Hi. I’m going to Canada for 12 days in July. Will I be able to use my mobile and how much will it cost?

Trying to port my old number to IDMobile from Lebara. I’ve tried entering my details (number & PAC code) several times on both the website & the app & keep getting error messages. ID Mobile asked for new PAC. Contacted Lebara who say PAC has been used and so they can’t issue a new one for at least 48 hours. I’ve noticed I’m not the only person experiencing this. What’s happening please? 

My current contract has ended and I've found a new deal online. That deal is also with id but it's better than the upgrades I've been offered. How do I cancel this contract and move my number to the new deal?

My husband and I both have a Barclays account with blue rewards. This means we need to pay in a certain amount each month and have a minimum number of direct debits to retain the rewards and benefits like their Rainy Day Saver.I already have the required number of direct debits and I recently cancelled the vehicle tax direct debit that comes from my husbands account as it's no longer required due to getting a new electric car. So I need to replace a direct debit in his account.When I took out the contract with ID Mobile, I had to set up the direct debit in my own name. I am now able to change the bank details in my ID account.My question is, can I change the direct debit to my husbands bank account, or does the payment always have to come from an account in my own name?

I moved my Sim card to my new Blackview phone but I can’t access mobile data. My phone becpomes redundant if I don’t have access to wifi. Blackview support suggest I update the APN. Can anyone tell me how to do this.

Hi,On 3rd December 2022 I signed up to ID mobile following links from Money saving expert with the offer of a £45 Amazon / Uber Eats / Tesco voucher. Nearly three months has passed - but no sign of the promised Voucher.Has anyone else got a similar experience relating to this voucher, and were you able to successfully resolve it ?  If so please share.Thanks in advance.Geoff

I installed a sim in my Sister’s router in her sheltered accommodation which is located some way from me.when I tried to register to change the direct debit account, obviously I cannot get the code sent to the sim and my sister is disabled and unable to do same.I have tried via the chat to get the code emailed to my registered address but it is useless.This situation is not unique as I have a gif gaff account in my tracker and they send me the code via email after I requested.The Ai bot is horrendous and like being stuck in the “matrix”.  

I’m a bit of a dinosaur in the mobile dept. I have an old Alcatel 1 with a lebara sim. Both bought separately and sim is a no contract monthly £3.95. I want to upgrade to a better phone. If I buy something unlocked can I just put the sim from the Alcatel into the new phone and start using it right away? Sorry if this seems a silly question. Thanks in advance.

Hi my two years on contract expires today, I want to get Sim only arrangement from ID and have the direct debit reduced to the £10 sim only price is that possible or do I have to cancel my Direct Debit and start again with a new one? ThanksA

I am being billed twice a month after upgrading my account. You have started a new account instead of upgrading my existing account. I need to keep my old number, so I can't just cancel my old account, as I will lose my number that I want to keep.. MyMy old account no. is [REDACTED]. My new order complete email from id is dated 2June and has order ref. [REDACTED].Regards Graham

So we are in the process of switching from EE to ID I was told the port would complete on the 26 by text and it still hasn't, would it make a difference if  the EE number is on an EE SIM , should I be concerned that port is a day late ?

Recently while in Turkey I received an incoming call from the UK. My data roaming was off.  However I have been charged £12 for a 2 minute call.  I thought you weren’t charged for incoming calls? Any one care to explain?

I've just upgraded my phone contract to a Google Pixel 7a with unlimited data, however I now find, after looking on ID's website, that I've been charged £2 a month more and with an up front fee of £20 rather than if taken out the same contract as a new customer.If I were to have taken the same deal as a new customer the up front cost would have been £9.Strange way to encourage existing customers to stay with you by charging more for the same contract.

I know Greece is included in roaming but on Symi the phone tends to pick up a Turkish network by default as it is near the Turkish coast.  Which Greek network should I be using instead to ensure I get free roaming?

I’ve just joined iD from EE on a new 24 month contract which I was really pleased with as it was a a bargain and I like the handset.But I went out for the day today and it’s been an absolute nightmare. In the CENTRE of london !(!!)  I couldn’t get any connection, couldn’t check my maps, WhatsApp messages not going through instantly like they always used to add even texts not going through. I have never ever had these problems on other providers. Never in a million years did I think I’d have reception issues in london. Now I’m looking at the forum and seeing that this is a common problem and that I could get stuck for 2 years with these problems (as I see from other posts ID does not fix, or take responsibility for this poor service), I’m thinking it’s critical that I use the 14 day return period to end the contract. The problem for me now is that I’ve moved my phone number across and set up the handset with all my content. what should I do? I welcome advice.

My daughter is travelling abroad for 17 days visiting 5 countries in this time (3 or 4 days in each country).. she joined ID before 21st June so only has the limited amount of data to use (£7 per month so only allowed 5.4gb data under the fair usage policy). So my question is, does the allowance reset every time she enters a new country or is it just 5.4gb over the whole 17 days... Also, her monthly allowance will reset during this trip so again will this only give her 5.4gb or will she get another new 5.4gb when the new payment month starts... Hope this makes sense.. thanks

I can make calls and use data but I am not getting any incoming calls or texts, when I send text to my own number I receive it and I tried requesting help from ID customer service but no resolution found yet, I need few one time passwords to access some apps. So could someone please help me how do I fix this? Thank you. 

I have serious problems with the service In my house I have a signal but the Internet does not work and when it works it is too slow or without connection. on the street I have an LTE + signal and it is too slow I attach a photo of a speed meter  Vivo en N22 6xr 

I am currently on a £10pm sim only contract, after being on a handset contract for over two years. Now it is time for a new handset, I logged in to the app and was offered a deal for Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra. I chose this deal, entered bank details for the upfront cost, and received order confirmation. Didn't hear anything for 2 days and when I contacted ID, they have told me I cannot upgrade to a premium handset. Long story short, I have been in store to Currys and the same thing. I can still see the deal online and could access this if I was a new customer, but ID and Currys are telling me that my only options are to change network or change number. Surely something can be done about this?! Customer service are terrible and promised me they could manually upgrade....but never called me back. Please help!
