Due to me returning 1 new phone and then getting another, both with id, the first turned to a pay as you go but I’d already made an account with it.  Now I have new phone with a contract but can’t make new account or add my new phone to the original account that now has the pay as you go phone on. I tried making a new account but it won’t let me with the same email address and setting up a new email address would be daft, as id know me with my current email address. Any ideas, please?

I am currently on voxi and have had a SIM only deal with them for over a year. The phone was bought second hand but is locked up Vodafone.. Voxi won't unlock the phone as I never bought it from them and I can't use my new idmobile SIM. Is there any way round this?

I changed my plan about a year ago to unlimited data however would like to decrease this as I do not use enough data. The change plans section on the iD app says there is no plans currently available that I can choose from. Why is this? I am unhappy paying almost £40 per month for an old phone.

Hi all,I’ve seen this number of articles about this and just spend all morning onto Apple support about this as well. I upgraded from a iPhone 12 to iPhone 14 and I have continually got the message for both iMessage and FaceTime that activation was unsuccessful for 48 hours now.   I thought it was due to Apple, however putting my sim I have for work (Lebara mobile) and bingo both FaceTime and iMessage were activated successfully all in around 60 seconds. put my ID mobile sim back in (it’s my main contact number!) and we end up with activation unsuccessful.ID mobile, what’s up, why wont this work?  FYI I did port my number from 3, but that was over 6 months ago!  can someone please help with this as it’s clearly not an Apple issue, but ID MOBILE

Hi, I signed up for a pay monthly package on Wednesday 23rd August. The Phone arrived on Friday 25th but there is no SIM and the number that I wanted to port across from 02 is not recognised. I completed the PAC code as part of the application process but when I try to sign up to the ID mobile app with it, it is saying “number not recognised”so, how do I get my sim delivered and how do I get my number to transfer across from O2? thanks for your help.

Hello,I am kinda confused as to how the roaming system works, for example if i were to travel to japan would I have to pay per MB used or would I be using my data from my current allowance?   

Ordered my new sim card with my monthly plan days ago. Got an email and have since set up a direct debit etc but my new sim card has not arrived and I have not even received tracking details. If this is not sorted by tomorrow, I will have no choice but to cancel my direct debit and plan with you and go back to my old provider. Please give me a tracking number right away.  

I have recently taken a new contract out with you and my old number was supposed to be transferred today. I have contacted my old provider to be told that they have not received anything from you  so I will be charged another month. I can not access my account as the security number does not come through and the live chat keeps saying too busy. I would like to speak to someone ?

My daughter uses the mobile number link to this account and she has stupidly given the number to other teens who she has met online and now they are harassing her. We have blocked their numbers on her phone and also calls from private numbers however they are still leaving her horrible voicemail messages so I would like to change her mobile number completely if possible. Please advise if I can do this?

I am leaving ID due to a complaint about my service provision.I'm now using a different sim, but apparently require a NUC - network unlock code. How do I get one of these without having to spend 30minutes on the phone to an agent?!Many thanks

I am new to ID and joined because my current provider as removed inclusive roaming and now charges extra. My new monthly contract is for 20GB. I understand that unused data from the previous month is rolled over. If I roll over 10GB does that permit 30GB of roaming data which I understand is the ‘fair usage’ limit? 

Hi, I have just bought a 2nd sim for my daughters phone and went ahead with the porting of her number across from three.   Switch was due to happen yesterday and her 3 sim went dead however her ID mobile sim now refuses to connect to the network.  I have tried switching off and on and manual network selection but nothing happening.Help!

Hi there,can someone please phone me tomorrow on [REDACTED], as I have been billed over 30 and 40 for two months running after upgrading. It’s taken me over an hour to sort out this community thing. If I don’t hear from anyone I will be formally complaining. Can this please be sorted asap. I cannot afford the extra billing and shouldn’t be having to pay all this extra. my son got his upgrade handset a few days ago. He transferred his SIM from old handset but there is no mobile network, he can’t make or receive calls or use data. He thinks his number hasn’t transferred to his new handset - HELP. I’ve tried the online chat function but it’s always busy - really poor service ID Mobile. We are really not happy at all

New phone, new contract, but chosen via web for purposes of nabbing the right deal rather than the app upgrades. I've read something online that seems to show I can't keep my number?Is this true?Same email and financial infos, same me, so it was more of an intuitive move for me than ID perhaps.
