Hi - I upgraded a few months ago and used my old sim as requested/suggested by you. I logged into the app on the 2nd July and you activated the ‘new’ sim.  I dont have the new sim and now my phone wont work! I need this tomoprrow as i’m going to a festival for the weekend. Help Danny

All I want to do is buy a new phone on a contract from ID. The best deal is via ID themselves. However I can’t get this as it’s not an upgrade I am offered.If I buy it as a new customer I cant swap my number. So I either move to a different network or I buy a £5 PAYG sim to jump my number to and then from.Is it really that ridiculous?

Port date today - old sim (Smarty) has disconnected, but the number is not yet transferred to iD. Tried rebooting a few  times - doesn’t it usually happen straight away? 

Hello.I bought a new phone through carphone warehouse and it was on Id Mobile. My current phone number is through a sim only with Id Mobile. So, not actually as an upgrade. I didn’t realise that you couldn’t just use a PAC code like normal when you’re on the same network, but desperately want to keep my old phone number. Please help. Live chat kept not loading, so I’m turning to here. Thanks

I’ve entered my sim into a new device and it is asking for a pin to unlock the sim. FAQ says talk to live agent but I can’t see any option to do so.Hoping someone can help.Thanks!

Information on social tariffs

Just received by bill for July and can see Rest of the world roaming charge. Don’t understand why considering I’ve not been travelling and been in the UK for over 2 months (not travelling), nor did I have roaming data switched on

i have an ID account which is £7 for unlimited calls and texts and 20gb of data.  After a month i was offered an upgrade of £8 for unlimited text and calls and 30gb of data.  The new plan was set up and i received confirmation.  When nothing happened, i spoke to the assistant on line and was told i couldnt keep my number which is contrary to what i saw in community chat.  An being told this, i told them to cancel the upgrade and i would keep my original plan as i want to keep my number.  Yesterday, i received an email saying my plan had been cancelled and that ID are sorry to see me go.  As i requested to revert to my original plan with my existing number, i dont understand why i have received this email.  Is my account councilled and how do i get this sorted out as there is no one to go to for help.  If not, please provide me with a pac text number and i will change company.  TYVM From Confused and fed up.

I got a txt saying at midnight UK my bundle would run out. I tried to buy a bundle on the app and it wouldn’t work. So I tried again on my web browser, it took the payment this time but it’s not showing anywhere on my id account and my bundles run out :( I’m on my daughters hot spot :/ please can someone help asap? Thanks

HiI used a PAC to request porting my number from my Plusnet SIM to my new iD Mobile SIM, which happened today. The good:•  Calls and texts from most networks (such as Three & Vodafone) go to my new iD Mobile SIM.   The problems:  •  Unfortunately my Plusnet account and SIM are both still active.•  I've also just discovered that SMS texts (and maybe calls) from other Plusnet SIMs are going to my old Plusnet SIM.  (Unfortunately, this means a family member has difficulty reaching me.)•  I called Plusnet (on the old Plusnet SIM) who said they'd do an immediate closure of my account and SIM, which hasn't worked. I'm not sure whether the issue is on Plusnet's side or iD Mobile's side.  Please help! PS I've done this usual things like rebooting, swapping the SIMs, making sure we're using SMS and not RCS (Android phones.)

Is it correct that ID Mobile don’t offer wifi calling on Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 phones? as i can’t see it on the list but much older phones are on there.Thanks

WiFi working but cannot get Internet connection for more than a few seconds from my sim card. Browser saysUrl was rejected.Cleared cookies, changed browser  etc., but still no Internet.Coverage is fine and no mast problems.Second time it has happened. Paid up, 7 days to rum on account.

Using my PAC code I have transferred my old number from 3 to ID mobile. My old phone is no longer working and my new phone has a new temp number. Why hasn’t my number switched? And what can I do? 

Hi I cancelled my contract within the 14/ 28 days cancellation period and had never opened the SIM or the phone why was I charged £7.86? 

So i successfully got to sign up one sim, so i do know the process. i buy another sim and repeat exactly the same process and all i get is red error message ”OOPs” again.i know that i cannot register two sims on one account profile so im [trying] to crate new profile.my steps:step 1 - use safari browser with no lastpass or autofillstep 2 - enter new idmobile sim numberstep 3 - enter surname in all caps >>>» opps message again <«please advise - can admin sign me up for me as i already have an account? why arn these sims preregistered to buyer?

I know I can use data roaming in Spain, but I wondered if Menorca comes under Spain please? 

Hi. I’ve just ported from GiffGaff and received my new pay monthly sim.  the port seems to have completed as I have lost signal on my GiffGaff sim. The problem is my new iPhone 11 doesn’t recognise the new ID sim. Whenever I insert it, I get an error saying sim not recognised. I don’t get this error when I put the GiffGaff sim inside (although I’ve obviously not got signal any longer on my GiffGaff sim).  I’ve tried turning phone on and off, and also toggling aeroplane mode, neither work.  i can’t speak to a human from ID as I believe it’s all online.  Any help appreciated. 

I took out a contract for my son earlier in the year and registered it to my email as I pay the bills. I’ve since transferred my own number over as well but can’t use the app to check my usage as my email is associated with my son’s number. Is there any way that I can change the phone number associated with my email address to my own one and then get my son to register for his number? I’m not creating a second email address purely to use for this mobile phone! Thanks for any help.

Hi...my contract got over in the month of October 2022But I have been charged 54£ every month.It's been atleast 8months now you charged 54£ every month . I want my refund of everymonth..The assistance in the curry pc told me it will be automatically canceled but its been 8 months now that's a big amount which you took from me. Please give my refund.
