During voice calls from my new iD Mobile SIM from Derby over 4G to my parents in Kent on TalkMobile (4G network) with a full/nearly full signal, after a few minutes conversation the calls drop to the following error message-“Sorry, your service does not allow access to this number.”Browsing these forums, it looks like when this happened in 2020 it was likely due to a recent network misconfiguration issue.Is anyone else seeing this?Is this a known issue right now?When will it be fixed? 

The status check has consistently shown the same message, about work ongoingHow long do these repairs last typically and when is it ok to ask for one’s money back?I rely upon mobile data in my workplace and am currently using a SIM from another network (Voda)The down speed is 0.3Mbps but not consistent and up is a more reasonable 2Mbps. Down speed since joining in April has been 20+ and up 5+I can’t use the web. I can only reply to small emails, sometimes

I have bought a sim for a wifi device and so cannot set up the account as I cant get a pin to verify the account, how can I set up the account another way?

Hi,I was buying a phone from Curry's but apparently my credit is too low, it was a £17.99 contract for 24 months but I'm only allowed a sim £15 or under.I've never had a credit card nor have I ever borrowed any money before but I definitely have enough money to pay for the contract though - is there any way around this at all?Thank you.

Just looking to upgrade my phone and have noticed that I can get 10gig of data for £19.99 going thru carphone warehouse but only 2g as an existing iD customer? How do I contact iD to discuss?

Hi I have just in the last weeks received my new id sim and wanted to put a sim lock on it to prevent sim swapping in case my phone is lost or stolen. It asks for sim pin when I try and set it up but I don’t know what it is.yhe phone is an iPhone and I bought it unlocked direct from apple 2 years ago and have never previously set up a sim pin. I did try 1234 but that wasn’t right. I could try 0000 but then I only have 1 more chance before it locks and I can’t be without my phone connection so need to have some hint planned in advance to unblock it if that happens. can you advise how to proceed please and if I need a puk code jow I get one quickly?thanks

Why am I being charged £82 for iphone 11

I’m in Bosnia-Hercegovina, and suddenly I’ve had to answer a flurry of important phone calls from back home in the UK, but I’ve hit my £50 spending cap pretty quickly…. I was even cut off mid-conversation on my last incoming call!The system doesn’t let me increase my cap beyond £50 and now I’m worried that I cannot be reached from the UK anymore, please is there a way to cancel or increase my spending cap, at least temporarily?Thanks!

Hi @iD Mobile I’m waiting for my old number to be transferred today (selected day when I purchased SIM card). I inserted the new SIM but obviously has the new ID number (which I don’t want) and can’t register on the app because I’m not receiving the security code.How will I get notified when my old number has been transferred if SMS are not working and can’t register on the app?I’m going abroad tomorrow so I need this to be sorted today.Many thanks!

Just received a final demand letter from ID Mobile, i have never had an account with ID Mobile so someone has got hold of my details and created this letter, please can someone from ID Mobile confirm that this is a fraudulent letter please so i can report it to the Action Fraud website as they have asked to do this.

I am requesting to move my number to another provider therefore cancelling my contract. I am in my 30 day cooling off period but I have an estimated final bill of £150.Can you please ensure I do not get charged the 12 month line rental.

I took a contract out with you but I had to cancel it because when I tried to register on my account it was saying my email address is already registered to an id account which I had years ago so can someone remove my email address from the system so I can take out another contract and registered my account.

I’m currently roaming in Poland and data will not connect but was working earlier. is there an issue?

How can I log in any complaint I have some issue with my new contract phone been returned and ask for refund my upfront and extra charges they advise me to ask carphonewarehouse and carphonewarehouse advise me to ask ID mobile with your refund 

Are you able to pay off the contract in stores like carphone warehouse or curry’s if you plan to finish plan to switch to sim only monthly with ID mobile?

My phone is due to switch over today.  Ive read that it can take til 10pm.  However i can recieve phone calls texts from some people but not others is this right during the process.  How will i know when its completed?Thanks 

Today I submitted my PAC number to ID Mobile to move my old phone number to this new provider. I have discovered that the signal in my area is too weak for my need though, so would like to cancel this PAC transfer request before the number is transferred.

Hi, I have been waiting for my voucher, I bought my Pixel 7 pro on 9th Feb and should have received the £100 curry voucher by 24th April as per the promotion. I was away on Holidays and almost forgot about it.I have now checked both my inbox and spam and also searched for emails. Though, I received lots of promotion emails from Curry, last one being 4th June,  I couldn't find email for the promised voucher! Could you advise please when i will get the voucher. 

When i signed up they said my bill would be £38.99 pm however the latest bill received is £42.84 i have looked through my bill breakdown and there are no extra charges so why is it so high ?
