i have just upgraded my phone a Samsung to a samsung and all my pictures are now coming up as a negative. All my pictures/gallery are corrupt. What shall i do to restore to the orignal set up? thanks 

I have a sim only deal with unlimited minutes. Can I use this when I go to Budapest on holiday. Do I need to buy extra data? How do I set it up before I go?

I woke up this morning to find the top half of my phone screen is unresponsive. There's no cracks and the bottom half works as intended.What's the policy on repairs or a replacement device since I've been on the contract for less than a year? Because at this point if you're not going to replace the handset I've no choice but to abandon the contract.

Can I simply transfer my existing ID SIM card to a new SIM free phone without needing to unlock it? 

My monthly handset contract (spanning 24 months) ends at the end of this month, so I have upgraded my plan to a SIM only deal. I did this online; the order was finalised, complete with an order number; and there were assurances on the order page that my new plan will be active on my current SIM. However, while I have received a confirmatory email stating that my order has been processed, this change in plan has not been reflected on my account - which still states that I will be paying my old contract rate at the next billing date. Moreover, this email states that a new SIM card is on its way - despite the order page stating that my new plan would be active on my current SIM.When will my new plan be formalised on my account? And will my current SIM be adjusted to the new deal so I retain my number (as was presented on the order page)? Please advise.

Hi. I recently went abroad to Turkey and before I left the UK I turned roaming off and my mobile data and signal off completely relying on Wi-Fi in the hotel yet I have still been charged additional charges for texts and calls. 

Ive recently tried porting my old number from 3. It says its supposed to have changed on the 6th of September, however all ive gotten is two messages saying it’ll be done soon however its been too long. Really need my old number back, any way to get an update.Thanks!

After a botched sim upgrade deal my PAYM number was mistakenly moved to PAYG. I have now sorted the mess by taking a new PAYM contract but want to move my number to the new contract which is still with ID Mobile. When I tried to do this on the order form it said ‘we cannot move PAYG to PAYM internally’, whatever that means. So how can my number be moved across?

Hi, I’m really hoping someone can help me. I have my PAC code from my old network (still within 30 days) but each time I try to enter the information I get an error message telling me the information is wrong (it is not). I’ve tried on my phone, PC, and I also tried putting my surname in capitals as someone else suggested. Nothing is working.  Any help appreciated 

I’m part way into a monthly SIM only contract, but I didn’t PAC my old mobile number because this is my first smartphone and I wanted to see how I got on with it before a number switch.I can get a PAC from my old provider, but can I still transfer the old number to IDMobile?Is there a time limit on PACing the old number to running ID contract? (I don’t mean the 30 day time limit for a received PAC)I hope that makes sense.TIA

I got a idmobile sim a couple of months ago. I initially installed in my galaxy s10 handset so that the induction process was completed but then moved the idmobile sim to a 5g modem in a vehicle. I used the vehicle in the uk and all seemed fine (able to access data).Roaming is enabled on the sim. Today I have arrived in France and although i can use my idmobile sim in my handset, with no issues, to access data but it does not work in the modem. What am I missing here? Thanks

Hi, I have just moved to iD mobile and provided a PAC code from my previous contractor. However, this hasn’t transferred over and my phone is still linked to the incorrect new number. I got a message yesterday to say that was my number transferred over. I have followed the update settings advice in the help section and it just puts the old number for the phone back in every time I try to replace it with my ported number. Please advise Thank you 

I currently have a SIM only plan through ID. I found a better plan through uSwitch than was available through upgrading. After ordering, I've now learned that i can't transfer my old number to the new plan.My question is, can the new plan I've ordered be applied to my old SIM/phone number and that SIM used in the new phone?  I'd therefore not require the new SIM/phone number for the new phone?

Hey,Can you use bill to mobile using ID mobile in Google play? I was able to with my previous provider but can only see a three mobile option now and when I click activate it comes up with an error. Many thanksDebbie

I have the worst signal going, I use an unlimited in a router as my internet and have a good router and even an omni Ariel booster. Netflix buffers no matter the weather and I'm sick of it but I can't seem to speak to a sodding human! What do you do? The signal checker says it's awesome signal but it bloody isn't!!! 

Good afternoon!When I registered for ID Mobile I asked for a switch and selected a date, but in my welcome email it says "Switching date: No porting date selected". I've tried to make the switch on the website but it says there's an error. How can I check that the porting will actually take place? Thank you. OC

Hi I'm going to Australia next week for 5 weeks, so would like to use my phone there.I've a Pixel 7, which can use an esim as second SIM. Is this possible, or are both Sims locked to ID.I've seen in old posts that roaming costed 30p/mb, so won't be doing that! Cheers 

My current 12 month sim only plan ends in March 2024, can I pay to leave it now because there is a more competitive plan available? 

I have recently got a new phone and iD mobile SIM but when I go on the website and input my PAC from Vodafone and other details, it just says ‘we’ve tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you’ve submitted’. I’ve tried this so many times and all the numbers are correct but it still won’t work - please help me! 

Hi I am looking to start 4 contracts at the same time, 1 for me, 1 for the wife, 1 for my daughter (over 18)  and 1 for my son  (under 16) I am currently with ID paying for my daughters contract phone and a SIM only for my son.Myself and my wife are with EE and our contracts have now completed.Do ID mobile do family contracts or give discount for multiple contracts take out at the same time?

Hi, my due date for my first bill was 4th October. Yesterday on the app I changed the payment day to 26th of every month which is the date I get paid.I assumed that you would take first payment September 26th which is before my original due date but you have taken the first payment overnight? Can you explain please? ThanksGarry Alston
