It has been brought to my attention that my number is not receiving calls but I am able to make them, and I am able to receive texts but not send them, could someone advise. Thank you.

Hello, I'm locked out of my account and unable to amend or cancel my monthly payments because my card information has changed.  This is VERY significant because if I can't access my account, my credit score will start to rise. I have used all of your suggestions:I receive id mobile emails, so I know I'm using the right email.Accessed every possible username and password combinationMy last name, birthdate, and phone number are all entered correctly when I try to reset my password, yet the message "sorry something isn't quite right" still appears.I need assistance logging into my account, otherwise this will be a major issue. Is there a method for me to verify my identity? I would ideally like to cancel now. EDIT: I JUST SUCCESFULLY RESET MY PASSWORD AND IT’S STILL SAYING I HAVE THE WRONG PASSWORD!

I'm due an upgrade in a couple of weeks, and I like the look of the Pixel 7 Pro - but there's only the 128gb Internal Memory size on the website, are the larger size coming back in stock? Colour isn't important, but storage is a dealbreaker on this, especially as there's no SD card expansion

I've received a text to say my PAC code has been activated and my number has been switched to ID, but it hasn't. The ID number is still what came with the Sim.  

Hi, I am trying to register my number on ID Mobile website on my laptop.  I enter the correct phone number, my surname and my year of birth correctly.  But I keep getting a message that my email is already registered on the website.  I had a contract with the same email address but that contract was cancelled 2 years ago.  Can you please check your database and remove my email completely so that I may register using the same email address?

Hi Peeps, Does anyone know for sure which version of the Honor Magic5 Pro is being sold by iD Mobile? On GSM Arena specs, I see that Honor Magic5 Pro comes with either single or double sim.  I’d really prefer to have the double SIM option. Also, on GSM Arena they state that the phone can come in one of these 4 memory set-ups:256GB 8GB RAM, 256GB 12GB RAM, 512GB 12GB RAM, 512GB 16GB RAM Which one is being sold by iD Mobile? Thanks in advance!

I’m with iD Mobile on a Monthly rolling SIM-Only contract. I’d like to upgrade by going into a 2 year contract with the Honor Magic5 Pro phone. Whilst iD Mobile is selling this phone in their shop, I cannot see this phone as being available to upgrade to.  Not sure why that is. How can I go ahead and upgrade? Do I need to leave iD Mobile by getting my PAC code and then apply it as a new customer to the Honor Magic5 Pro contract? Hopefully there is an easier way.

Having been with ID for 4 years and recently upgraded, my upgrade was to include a free set of belker headphones which have not arrived also my phone arrived with just a phone to phone cable no charger no usb cable. As i have not had a problem from day 1 with ID Im just wondering is this normal now? would appreciate any information that can be shared.

Hello again!I received a text message yesterday telling me “Good news, your new SIM is being activated”. Then, an hour later, my network signal disappeared. Problem is I didn’t order a new SIM. My existing one was working just fine. This has happened before, which makes this doubly frustrating. I urgently need someone from ID Mobile to reactivate the network onto my old (current) SIM. This is what they did to fix the problem last time.As it’s the second time this has happened I also need to know why it’s happening, and that someone is fixing it so that it wont happen a third time.it’s incredibly annoying as I’m away from the UK on holiday and I have no signal!Interestingly, the first time this happened 2 months ago, I had also been overseas. I wonder if this is causing some kind of glitch in the ID Mobile system to auto trigger a new SIM?Please can someone from ID Mobile sort this out for me urgently, as I’m overseas and this is my only form of communication.

I have just joined iD, my old number has ported and I can make outgoing calls but can’t receive calls?

I’ve received an email confirming my request to switch to ID mobile at 12:48 on 05/04/23 which should have changed my number the next following day, but my number still hasn’t switched and my old SIM still continues to work.I’ve tried rebooting and removing both SIM cards to no avail. This means I’ve currently paid for 6 extra days of my previous contract as it’s not been cut off due to the PAC issue.

I have just recieved a new iPhone 14 but mistakenly ordered it in black but I wanted blue. Do I have to cancel my contract or can the phone be swapped. I also wanted to create an account but when i try to register, i get a message saying a pin has been sent to my new ID mobile number. I can’t get this as I don’t want to activate my new phone that I want to return. Please help

Hi,  Unable to contact ID mobile yet again. The chat bot is useless and loops me around saying that all the agents are busy. (I wonder why!). I really regret switching to ID. I’ve switched several times and never had such problems. First my SIM didn’t arrive so needed to wait two weeks to get the service I signed up for, second the PAC switching seems to take days (other providers seem to do this near instantly). Now I cannot access my account - When I try to register it says the email address is in use (Okay so maybe I have an ancient account?) but then I try password reset and it just loops in error. Try to contact ID and only robots are available. Trying here before I call the bank and cancel the DD and switch away.

Hi there, My contract was up for renewal and I went looking for a new good deal. The one that I eventually landed on was an iD contract again.What is the process for me to move my number over to the new contract? I’m hoping it’s a pretty straightforward swap since it’s in the same provider! Thanks

I got a contract for a Pixel 7 Pro on 12th Feb and it  came with a £100 curry voucher.  According to the details of the offer i should have received an email with the voucher between 17th March - 16th April as per this article: I have been patiently waiting, it is now the 24th April  i have still yet to get emailed the voucher.  I do receive other emails from idMobile, so i know the email address you have got is valid,.  I have checked both my inbox and spam and also searched for emails from IdMobile and Currys and there is nothing. If you could please advice when i will get the voucher.PS i have tried to contact you through chat bot and have been unable too successfully get through and make make contact and so I thought i would try this approach  insteadThanksSteve
