it appears to be a very common thread on here. An entry on a credit file for a bill I do not owe. I lived in America for 3 years, came back to find my credit file has an £11 owing? Never used account, paid the PAYG sim to date. I have no account or phone number so even if I tried (which I have) to pay this account to rid me of this, I can't. An appalling level of service with no easy pathway to resolution. I need someone from ID Mobile to resolve this. 

I have ported my O2 number across which works fine. However I have tried and tried to set up iMessage to no avail.  The problem I am finding is that it is most definitely the SIM. Every time I input my ported number into my iCloud account I keep getting a message telling me :You must have a SIM associated with an apple device for +44********** to be used for iMessage and facetime I have purchased an EE pay as you go SIM and that works fine.  But as soon as I put my id some in I get the above message.  Could I have a faulty SIM card. How do. Go about getting a replacement one ?  

I I have found this service of trying to get to live chat to speak to customer services is hard difficult and I still haven't found how to speak to a customer services person other than coming to a forum where anybody and everybody can see what I need to speak about this I think is ridiculous if I needed to speak to them and put personal details on I don't want to do that they need to make this site easy access to the live chat as that is the only way to be able to speak to somebody when there is a problem and they haven't done that does anybody know the quickest way to speak to customer services I've been trying to change my number from an old number and bringing it over it keeps telling me what's transaction ID I have got one on my invoice I haven't got one on my welcome letter so it won't let me do it my pac code is running out and I keep going round in circles to contact someone this is disgusting

I’d like to use a new debit card for my billing address, however the address for this card is not in the UK. Because of this, it does not match with my ID address and I am unable to change the country field in my personal details, what can I do?

I joined ID network recently from virgn, ported my number 20th July. The porting went through as expected, but then I realised cannot receive calls or texts, especially the OTP from banking apps, WhatsApp.Its been a complete nightmare so far. I have contacted ID live chat earlier today and was advised the usual 48 hrs technical team referral, but reading the forum messages here, guessing nothing will happen amd so have resulted to posting here with the hope that customer services or someone at ID will pickup. I have tried a number of suggested options and none worked to resolve issue. I have a Samsung s23 device, all was working perfectly in my S9 prior to Sim swap over. Any help would be much appreciated otherwise will have to look at another network.

I went away travelling in February, and in March I cancelled my iD contract (SIM only). However, I'm now back in the UK and I'd like to reactivate my old SIM card so I can use my old number again. Is this possible, and if so, how? Thanks, Hannah

Been charged for 2 calls two  different mobile numbers they are not out of plan but still been charged why ??

I used a pac code and the number changed over but when I send a text it shows the number that I was first given and if they try and reply it doesn’t send but if they reply through a old message it sends.  

I’m just brought a new sim as my contract has ended but i brought it on a different account, im unable to transfer my old number onto my new sim because the PAC code only works when transferring to a different provider

Im a new customer and the plan started on the 24th July and I’ve got 2 questions:so I changed my date for the direct debit to the 19th of every month and it says I have to make a payment on the 7th August but will I have to make another payment on 19th August?I then contacted support on another matter about why I have 42 day billing period (24th July to 4th September) and it was very confusing but it’s something about me changing my direct debit date and a cut off point. So my question is will this 42 day billing period be just a one time thing and then will it return 30 day billing period where I’m making payments on the 19th of every month? also attached screenshot of the 42 day billing period

I’ve tried registering with Id Mobile after putting the new sim in my phone. my old number is active as i carried over from BT. However i can only get through to the second stage of registration by putting in the new id mobile, however when im sent a security code nothing happens as my old number is active. what am i supposed to do?

I'm really hoping someone can help, I'm at a total loss of what to do and the situation is really starting to upset me. In the 2 weeks since DPD opened an investigation, closed it, then reopened it, and have now closed it again, an email I got from Currys this evening says: "Please be advised that we received feedback from DPD and unfortunately we will not be able to fo

On Sun 23rd July you sent me an SMS message saying I have used 100percent of my data allowance and you will now charge me 10.24p for every 1MB of data used. I checked my data remaining on the dashboard for my account and it shows I still have 5.7 GB of data remaining. You seem to be ignoring my 6GB data ‘Add-on’ which I have already purchased, been billed for and fully paid. I have tried several times tried  to raise this on the Chat system and although you mention being able to talk to a real person I have not found this possible. Your chat BOT is 100percent useless and keeps offering to raise a SIM problem. Please send me a NEW SMS message with the CORRECT amount of remaining data allowance and remove the threat to charge me for exceeding my paid for data allowance. Until now I was pleased with ID mobile but this issue has raised sever concerns. I can accept you may have made and error but I am disappointed it seems to be impossible to discus it with a real person to resolve this pro
