be automatically cancelled when it switches or do I need to manually cancel it?  Wil I need to cancel my DD?  Thanks for reading. 

Hi im really hoping someone can help. Dpd tried to  deliver 2x and I wasn't in, I'm told on their website my phone has gone back to Curry’s. I haven't been able to speak to anyone live on id, or get in touch with anyone from Curry’s or Dpd. Does anyone know you do next? Many thanks in advance :)

I have received a phone call from a lady who has had her phone stolen. She tells me that the stolen phone has the same phone number as mine. Is it  just just a phishing scam or could my number have been duplicated?

It's been a month since I’ve tried to top up credit on my iD mobile app and on the website, however I repeatedly receive the message “Oops, looks like something's gone wrong. Please try again.” whenever I try to enter my card details or even click the top up button. I have 0 credit left and need to urgently top up. Rubbish company & service. The automated 7777 customer service number provides no option to actually pay/top-up which would have solved app or website technical issues, as many other mobile network companies like O2 offer. Highly frustrating and drives customers away from iD mobile, please fix this issue urgently. 

I am moving abroad (within Europe) for two years, because of family matters.  Can I carry on using the IDMobile plan that I have (which is the £20 per month) during that time?  Would I need to pay more for using the plan in Europe?  Thanks a lot.

At the beginning of March, I upgraded to the new Samsung S23. I received a quote for trading in my S21, and was told there was a £100 bonus on top of my quote. We're now into April and I have heard nothing back. I haven't received anything. Not a good look at all 😡

I joined ID Mobile on the 6th and my first payment was due on the 19th.I prefer all my bills to come out as soon as I've been paid so I used the app to change it to the 1st for future payments however when I went in the next day it shows my payment date as 27th and won't let me change it.Can anyone advise why this has happened and how I can correct it? 

My son accidently managed to cancel my sim only rolling contract. How do i stop it cancelling without ringing as the call centre is shut?

Recently on the Shetland Islands, at Esha Ness a little north of Brae, I got a message on my phone saying that it appeared I was roaming outside the EU.  South of Brae all seemed fine with the network.I am UK resident and according to the website EU roaming is included so does anyone know what is going on here?Thanks 

I want to cancel my contract but I lost my phone and cannot remember the number and i forgot my login details. I already cancelled the direct debit in my bank. I’m worried I might be in trouble for the left billing. pls can someone help me. thanks

Hi, I switched my old number to my iD sim. Everything seems to work fine however whenever I send a text it says that the message failed to deliver. However, the recipients have received the message and respond, which I can receive. Any ideas why the error message saying text failed to send would appear if the text has actually gone through successfully? This is on an iPhone 11.Thanks,Josh

I would like a break down of the charges and payments I made since October 2022 until today. 

Upgraded to a sim only plan, sim arrived Monday to say that my contract had been upgraded and that my sim would take upto 24 hours till it would be active and that I would relieve a message when it complete.It's been longer than 24 hours, I restarted my phone and it still hasn't worked, everytime I try to make a call it says its not supported on the networkI can't seem to find the chat option to speak to someone directAny ideas? 

I’m travelling around the EU for a few months and trying to find the right phone company to go with. I know iD mobile has an unlimited package for £16 in the UK - but am I able to use the internet freely once I’m overseas. What are the added costs if it isn’t 

I have an ID Sim under my email address. I wanted to get two more Sims for my teenage children. If I order them under their email addresses can I still use my bank account details to set up the direct debits on both accounts?

I have just started a monthly SIM only contract. The SIM will solely be used for a motorhome WiFi router. I.e incoming calls won't be received.  Can I change my account contact number to my mobile number should ID Mobile need to call me? If so, how do I do it?TIA

My new Google pixel won't stay connected to WiFi networks stating IP Configuration Error. This is the same on 2 different networks. All other devices are connected fine. Is my phone faulty? If I can't use it on WiFi I'm still within the 30 day cooling off period so I'll probably just cancel and go else where.

My contract expires on the 6th june 23 and I have been informed my next bill is due on the 21st june 23 as I have taken out a Sim only deal with I/D mobile do I have to cancel my Direct debit for my original contract as it seems Im now paying Two bill's

What am i charged for if i leave ID mobile while out of contract is if for a full month or just the part i have used (two days in this case)?
