Im a new customer and I can't seem to provide my PAC code.Every Time I try to submit my PAC code, I get a message saying the link is unavailable. I've tried getting in contact with Live chat, but I get the same error message.I've tried on the app and online but I keep getting the same message of the link not working. I've also tried doing it via WiFi and mobile data, but that doesn't help either…Can anyone help? I really want to provide my PAC code so I can get my old number back.Many thanks 

I just joined iD Mobile having upgraded my phone to a Samsung S23.  I ported my old number over and I’m able to make calls, send texts and do everything web-based.  What the iD site and app won’t let me do is register a new account or log on, no matter which browser I use.  When I try registering I get an error message telling me that the account already exists.  When I try logging on I get an error message saying that my email address is already registered to an an iD account.  It then tells me to use a different email address but I don’t have one!  The Live Chat function doesn’t work and there’s no customer service email to contact.  HUGELY FRUSTRATING and a terrible start to my 2 years with iD!!

Hi,  BackgroundMy phone broke and I tried to use my husband’s phone with my ID Mobile SIM, briefly. The phone stated that I needed to provide a SIM PIN code. I entered one and it was incorrect, so I used Live Chat to get help with my SIM’s PIN code. What happened30-min wait for an agent to respond and afterwards, every message took up to 5 minutes to come through. 1st agent gave me the wrong PINs twice. Locked me out. Then, she gave me 2 wrong PUK codes.  Next, she asked me to try my SIM on another handset, which I didn’t have. She conveniently got disconnected at this point. 12-min wait for another agent. 2nd agent incorrectly told me that the phone telling me “SIM network PIN blocked” and that I needed a “SIM network PUK” meant that the handset was locked, not my SIM. I highly doubted that and questioned her further. She insisted on the veracity of her statement. I went away and this whole thing had taken around 1.5h by this point. Ordered a new SIM on 10th July for delivery on 17th (today), plenty of working days in between but i did not receive the SIM today so have to rely on wireless until it gets sorted. Far from ideal.I also never received a confirmation email so good thing i took a screenshot of the order...not off to the best start ID Mobile…Cannot use the live chat as i can’t register, even though my new number should be transferred across, it’s saying its not a valid ID Mobile number..again, 7 days should be enough for this. What is going on!?

When I placed my order I got an email saying: You will receive your eGift once you have completed your order and this purchase has been validated by iD Mobile. Details of how to receive your gift will be sent to the email address provided after 90 daysfrom your purchase.That was on 28th March, 2023 - no email yet!Can someone contact me please? 

Just received a sim . New customer porting number 9th august . Receiving lots of emails about registration ID mobile account/ app. Direct debit . Bill ready and I can’t register because it will only let me register with the ID mobile provided. Not very confident in moving now . So much hassle. And as I can’t view the bill what am I actually paying for. I believe I have 30 days to send the sim back. 

I have been unable to make/receive calls and texts for a week. I have tried all of the suggestions made online- the simple ones, anyway. I have spent literally hours trying to sort this, the main frustration being that I can get no support. ID’s chat function is not working (and I’ve disabled my ad-blocker) and the contact process is impossible to follow. I found one website which said that the network is down (I’m in Plymouth) due to engineering work but I’m not sure whether that’s true.Has anyone got a suggestion for me to get some customer service?

I ordered 2no mobile phones this morning from ID (IPhone 13 & Honor 90)They were processed ok and then I received an email advising me of an issue & to call ID.Upon speaking to an advisor i was informed (eventually) that there is a 1no phone per customer policy which i cannot find any information on.This must be a mistake as I have had 4no mobiles with EE in the past without issue!!Can someone confirm this statement please?It seems odd if true that ID are effectively turning down additional revenue streams…….crazy business decision!!

Any ideas?Tried in different browsers, normal and incognito, etc. 

Returned phone and cancelled contract, no unable to get my PAC code, multiple attempts by customer service to send all come up with same error in the e-mail ‘PAC is Not Created which expires on.’ Please advise how to proceed.

I have been using a ID sim in a Three broadband router for some months and it has worked fine. Yesterday it stopped working and the network red light was on. I tried the sim in my phone and it worked fine and the iD sim from the phone gave the same red light on the router. I have obtained another router and I am getting the same result- red light no internet. I don’t use a lot of data and I am at a loss as to what has happened? I understand that ID don’t actually do data/ broadband but I don’t see why it would stop working and as I said it’s worked great for months. Can anyone help before I have to find an alternative.Thanks.

Hi, can i use roaming in Ukraine?I am currently in Ukraine on a humanitarian aid trip and I would like to know if i can use my data as if I was back in the UK. I know calls and texts are free but does this include roaming? I have set a 0£ cap on my account and it seems that roaming is working, so i assume there are no charges while in Ukraine?   

I have lost my phone and would like to log into my account to order a new sim card, but to change my password I need a code which is sent to my phone. How can I change my password without my phone?

We are on holiday in Greece and both received texts to say roaming was free and we could use our mobile plans (data, texts etc) as usual. My phone is working fine but my husband has been charged to his price cap within the first few hours and now his phone won't connect to anything. Can ID help please as we can't find any way of contacting an advisor to sort this out!

Hi, I’m in Slovenia at the moment. We have 3 bars of signal and 4G showing on the phone but can’t use anything. Same in my wife’s phone too. Any idea why nothing would work? We have been in 6 other countries on this trip with no problems whatsoever. Thanks 

My ID Mobile account has been closed even though I am continuing to pay by direct debit and my phone number is still in use. This means that I can't manage my account.

There is a contract offer via the Carphone Warehouse website but when I log in to the ID Mobile app, I can't see it. Can I only purchase via Carphone Warehouse? It seems strange as I've been an ID Mobile customer for a long time.
